Hotel looks great, the pools are

The rooms were lovely and big with new spec, so at first glance they look amazing. The beds were comfy.

The showers flooded in both of our 2 bedroom suites and nothing was done to stop it when we reported it. Apparently the 2 bedroom suits were only refurbished in August this year, so who ever designed them thought about the visuals and not the drainage. The floor is flat and the doors don’t close, so instead of water running into the drain it runs out of the door into the hall way. I told the staff, who said the hotel was full and we could not have 2 alternative rooms next to each other. We needed 2 rooms together as I have a disabled daughter and I need help from the other adults. The doors are also meant to be ‘sound proof’ I’m guessing this is stated because what they don’t tell you is, the rooms are situated above the loading bay, all day every day trucks drive underneath, park right by your balcony and unload. Bottles clanging, trash bags that stink, beeping from vans reversing. When I mentioned this, I was told the doors are sound proof, and that no other guests have mentioned this, which I don’t believe at all. Also we have a disabled child with a wheel chair, and a baby with a pram, and what we were not told is that these 2 rooms are up a flight of stairs that there is no lift too. So every day we had to carry both kids down in their chairs.

החדר בכלל לא נראה איך שבתמונות , ריח לא נעים בשירותי יוצא מהצנרת , ביקשנו לעבור לחדר אחר שיהיה שווה את המחיר שביקשנו נתנו לנו חדר עם מזגן לא עובד ואמרו תסתדרו בנתיים

Ogolnie hotel OK - przyzwoity w przystepnej cenie.

Sniadania i obiadokolacje bardzo smaczne.

Do obiadokolacji kazdy napój był dodatkowo płatny - nawet woda... Na basenie nie było wydzielonej strefy dla niepalacych. Mniej uczeszczane zewnetrzne obiekty/strefy w bardzo zaniedbanym stanie - boisko do siatkówki, tenisa, plac zabaw.

The beach, the breakfast, the bars, planty of pool beds

Maintenance could be better in rooms. In public areas could have more light and ac (in the elevators!)

Lovely holiday.

Fantastic pools and sun lounger areas. Wonderful view of the sea from our balcony. Restaurant superb and staff lovely and very professional.

Not enough entertainment for children.

very loveley and good stay

we had a lovely stay and feeled very comfortable, just like home. the personal is very very kind and helpful. we had the mountain view room and then changed to the see view. the see view is definitely very worth it. very good located, 10 min by taxi to the old city. breakfast also very good and price also.

A great short break in a convenient and cool hotel.

Stylish looking hotel and very comfortable rooms in great location.

Terrible unreliable wi-fi. Unwelcoming and miserable reception staff let down what is a great hotel in all other respects. ( The rest of the staff are great !!!)

Great stay to relax with very good food close to Rhodes town

Heated outdoor pool in early season (May) is just great. The kids loved the pool for that reason. Staff is friendly and the food is great. And the overall architecture of the hotel is really nice too. They changed the layout of the pools as well so there is now a pool bar to order drinks even from inside the pool. The entertainers were lovely.

Our girls loved the mini disco however it is fairly late and only on the tennis court which didn’t really well suited. Also the facilities for the kids club are far from everything else and only comes with little to do. The entertainers do the best they can with what they have available though!

we had a blast! very good hotel for families, highly recommend!

The hotel is extremely clean and spacious. the pools were warm and was useable during this time of year, mini-golf was super fun! the best thing in the hotel is the spa, best spa I have ever been at!

The food. Breakfast was fine, not more not less. everyday is the same, exactly the same there isn’t even one change in the buffet. Dinner was expensive with no drinks included in the price and was very standard- nothing special and tested just fine.

Would still recommend this hotel but probably would choose a better room type and not take the HB

Nicely renovated hotel. Good location. Nice bathroom

For some reason our room was not up to standard with the rest of the hotel. I'm not sure why this was and this might be because of the room type we chose but the contrast was rather big. There was plenty of food at breakfast and also at the Half Board dinner but the quality and variety day by day was not up to standard. The service and space was very nice. The bathroom was nice but we had really a hard time figuring out which bottle was conditioner, body lotion, body wash and shampoo. Maybe something to pay attention to.

very clean place its 15 min from the airport the all inclusive is very good always there is something to eat or drink the food is so good sam is very good bartender anstistia is very good waitress

lack of things to do at night the shows are weak the entrtiment team not that good when we arrive the pool bar was not working and it was not wrriten in the booking site
