Value for money

Great Location and lovely modern building

Futon should be described a bit better because we did not expect to sleep on the futon bed without a frame so basically a tiny mattress on the floor. There is a single sofa in the living room which is not useful, I’d put a single sofa bed instead of futon mattress

Value for money and just awesome!

Love it so much! Great location with everything near and easy. The place is simply awesome! Clean, beautifully deco, all that you need is here. The staff is friendly and fantastic too. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Manila. The hospitality and speedy response from the property team is awesome too!

air conditioner and apartment staff are nice. room is clean and comfortable

there was insect when I enter the room. I couldn’t use hot shower and told owner but we couldn't get it fixed because we weren't on time. it was difficult to use too.

Definitely an address I would use again if given the opportunity.

Clean room and beautiful view of the city, tv with Netflix to use. Easy to reach as most taxi drivers know the place.

The bed was a little small for me, then again I am 6 ft 7. I would have liked there to be at least some salt, pepper and a little sugar present in the apartment. When staying several days, you don't want to buy a whole box/new set if you want to cook something yourself.

Exceptional

Wills Place at Jazz Makati provides a Beautiful modern design, fully equipped condo (TV, Aircon, Internet, Shower, fridge, etc.) with nice view from balcony on Makati. The location is perfect start point for exploring Makati further. When it comes to shopping or getting a meal in restaurant you don't need to go far all is close by as well as the services like taxi, tricycles in case you need them :) The owner of condo is very helpful and always on phone in case needed.

We were a bit surprised about the pool fee 150p - but its a no problem to obtain the ticket. Overall we enjoyed the stay and there is nothing to complain about.

A good place to stay and nearby to a shopping mall. You can enjoy watching netflix as well. Kudos to sir Will.

Just the internet is a bit slow in the evening and cannot work properly online. Hopefully u can resolve this important matter sir but overall is okay.

ground floor is supermarket easy to buy all your needs. security is good, ac functioning well. we were not informed there was another swimming area otherwise we would have gone to swim. the one across the balcony was under construction.
