Nice place to stay.

Nice property located centrally to the university campus. Rooms are large and comfortable. Good range of selection in regards to breakfast items.

clean and nice staff but uncomfy and no food

too hot, no air con,no batteries for tv remote very hard bed , cafe closed so no breakfast

Lovely location, ample parking and a wonderful breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect, very close to the city centre and the University of Northampton. The car parking was also free and plenty of parking near the hotel too.

Though the breakfast was really nice but the location of the breakfast was in a separate building so you have to get out in the cold to the building opposite for breakfast. It was literally opposite the hotel but nevertheless when in freezing temperature you have to dress up really warm to have brekky.

It was a shirt stay by its worth and I will plan to go back and stay there

I really love the hotel location because the facility is inside the campus where I can easily visit my daughter at the accommodation at the same compound.

Bed was a little hard for wife plus a little hot on fourth floor but ok with fan.

A large, comfortable room but breakfast served too late.

The room was very spacious and the en-suite lovely. Good hospitality tray in the room. There was a nice reception area for sitting and having hot drinks.

The shower only had a fixed ceiling attachment. I had to leave around 8 for a fixed work commitment but breakfast was not served until 8 in an adjacent building. I therefore had to miss the breakfast that I had paid for. Maybe this is a money-saving ploy on the part of the university. If people are staying for work they are likely to need breakfast before 8.

Passable

This is our third stay for university visits for son. Love the location. Staff are friendly and hotel is clean and tidy.

The room was stifling hot even with fan. Didn't get much sleep. Bit disappointed after our other visits. Maybe some air con be good idea

excellent but uncomfortable bed

staff were very good .the room was very clean and had everything you needed tea & coffee were replaced daily.

the bed was so uncomfortable the mattress was too hard so did not get a good night sleep and was stiff in the morning.

Great location / great price hopefully sort minor issues. would recommend to others who go to area.

lovely location easy access to both countryside / river walks and the town

bit warm in the room even with radiators turned off. Room 25 is disabled (don’t think we asked for this) with a wet room for the bathroom. when having a shower water goes across all floor and even went under door into main bedroom. Mentioned to staff and hopefully one they can easily rectify for future guests.

Pleasant

The location was fantastic for visiting my daughter at the university.

I felt the room was overpriced for the facilities that were offered. I had a very poor nights sleep due to the room being so hot and not having any way of turning the temperature down. I had to sleep with the window open which offered very little relief and got woken extremely early by the buses running past.

Great location, Great staff, But stay in a room away from the road

Staff at reception lovely, kind, helpful. great location for uni open day, free parking, very clean

sadly the bed was so uncomfortable I took to the floor. was awake also from 2am with drunk students shouting and singing outside the window for hours

Good value for money, one night's stay and only a small walk away from the venue we were attending

Only had double beds in the rooms, when sharing with mate, thought it wouldn't be too much trouble to accommodate two singles on occasions as there is plenty of space
