Bruit et location pas favorables.

Le tarif est de 60 euros pour 5 nuits. Ce qui n'est pas cher.

C'est une pension de plusieurs chambres, il y a du bruit et l'hôtel est trop loin des lieux intéressants de la ville. Je ne suis pas resté dans cet hôtel après une nuit. Pas de remboursement évidemment même si j'avais payé toutes mes nuits. Dommage.

Nice place to stay in Phuket town

The location is good. Close to the center. There are many options to eat. The place is very clean. Also they clean the room every day. The price is very reasonable compared to other places in Phuket.

The bathroom does not have a sink.

Ideal for me.

I have stayed here 3 times and will continue to, any time I'm in Phuket. For me, it's perfect, a short walk into the old town center with plenty of food places nearby, including vegetarian. There is also a shared kitchen where I can prepare my fruit breakfast.

There is nothing to not like, but maybe not all rooms are the same. Some people might find the beds too firm.

Estaba cerca del centro Habia cocina El personal amable La cama es cómoda Todos los días nos dejaban agua y papel higienico en la habitación

1. La limpieza. Este es un aspecto que me decepcionó bastante. Normalmente por este precio no me espero la gran cosa, pero después de 10 horas de viaje en autobús lo último que me esperaba era una habitación que ya de entrada tenia pelos largos y negros en el suelo (se veían perfectamente porque el suelo es blanco), un montón de tabaco esparcido por la mesa, los espejos y ventanas con roña acumulada de a saber cuándo, al igual que el baño y lavadero. Me tuve que poner a limpiar el suelo de la habitación con papel higienico para al menos no estar pisando la suciedad. Fui a hablar con la dueña y al explicarle y enseñarle fotos, hablamos con la mujer que había limpiado y se excusó diciendo que "ella había limpiado todo pero que seguramente al dejar la ventana abierta para que ventile había entrado suciedad" ????? Esto es imposible y me pareció una excusa muy pobre, ya que la ventana da a un muro que esta a unos 30 cm del mismo edificio (abres la ventana y solo hay pared). Es decir, por ahí no entra ni aire, ni sol, ni nada. Mucho menos toda la suciedad de la habitación. 2. El ruido. Las ventanas quitan poco ruido. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle, la cual encima ni se ve desde la habitación (solo se ve muro). Tienen un perro que ladra constantemente y nos ha despertado un par de veces. También hay portazos todo el rato desde bien temprano, así que desde las 8 estás despierto, quieras o no. 3. El perro que tienen lo tienen justo en la zona de la cocina, y está ladrando prácticamente todo el rato que estás allí. No muy agradable si quieres desayunar o cenar tranquilo. En definitiva, el personal es amable y el perro muy mono, pero mi estancia no ha sido la mejor. Aunque creo que la mayoría son aspectos fácilmente mejorables.

Excellent place to stay in Phuket Town!

Excellent location and very good price, within walking distance to both Phuket Old Town (10-15 minutes) and Central Festival (20-25 minutes). The room was extremely clean and very big. I was given drinking water every day, too, which was a nice touch. Friendly staff. Having a washing machine in the building was amazing, and it was only 30 baht. I'd highly recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again.

There were ants in the room, but this has been the same everywhere that I have stayed in Thailand. This was easily the cleanest place I have stayed anywhere in Thailand, though!

- Nice homestay and friendly staffs even when they don’t speak English - The homestay owner can call you a motorbike for rent, the motorbike owner is nice too and explain things clearly in English, very helpful too - The matress is comfortable, good wifi and smart tivi, it’s really worth our money - The homestay is on a quiet street and near a local market where you can try local specialties - Room is cleaned everyday

- No towels or free toiletries so you should bring your own stuffs

Nice hotel in Phuket town

Our flat was really nice with a small balcony, full of furniture and with a fridge and tv The hotel is located in the Center of Phuket Town Shared kitchen available with a lot of kitchen tools Very clean hotel Washing machine available for 30 bath

During our trip around Thailand we were used to organise excursions, transfers and to rent a motorbike directly with the hotel. These services are here not available. Phuket town is 45 mins away from Patong and other main beaches, but most of all on the east side of the island where there is less to see. The kitchen closes at 09:30 PM

the hotel is in a good location, close to the old town and markets. The room is quite big and clean. I mean a room with a balcony. Rooms are different

very noisy in the morning. At 7 am, a woman who lives in this hotel, in the family of the owners of the house, starts yelling. Then her child 5-6 years old starts yelling. Then they yell together and so every day and all day. And also poor soundproofing and you can hear all the neighbors. In some rooms, the window overlooks the wall of the neighboring house and this is depressing.

Great value for money

Room was big and very quiet on the evenings, extremely handy to have a kitchen to use as well. They also have a washing machine.

No sink in the room which was extremely inconvenient so we had to use the shower to wash our hands.

Great location near the old town, shared kitchen space fully equipped, fridge in room with good air con and Wi-Fi.

There was a bit of a moth infestation in our bathroom which really should be dealt with as these moths can get in your possessions and spread around easily

Lovely hosts and their doggies <3 good location if you want to explore old town and an amazing market just down the street with fresh salads, summer rolls and traditional Thai sweets

The sink is outside of bathroom with no shelf to storage your things on/no mirror, but that's a minor for this price

Exceptional

I spent a whole month in Baan Malee, and I couldn't be more delighted. It's a wonderful place, let's go through its features shortly: 1) a big, cozy, and sunny room - here; 2) an everyday room cleaning, careful and thorough - present; 3) a hospitable and friendly host - at the spot; 4) plenty of diners, restaurants, cafes, and shops in quite a 5 minutes of walking - over here (especially recommend Big Bear Kitchen and their magnificent Tom Kha); 5) Phuket Festival in 20-25 minutes. It's a hotel in the city center, but there is no problem to head to the beaches. Direct buses to Patong, Karon, and Kata stop 50 meters from the door (I had preferred Karon, the bus departed at 8 am was optimal for me), the ride takes about 50 minutes, and the road is beautiful. If you are looking for a quiet and cozy place with flawless service, you are on the right page. If I visit Phuket another time, I know where to stay.

Okay but not great. Owner seemed nice

The owner was very nice and helpful. Our cat got lost the first day we arrived and she did what she could trying to help us find it. Luckily it appeared hidden in toilet downstairs. Good location in Phuket town.

In our room, the sink was separate from the toilet, having to go outside to the little balcony every time you want to wash your hands after. In rainy days, that means having to dry your feet every time, as balcony gets wet. A little uncomfortable. Then during our stay there were some people shouting early in the morning a couple times, not sure whether that was hotel staff, a guest or people from the street. Some dogs barking during the night as well in an open side yard, in other side of the road.
