Destaco la atención de los dueños y muy buen desayuno
Había, un poco, de olor a resumidero (o algo similar) en el baño.
Deberían ajustar las camas de 1 plaza, muyy ruidosas al moverte

My husband and I had been traveling for several days. We were mostly staying in hotels. It was nice to have some space (we had 2 bedrooms) and a kitchen, couch, etc. to spread out.
The owner didn't speak english but seemed friendly enough. We used the on site laundry facilities ($6US a load). Good to have clean clothes without paying hotel prices.
Clean and comfortable.
Although there were only 2 of us it would be ideal for a family traveling with children.
They gave us a breakfast tray the night before. Crackers, breads, oranges, yogurt with some juice / milk / coffee and tea. Ok but would have preferred options to heat or cook something in the microwave, stove, etc.
We stayed in Punta Arenas to do the penguin tour. Since it often cancels due to high winds, we stayed 3 nights to ensure we could take the tour if we had to reschedule. Not much to do in Punta Arenas for more than a day.

This was a great option for a family stay with young children, there was plenty of room for all of us and the use of a washing machine as well.

There aren't a lot of options in Punta Arenas, and this one worked out ideally. These are newly built 'condos' with kitchen, common area, one bath, and two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 people in beds. There will be a total of 7 units when they are finished, it is nice and quiet in this part of town, and it's not located right on the road, which helps, too. However, you can very likely hear noise from your neighbors, not sure if it's the windows or thin walls. There weren't many people here when we were there, so we didn't hear much noise, but when neighbors were in, we could hear the noise.
The host & hostess and their son are really helpful, their son will drive you to/from the airport for $20 a trip. (it's about 30 minutes) Breakfast is accurately depicted in the photos on booking and consists of cheese & cold cuts, bread, butter, jelly, juice boxes, sometimes yogurt, sometimes a home baked treat. Or you can easily make your own in the fully stocked kitchen.
Location was great, just up the street from the cruise terminal and handicraft shops, 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store, which is halfway between the lodging and the street with all the restaurants. 5 minutes from the town square as well...all these times are walking, so you won't need a car if you've got tours scheduled that pick you up.
If the toilet paper can't be flushed, the bathroom trash should be emptied daily or extra bags left so you can do it yourself. Also, there are no blackout shades in some of the bedrooms, which makes it difficult to sleep. And the beds make a lot of noise when you turn over on them due to the type of fabric on the mattress pad and the mattress, it's like rolling around in crackly paper...not good if you're a light sleeper! OK probably on twin beds, but not on the double bed. We took the extra blanket and put it between the mattress & mattress protector to make this go away.

We stayed here twice and it worked well for us both times with the son, Felipe, taking us to/from the airport at $20 a trip which we added to our hotel bill. Key pickup was no problem since he was there when we arrived.
The condos are nice with two bedrooms, a bathroom, common area and kitchen, leaving 4 people sleeping in beds. These are new, so I'm sure they're still working things out like the missing shades or blackout blinds in some of the bedrooms which make it difficult to sleep with all the light. Ask for an end unit so you're only sharing one wall & this will reduce noise...and you will be able to open back bedroom window to open air, our kids had trouble getting cool at night when we stayed in one of the two middle units since the window doesn't open to open air outside. Maybe a fan in this room would be helpful?
Bathroom trash should've been emptied daily or at least the bags there to do it for those of us just staying two nights. Some windows still need their blackout shades. Fabric on mattress and fabric on mattress protector rub together making a crackly noise every time you move on the mattress, we put a blanket between the two to make this go away, but would be nice if it were already taken care of :-)
