冬の宿泊には不向き

宿泊客が私一人だけだった為、ドミトリーでは部屋が広すぎて寒いからと、ツインルームにランクアップしてもらえました。ロケーションはほぼ街の中心で、バスターミナルへのアクセスも良い！

夜には−14℃の日でしたが、管理人の男性が、部屋以外のキッチン、バスルームなど全ての場所のヒーターを切り、私が利用する際にヒーターを付けても、ラジエーターヒーターなので、即効性はなく、とにかく寒い。部屋のヒーターもそれ程強力ではなかったので、マシとはいえ、暖かいと感じる事は一度もありませんでした。男性用のバスルーム、女性用のバスルームが1か所ずつあり、中はかなり狭く、男性用のシャワーに関して、しっかり温かいお湯ではありましたが、途中で水が漏れシャワーヘッドからは出て来ないので、しゃがんで、蛇口に切り替えてお湯を浴びました。ただし、シャワーブースも狭いので、大柄な男性だとそれも難しい気がします。管理人さんは、豪快で雑な感じの方でしたが、別の場所に住むオーナーさんは、穏やかで優しそうな方でしたので、このレヴューを読んで改善してもらえたら、節約派の旅行者にはありがたいです。

Eveyrthing. Place is nice, near town and quite. All rooms are clean. I slept very good. If you come to Vanadzor, you must come there.

Great value for money, greasy location and kind and friendly owner.

The location is great. I was upgraded to a twin room, which was good as I was able to sleep with the window open, to get some fresh. The owner and other guests were very friendly and shared vodka and their food with me. I was also able to use the washing machine, which was awesome! Great value for money all round.

The main door to the hostel was really hard to open from the inside. I got locked in! (they did rescue me quickly though!). The whole place did smell of smoke, which did not bother me too much, but I think it would put some people off.

Good option for budget overnights in Vanadzor

The locality of the hostel was great, close to the main square but calm during night. The owners and staff were friendly and welcoming.

There is just one bathroom (toilet and shower in one room) for each gender which is not always enough - be sure to avoid this hostel in case you have travel diarrhea. The bathrooms and room could have been cleaner.

AM: Հրաշալի սպասարկում, սենյակները մաքուր էին։ Անձնակազմը բարեհամբույր էր, խնդիրներ չառաջացնող։ Լոռվա մարզ այցելողներին խորհուրդ եմ տալիս։ Եթե թույլ տային, 12 կգնահատեի 10 հնարավորից :) ENG: Wonderful service, the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and did not cause any problems. I recommend it to the visitors of Lori region. If it were possible, I would rate 12 out of 10 points :)

AM: Չհավանելու բան չկար․ ամեն ինչ հրաշալի էր։ ENG: There was nothing to dislike ․ Everything was wonderful.

Convenient and modern

The hostel is a new building so eveything is in good condition, there is a large, well equipped kitchen, communal area with comfy chair and a balcony. It is also in a veryg ood location right in the centr of town.

Nothing important. Windows in the bedrooms are quite small so not a lot of natural light, but that's not the end of the world.

The only good thing about this place is the area and that it was the cheapest in town(if you are on a budget)even though it's a high price for a hostel and a shared room.It's a weird phenomenon that prices should be higher than those of Yerevan's best hostels where you could get a dormitory bed and breakfast in the best hostel for 4000 AMD.

The hall is dark and gloomy and the hostel doesn't have any atmosphere. The owner tries his best to prevent smokers from smoking inside but they still smoked and the entire hostel reeks in their cigarettes, my clothes still have nicotine smell . The owner goes around switching off all lights and heating even when you're there! I had to ask many times for the heating to be turned on and in the morning they switched off and it's cold.The entire place isn't equipped with air conditioning either, and rooms are windowless. Very noisy day and night so you don't even get a good sleep. Room was very dirty,bed covers are stained there was a huge layer of dust under my bed and everywhere I didn't unpack my stuff. Bathroom is very unhygienic and never cleaned.Men from the hairsaloon downstairs use it also and urinate on the floor you run a high risk to get infected if you use it.I finally had to ask them to clean it-which they did hesitantly;as it was impossible to use- not to mention having a bath in it. On the whole, I don't recommend the hostel nor the entire town; there isn't anything of interest to see, certainly not worth what you'd have spent in another interesting spot on the world.

excellent owner/staff waiting for me after midnight to check in; they have everything you need as a backpacker in the hostel; wifi is good, location is amazing, close to everything
