Absolutamente Todo!

This is my fourth stay at Verde Luna. The staff always texts me through WhatsApp the morning I arrive with all of the details needed. The location is THE BEST in San Pancho for the price. I plan to stay during my next trip.

I loved hospitality, room was great for 2 people, it is also great that you can borrow beach chairs and umbrella to avoid paying extra.

The location, overlooking the main, but quiet street, that led to the beach. The balcony. The housekeepers.
Sharp knives in the kitchen

Beautiful room and beautiful view.
A few things in the kitchen were not clean.

Loved the location only a block from the beach and in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. San Pancho is getting really busy so you need to make reservations at most of the restaurants
Loved that our room had a balcony right on the Main Street

Loved being close to the action in San Pancho. Although some people may think it too busy, it was a very lively environment, always something going on the street below. We really enjoyed being out on the balcony people watching, and seeing all the musicians playing on the street, it was one of the highlights of our stay.!
The kitchen was sparsely equipped, and wasn't conducive to making your own meals.

So close to the beach and a great quiet air conditioner.
It is a noisy property until the street noise calms down around 9 or 10pm. I has rough finishes in the space and the cabinet handles and cupboards were a bit dirty.

Great location, clean and helpful staff.
8.0 / 10.0
The location is on San Pancho's main drag, near the beach, restaurants, shops and vendors.
Our room faced the street, it was entertaining to people watch from our balcony and listen to the street performers.
The bed was comfortable and there was enough storage space for our belongings. The kitchen provided the essentials for cooking, with a stove top and a large fridge. Bottled water was supplied for drinking and cooking.
The shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. Daily room cleaning service was available if needed.
Arturo (reception host) was friendly, attentive and helpful. He responded to any of our requests immediately.
Our room was quite noisy since we were above a restaurant, and we were situated on a busy street. Musicians played in nearby bars or on the street until about 10:30 pm, usually by 11 pm it was fairly quiet.
Fumes from the hotel's clothes dryer vent and the restaurant's propane burners entered our room if our balcony door was open, so we had to keep it closed during the afternoon and evening.

Arturo was very helpful and easy going. Really like this property near the beach. Close to everything but also quieter than we thought it would be so that was nice. It was clean and the staff are wonderful. We would stay here again.
Would have liked a balcony but you sometimes can't have everything.

Great location close to beach
Room smelled of sewage

great location
comfy main bed (very uncomfy sofa bed)
very clean - everything is brand new
aircon and fans all work
This is a great example of the airbnb-ification of hotels: the place photographs well, but clearly the owners have never tried to spend a night living here.
There’s no real place to ‘relax; unless you’re lying on the bed
Hilariously, there is a cool looking ‘floating drawer; sticking out of the wall just above the sofa where your head would go, so you can't sit back on the sofa.
The stools for the kitchen look great – but aren’t super comfy
And, despite misleading online posts, there is no common space, no rooftop lounge. There’s a front desk, your room and stairwell. That’s it.
So, it was not particularly relaxing.
When we were there, there was only part-time front desk staff - with a Mexican phone number to call in case of trouble.
My wife was freaked out by the creaky unstable balcony rail – but we survived.
It’s also right across the street from a busker stop (for the expensive restaurant downstairs) – which meant that some nights, we were serenaded late, late into the evening whether we dug the music or not (mostly not)
There was a giant jug of purified water going through a dispenser on the counter – but we think that the dispenser was perhaps not cleaned very often? We found a tiny little water creature swimming in there – looked like a parasite, but I am not an expert on such things.
There’s no elevator

The location is perfect, practically on the beach, and next to all the great restaurants.
Front desk was typically empty so not a great feeling knowing anyone could walk up to the guests rooms.
Our room (#2) smelled like sewage at night, we weren’t sure if the smell was coming from outside or within the hotel.

The rooms with garden/ocean view are nice, spacious, and clean, wifi reliable. There was a water tank in both rooms. The kitchenette and fridge also very convenient. It has one of the best location in town- just 2 steps from the beach and several restuarants/cafes nearby. We found parking free of charge just around the corner. Great value for money.

Location is great, just few steps away from the beach. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped.
Many of the towels provided were stained. We requested that they were changed upon arrival, but over the next two days many of the towels provided were also stained.
Some pieces of furniture are lacking: such as a second bedside table and a clothes hanger next to the door.

There was no TV, it would be nice to have one. Better linens, the sheets were stained, they did not feel comfortable!!

Can't rave about this place enough, it was absolutely perfect! As someone who worked in hotels I can be pretty picky and this met every need!! Super clean, friendly staff, located 1/2 block from the beach, great value (LOVED having the garafone in my kitchenette, such a saver as I always bring my re-useable bottles), cozy bed, hot shower, strong wifi (conference work calls in-between hitting the beach.) Would absolutely stay again!
There is nothing NOT to like about this place, would stay again.
