Good place for a short stay in Punta Arenas

Nice location in the center of Punta Arenas, easy to walk around to attractions, restaurants and shops. Rooms are comfortable

It’s a 2-floor apartment but the bathroom is not on the same floor as the bedrooms.

Ótima casa dúplex. Bem localizada. Em uma curta caminhada estará no centro.

Os colchões e roupas de camas são bons e bem limpinhos. O chuveiro é TOP, sai bastante água quente e fria. Um grande diferencial é a limpeza diária do apto, e que também realiza a troca das toalhas. A Pamela que nos recebeu, é muito agradável, excelente e super prestativa ajudando com tudo.

Apenas sentimos falta de um espelho grande para ver o corpo inteiro. O espelho poderia ficar na parede do corredor, entre os quartos, na parte de cima da casa.. E também a falta de uma ou duas prateleirinhas (fininhas) para colocar ao lado lavatório para facilitar a colocação de todos os produtos de beleza, pasta dente, escova, creme, etc...

Hospedagem muito boa em Punta Arenas

Atendimento muito cordial e solícito da equipe da recepção. A localização também é muito boa, bem próxima do centro de Punta Arenas e ao lado do mirante com linda vista da cidade. A possibilidade de ter um aparato de cozinha no alojamento também foi bem interessante.

Great, comfortable, and safe with good views.

Good location (if you like walking up the city hill). Great views, Quiet location. 75 steps futher up the hill is a nice cafe and grocery store and restraurant.

The public way access steps, slightly offputting, given the gravel hill surface.

The driveway is very steep with large potholes, not comfortable for a sedan. The soundproofing could be better.

I would highly recommend this stay mainly because Oscar is one of the bests hosts we have met.

Oscar, our host was really what made our stay so special. He really went out of his way to welcome us and gave us really invaluable practical advice and help during our stay. It was a lovely, quiet location with a great view of the Strait of Magellan.

Everything we needed for a couple days in Punta Arenas.

Reception staff was great—they even helped us get to our next destination in town when we had trouble finding a taxi. Room was clean and comfortable.

We only got one key for the apartment, which was a little inconvenient between four people (two couples) with different schedules.

The property provides everything you need and because we needed 2 rooms as my sister traveled with us it was an affordab

The bed was comfortable and the property had everything we needed. The owner spoke English and was very helpful.

It is a little tired and has a few minor issues that need attention. The apartment could be a little cleaner, in general it was clean but attention to detail around the kitchen bin and in the corners on the floor etc would raise the standard.

Good property and amazing staff.

Excellent location with amazing staff. Oscar went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He made arrangements for our day tour in Punta Arenas and transport, accommodation to Puerto Natales as well.

Great

The host is super friendly. It is very clean, every day we got fresh towels if needed. The rooms/houses are spacious. Shower was good. Nice view over the city from our bedroom.
