Schönes Hotel - kann man buchen.

Sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Nettes Personal und netter Empfang, der uns gute Restaurantempfehlungen gab. Gesicherter Parkplatz am Hotel. Schöne Dachterrasse. Gutes Frühstück.

Hellhöriges Gebäude. Das Bad ist so klein, das man auf der Toilette sitzend duschen kann.

Buena propuesta étnica

Propuesta innovadora. Acorde a estos tiempos. Consecuentes sin descuidar el buen servicio. Todos muy acogedores. Excelente. recomendable 100% para quienes quieren una experiencia diferente en el servicio de hotel.

Sólo por decir algo, el internet en nuestra habitación tenía mala señal. Wifi y datos móviles.

Sehr persönliche Unterkunft.

Außergewöhnlich angenehme und aufmerksame, aber nie aufdringliche Mitarbeiter. Auf jeden Wunsch wird eingegangen. Da fühlt man sich wirklich als gern gesehener Gast.

Lovely and seen restorative coccon :)

Very zen hotel. My partner and I were exhausted after hiking for a week in Patagonia. The calming restful, clean design of the hotel was the best medicine to help us rest.

Fantastic property with a staff that made each interaction memorable.

The staff was fantastic and the materials of the interior were comforting. The breakfast was healthy and enjoyable.

That I couldn’t extend my stay on a whim :)

Excellent hotel in Punta Arenas

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. Delicious wine and the fantastic view over the city on the top floor. Great location.

Exceptional

We were traveling two weeks in Pataginia and of all the hotels we stayed in, we most remember our stay at Ilaia Hotel. Hector at the reception is such a nice and helpful man and we immediately felt welcome! Breakfast is unforgettable, because we were welcomed in the morning by such a nice lady who served us a fantastic breakfast. Everything homemade and fresh and and we could tell everything was prepared with love. The meditative, relaxing music in the background creates a beautiful atmosphere. The room is spacious, cosy with nice lighting, modern and super clean and it is apparent that the hotel owners are very conscious about the environment. Punta Arenas is a small town and we could easily walk to the center - great location. What can I say... Ilaia is a beautiful hotel and our nice experience there will be unforgettable.

Exceptional

There are many great things to say about the place, but first and foremost the lovely staff that welcomes you warmly and with great love. In addition, the place is decorated with high warmth and coziness that give a homely feeling. There is a free coffee corner and there is also a roof top overlooking the city where you can sip free wine. Exceptional

Comfortable, quiet, wonderful friendly staff, and amazing breakfast. Good wifi, tho it wasn't great in rooms at the back but was good in the rest of the hotel. They also helped us out of a jam from a rescheduled flight. I'd highly recommend the Hotel Ilaia and will book again if I'm back in Punta Arenas!

Superb

The great epic breakfast, the hospitable host, the comfortable accommodation, the space to relax in the dining room (with hot water and variety of tea bags: help yourself, handy for sitting writing letters or a diary, say) rooftop room with view over the town. There is space to park cars next to the building. (We had a hire car.) The centre of town with its shops and sea front is a short walk away.

Amazing, relaxing stay

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Bed was large and comfortable. Very relaxing place after hiking in Torres del Paine and the rooftop with included red wine was a great place to relax at night.

We loved this hotel , it got everything just right with many unexpected extra features: Fantastic welcoming staff, large comfortable room , great breakfast, spotlessly clean, lovely public areas ( especially the rooftop scenic viewing room )…….

Great location. It was quiet and comfortable, and had a very calm vibe that was really appreciated after a week of hectic travel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful!

Highly recommend staying here if you are spending time in Punta Arenas.

This is a warm and friendly hotel. The decor simply eases any travel stress you might be experiencing. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast was superb.

Hotel Ilaia is a great hotel!

Hotel Ilaia is a gem! It is a beautiful little hotel, with lots of thoughtful and nice touches. Our room was very comfortable and very nice. The hotel has an eagles nest room with amazing 360 degree views of Punta Arenas. The hotel staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

extremely personable, great spaces for sitting, watching the view of the entire town and the bay from the roof top solarium.
