A great quality stay away from home

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of parking for the property. The harbour was close by and provided a scenic walk to restaurants. The provision of bread, milk etc to welcome us to the property was much appreciated 👏🏿 The property was clean, smelt great and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

Great stay near Eastbourne

This is a great location near Pevensey Bay, ideal for us for the tennis as there's a good bus service into town from close to.

This is our third stay here, so nothing is wrong with it.

A perfect property

We have just enjoyed a lovely 3 night break away in Eastbourne. The property at Sovereign Harbour is absolutely spotless and very well kept. It is in a great location with all the right amenities. A short 5 minute walk to the beach front and a 10 minute drive to Eastbourne town centre. A nice welcome pack on arrival was appreciated and very kind. The on-site parking at the property is a big help. We had great communication with Jason, which was nice. All in all , we've had a brilliant few days away, and we will definitely be returning in the future. ***Highly recommended*** Michael & Family

Comfortable stay for the whole family

The house is located in a safe and peaceful residential area. It takes only a couple minutes' drive to Eastbourne town centre. There are good restaurants and a huge shopping park near by, which made our journey as a whole family very cosy and convenient. We will always like the after-dinner walk along the seaside, which is only seven minutes away from the house. The house is clean and tidy with everything a young family need. Our communication with the host is also very smooth. Thanks!

Quiet hideaway in Eastbourne

We've stayed here before so that says something about how good it is. The property is in a quiet spot a little way out of Eastbourne in Sovereign Harbour with a good bus service into town. The house was impeccable again and there were some lovely goodies in the fridge. Jason is a brilliant host, keeping in touch before and during, and he responds very quickly to any queries. Can't recommend it enough.

We had some issues using the oven because we didn't understand the symbols on it!

Awesome property for groups or families, excellent location.

The place was spacious and everything we needed was provided for us and more. Check-in was smooth and the property manager/s communicated with us all throughout. All the necessary information were provided prior to our arrival so it was easy to find our way around the town. Ample toilet facilities especially for large groups like ours.

While I understand it’s necessary, it would have been awesome if check out times were a teeny tiny bit later like 11-12, the usual, especially for groups so we can still have a relaxing morning. But it was still a wonderful stay overall!

Lovely short break in a good location close to shops and sea.

Great location and cleanliness of house. Small welcome pack was a nice touch together with a few games and a jigsaw (which my 7 year old did in under 24hrs 🙂. Good layout of house and simple and modern decoration. Host was good with communication.

Excellent warm and cosy home with very thoughtful provisions and everything we needed.

The house was in a perfect location for us, and they left drinks and essentials for us so we didn't need to go shopping. It was warm and comfortable, and even had a Christmas tree. We were visiting friends nearby, and will try and book here again without question when we next need to stay in the area.

Excellent Quiet Convenient Location

Everything inside and in the garden. Nice welcome pack and clean property. The house games were a lifesaver when the weather turned bad.

It was somewhat difficult to keep our young excitable Grandsons quiet as we were not sure how the elderly neighbours would tolerate their "holiday behaviour". No one complained , however!

The property was excellently maintained and exactly as described. Jason was great to deal with and really tried to help with our needs for a short stay. The welcome hamper was a nice touch as well.

Home from home in Eastbourne/Pevensey

Great information before and after arrival so we knew what we needed to before we went. The house was absolutely spotless, plenty of equipment in the kitchen. A few minor maintenance issues we pointed out were being dealt with as soon as we vacated. We would certainly stay here again, it was one of the best places we've stayed in.

There was nothing not to like.

A wonderful house, fabulous host, beautiful location

We loved the house. The host was very friendly and offered us a welcome pack. Kept in contact to check we were happy which was lovely. There were games for our child to play with. Netflix, WiFi and a choice of beds. He loved the garden and we loved the area.

Our only complaint and it was a personal taste was the pillows were thin and the mattress uncomfortable but that's simply because I like a hard mattress. Oh and the mirrors were high. So I had to stand on my tiptoes 😂😂. Thankfully I had one in the hall so I could do my makeup. I also didn't like that my break was up so soon but I doubt the host can fix time... Can you Jason. ??

At time of booking we needed a location near to family. We consider ourselves very, very lucky to have found this home. Jason, the owner, provides prompt, friendly, caring and extremely helpful information prior to arrival. The home is perfection - clearly he’s out a lot of effort into making visitors feel welcome. Exceptional decor, spotlessly clean, could be brand new! This is a ‘treasure’ of a find, thank you Jason!

Wonderful Place

Had the wow factor from minute stepped inside, fresh, clean, welcoming & comfortable. Had very homely feel which don't get with alot of rentals. Loved the added touches. It was an deal location for us and very quiet. Highly recommend.

Great holiday home

Good location to explore the area, bonus having ample private parking, house was very clean and comfortable.

No curtains or blackout blinds at any of the bedroom windows only Venetian blinds, therefore was extremely light from sunrise, so had lots of disturbed sleep from early mornings.

Wow wow this stay at Sovereign Harbour was excellent. I wish I booked a longer stay. The property was beautiful, well kept and in an amazing area. Jason from JRB was on point checking in before, during and after our stay to make sure all was well. His service was on point. The area was just what we needed. Perfect. 20 stars all around.
