Great location if you are planning on going to old town Phuket! Everything about this property was fantastic! Shout out to jojoe at the rooftop restaurant, amazing service!! Will 100% recommend to anyone going to Thailand.

5 stars which feel like 3.

1. Hotel location is very good. 10 minutes walking to Old Phuket Town (to the left from hotel) and 5 minutes walking to street-food market and McDonalds (to the right from hotel). 2. Pillows are great, size is nor big neither small. Beds are also good. 3. Swimming pool is small but neat and clean. 4. Breakfast is good.

1. When checking in I was asked to pay the price of the room, so I did. Next morning receptionist called me and asked to pay 500+THB more due to yesterday recepitionist's mistake. Come on, is it my problem, I have paid the amount I was asked to pay; work with your personnel, charge him this additional amount, but don't spoil my beautiful morning. Also imagine, what if I ran out of cash and my card is empty/blocked? That's what I mean. 2. A/C in the room was a little bit tricky to manage. Even if you set +25 on the dial it blows out +18 air anyway. Not a single possibility to make airflow warmer. 3. Only one elevator is working, which is absolutely not acceptable for 18-floor building, big hotel. Used to wait elevator for a long time. 4. 10-th floor, A/C seems not to be working, very hot and no fresh air (sunny side). 5. It was meant that there will be 3 of us: two adults and a child. Towel set is for two persons. Last thing I need is to call for an additional towel when I go out of the shower. 6. No bathrobes in the room. No slippers in the room. No cotton earbuds in the room.

The electric outlets are on the same circuit as the lights. If you turn the lights off, they turn off. Need to change your phone overnight? Need to use a CPAP to sleep? You're sleeping with the lights on ...

realitvely close to most attractions, got the room the minute we arrived although we arrived early

Room is very small, we were travelling with an infant and I didnt feel the staff were very helpfull- for example in other hotels the staff would bring us a baby chair or a plate for an infant.

Good and clean place. Short of staffs. Good service is left to be desired.

Calm and peaceful in the city center. Close to a big market so you'll never be short of cheap and good food. The place is clean. The ambient is quiet so this hotel suits a working introvert people. The gym is small, but better than nothing. The swimming pool is also small so it's for relaxing rather than exercise.

Looks like they are always short of staffs. The front receptionists are also the masseurs. The securities are also bell captains. The room cleaning service is upon request. And if you want to use the roof top bar one of the staffs from the restaurant will be up there to service. So you will notice that the management is reducing the cost and squeezing everything out of the poor existing staffs which I could feel they are working so hard. If they aren't investing for any improvement they will never satisfy the guest and no one will come back as the service is pretty much below the standard.

Rooms were good. Good breakfast. Loved the location. Not too busy and within walking distance to local food stalls.

Seems like one of the receptionists was not familiar with the area. We checked in about 630pm and ask this person where's a good local place to eat and this person just smiled and said I'm not sure. I suggest the front house must be trained to be knowledgeable about the area since it was our first time at Phuket. Ofcourse we did our research but sometimes you would think a local would know better. Not that it's a big deal for us but apart from that, we were happy. We would stay again.

Former 5 star hotel

Staff were nice and friendly and hotel in general was clean. Not mint but clean as it could be for such age of building.

First evening meal contained spoiled shrimp that was a bit bitter. Meat in steak was hard like it was local beef. Coffee that you can buy in restaurant is same poor quality that you can have from coffee machine during breakfast but priced almost like from Starbucks. Breakfast is far away from 5 star hotel quality.
