Big swimming pool, very good breakfast, beachfront, and quick access to watersports.
No dryers on a balcony, very basic thing if you are on a resort.

Overall, a very nice hotel with kind & helpful staff. My room on the 4th floor overlooked the "quiet" pool (the other pool has music & activities & is always packed). I didn't have all inclusive but had dinner which was good for a buffet. Breakfast was good too. I would stay at the hotel again if I return to Rhodes.
The only thing I didn't like & really annoyed me were 2 snotty English brats running up & down the hallway at almost midnight, back & forth for a long time, with the father sitting in front of the elevators when I had to get up early the next day to leave. I was about to call the front desk, but they mysteriously stopped when I opened my door. However, this is not the hotel's fault but a question of uneducated guests.

Breakfast was great and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Everything was made really easy and the reception staff were very helpful and informative.
The mattress was a little bit hard.

location good, close to Rhodes town and beach but across a busy road. clean and good pools.
our sea view was disappointing - limited side view. room was smaller than we expected. hotel was mostly all inclusive. limited fresh fruit for breakfast.

Front desk staff were so sweet and positive! The breakfast was also massive with many options. There were also night festivities in the bar area.

Overall very good and nice helpful staff except for one very rude, passive aggressive girl who worked in the buffet who raised her eyes to heaven and who muttered under her breath and made nasty remarks to Greek to her colleagues, who were all perfectly fine. It is a pity. She should not be working with the public.
As above: rude girl serving food

Great location, nice breakfast and decent pool area.
We stayed in the room on the first floor and there was a noise of pump engine from the basement. The noise was so laud that it wasn't easy to rest some nights.

A last minute getaway for some sun and sea. The hotel is in a great location only a few miles from Rhodes and across the road from the sea and beach. The room (superior with a sea view) was a good size with a small balcony and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were helpful and on the whole friendly. In the circumstances (Covid) the hotel did a good job of making us feel safe with hand sanitizer every where and measures in place to adhere to safe distances. Across the road was the beach and a great place to eat. For 3EUR you could use the sun loungers that belonged to the restaurant and for that you also got an ice bucket and a large bottle of water. The beach was mainly pebbles (wet shoes recommended) but once in the water it was sandy within a few feet. There was a lovely breeze and it was fairly quiet. Around the area where the hotel is there are shops, places to eat and a few other large hotels. We hired a buggy one day from a stand within the forecourt of large hotel just to the left (facing) of Belair and later in the week we also hired a car from Galaxy based on the same sight. This allowed us to explore both sides of the island, which is beautiful and we enjoyed a lot.
The hotel was mainly an all inclusive (we were not) so was full of large families and groups who didn't appear to leave the hotel. To this end, by 7.30am, all sun loungers had been 'taken' so if you wanted to use the pool during the day without pre-planning it, then you couldn't get a space easily until late afternoon. The pool closed at 6pm which was a shame as it was still warm and sunny and it would have been nice to have had a dip at that time.
