- Our check-in with Alejandro was great, he was very helpful and kind.
- It was in a safe, quiet, walkable area, not too far from the main part of town if you're in decent shape and like walking.
- The room was small but comfortable.
- They had a large bottle of drinking water available.
- The parking was secure for our vehicle, (although there is only one spot, and needs to be reserved in advance).
- If you don't have any pets or vehicles and like ice baths, then the pricing is reasonable.
- The fees for the pets were expensive, 150 pesos per pet is too much. I understand it as a deposit, because there are some irresponsible pet owners who ruin it for the rest of us, but charging that much to sweep up a little bit of hair is ridiculous. It was in the fine fine print at the very bottom; on the main booking page it stated "charges may apply," which to me implies a deposit, or if they damage anything, there is a charge. The dogs could have had their own room for that much, but we didn't have any other options that accepted pets and included parking. We were also charged 150 pesos to park our car, which was NOT disclosed until after we had reserved the room and were on our way to the hotel and received a message. After all the fees were added, it almost doubled the price of our stay there, making it not worth the value we paid.
- The water in the shower was ice cold. We don't need hot showers, but this was extremely cold. And the shower makes the whole bathroom wet, so a bathmat would have been nice.
- The parking space, while secure, was very tight for our SUV. If you have a large vehicle, it will be a tight fit.
- There is also no sign for the place, so you have to pay attention to the address and look for the black gate.

The location is quiet however it is about a 25 minute walk to Zocolo, the main square. I didn't know it was that far. The bed is very comfortable and the wifi is good, no glitches. There was not a comfortable chair to use while sitting at desk,,because the desk is high and the stool is low. I am standing right now as I type. There is a small refridgerator which is great and there was a kettle for water and a partial jar of instant coffee and sugar. There is also a plug in 2 burner stove so a bit of food could be made. There is another room that shares the bathroom but that was never a problem. Shampoo, soap, lotion, was provided. There is a laundry sink and soap if one wanted to wash clothes and a clothes line. There are buckets which I used to soak my feet after all the walking I did. Lots of closet space. Lots of hangers. There was a blanket for the bed, great because nights can be a bit cool.
A higher chair for sitting at the desk

Great place, clean, comfortable and great value!
I think this would be a perfect place for a couple or friends travelling together, but for me travelling alone there wasn't much opportunity to meet others. Every thing else was great though!

Very clean, cosy, calm environment and facilities, a host that is punctual and makes sure everything is allright.
It is a little of a walk away from the city centre, around 20 minutes, but it is a easy walk. Sometimes you hear the noises oh the neighbours quite well.

Its rare that I working in the service business myself too, use the word outstanding but in this situation its the best one to describe my stay. From the arrival/check in through the entire stay where Denia and her father were helpful in a way far beyond what usually would be expected to the check out where she even if super early Sunday morning, got up and helped me with ordering a taxi to the airport to make sure I caught my flight. The studio apartment was perfect and equipped with everything needed. Usefull information about the bathroom/shower; there was both water pressure and warm water (those having travelled in Mexico will know that its definitely not always like that) The 15 - 20 minutes walking to downtown/Zocalo not a problem at all. I can only give the place my very best recommandations and am definitely coming back myself
Really nothing comes to my mind even if I try hard :-)

Nice and tidy place. Very comfy bed. Family place. They were really helpful. Good and safe walking to the center. There is a dog barking but it's Mexico, so it's everywhere :)
Floor could be a bit cleaner

Really nice , cozy and comfortable room with a little balcony. In general it’s really quiet there, the communication was really, really good and they was really flexible, we also could leave our luggage there for one night, close to ADO busstation
far away from the center, when it was dark we didn’t felt so safe in this area (but maybe its just our feeling and for you it’s different)
