Nice 2-bedroom apartment located in a good/busy area of Japan.

There was a small translation issue, but that was our fault. The key to the property was where the host stated it would be, and we were able to access it after contacting the host. He answered the call and worked through our problem. Very clean (other than the shower drain) upon our arrival.

Outside noise was loud, but that was just the location. Slept with ear plugs in which solved that. Hair was in the shower drain prior to our arrival and bidet didn't work, but other than that, could not beat the value.

Good stay near Akhibara

The rooms were decent. Nothing fancy but decently spacious with drying space for clothes. Easy to use kitchen and washing machine. Not noisy and air conditioning worked well. Akhibara station at 650m is an important station so connectivity is good.

Check in was extremly painful. We found the building but the name Nestay couldn't be seen anywhere which confused us. We reached the host through booking.com but they seem confused and unable to help. They culdn't tell us the room number or how to find the keys. Took us amazing 45 min and the help of locals to communicate on phone with the hosts.

Good stay in Akihabara

Amazing location with Family Mart across the road Easy check in. Larger than most apartments in Tokyo, nice and comfortable beds to sleep in. Very close to Akihabara Station and restaurants. Spacious kitchen, nice clean bathroom and toilet. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay after a few weeks in standard sized rooms. Bit of confusion around late check out but host was very friendly and responsive

An amazing find for a short or long Tokyo stay, with a charming, homey feel.

The property manager Mr. Sase was a nice, helpful gentleman who warmly welcomed us to the apartment upon our arrival, after giving us nice clear directions on how to get there. The apartment is quite spacious for Tokyo, with two bedrooms that comfortably sleep four and a big, airy kitchen and living room space, and all of it sparkling clean. Explanations of everything from how to run the washing machine to garbage pickup times were posted helpfully in noticeable places, and plenty of great amenities were provided, not just toothbrushes and bath sponges but plates, dishes and cutlery in the kitchen and drying racks for clothes in the bedroom closets. The apartment is in a quiet, charming neighborhood and the balcony had an unexpectedly lovely view of the nearby river. Typhoon #19 hit Tokyo during our stay so we spend the entirety of October 13th inside the apartment, and were cozy and comfortable the whole time. Checkout was a breeze - just leave the key and plug-in wi-fi hotspot and go - the rental office is on the fourth floor of the same building in case any problems arise, and Mr. Sase even gave us a lovely hand towel as a gift to take with us when we left. Thanks for a fantastic stay! Highest possible recommendation.

Value for money. Quite well located.

It met expectations. Good sized flat. 2 bedrooms.

Beds and furniture quite old. There were no English instructions for anything, including the washing machine - we had to check on youtube.
