Good choice and worth it

1. The facilities: room was spacious and my niece and nephew love the pool. 2. The staff: very accomodating and helpful. They went out of their way to arrange the massage for my family to be done in the comfort of our hotel room. 3. Breakfast buffet: they offered good selection of dishes and they taste good.

Conform asteptarilor! ❤️

Cazarea a fost conform asteptarilor, adica foarte buna si primitoare. Incepand de la receptie, angajatii isi fac treaba foarte bine si sunt foarte draguti cu tine. Va trebui sa lasi 300 Bath (~45 ron) garantie insa ti-o vei recupera la final. Micul dejun desi este acelasi in fiecare dimineata, este foarte bun. Piscina care este infinity este extraordinara si curata. Curatenia din camere impecabila.

Meglepően lerobbant állapotban lévő szálloda. A folyosók mennyezete penészes, a szoba ablaka a belső garázsra nyílt. A szoba parkettája kopott/törött volt.

Мне понравилось все, был бассейн, завтрак хороший, вежливый и подсказывающий персонал. Хороший обменный курс прям в гостинице. Можно сдать вещи в постирочную прям на ресепшен.

Parfait pour découvrir Phuket Old Town

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est excellent : on rejoint le cœur de la ville en une vingtaine de minutes de marche, sur des trottoirs et des passages piétons sécurisés. Aucun problème pour garer une voiture : l’hôtel dispose d’un grand parking extérieur. Notre chambre était très confortable, dotée d’un frigo, d’une bouilloire, d’un bureau. Excellent wifi dans la chambre. Débit d’eau chaude satisfaisant. Petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié sous forme de buffet (plats chauds, cupcakes, fruits exotiques, yaourt…). Nous avons adoré la petite piscine à débordement au 7e étage offrant une très belle vue sur la ville (les serviettes sont prêtées).

Bra rum och mycket prisvärt. Bra frukost. Mycket trevlig personal. Poolen på taket är mycket liten men finns i alla fall så man kan svalka sig. Galet varmt på dagen ute.

AC krånglade lite men kom igång.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres voisines.

La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Le lit était très grand et nous avons pu profiter d’une chambre silencieuse.

La piscine n’était pas accessible (piscine verte et en maintenance). Malgré les échanges que j’ai eu nous n’avons pas pu eu de geste de leur part. L’hôtel n’est pas à proximité de la vieille ville (environ 15/20 minutes de marche) Ville sans intérêt Petit déjeuner qui pourrait être largement amélioré - tres déçus

Good, basic accommodation

Check-in process went very smoothly. Rooms had everything we needed. The rooftop pool was really nice and stayed open until quite late. Breakfast had a decent selection of both Western and Thai food. It's located about 10-15 minute walk from Old Town, which is really nice! We enjoyed walking around the town and doing some shopping, so can definitely recommend that!

There were stains on the bedding and towels, which I had already read in other reviews, so I wasn't too surprised by this. We were upgraded to a family room with a kitchen, which at first seemed nice, but actually was a bit annoying. The kitchen section of the room was closed off with a sliding door and had no air-con. To get to the bathroom, you would have to go through the kitchen, meaning you had to walk through a really warm, clammy room to get there. We also didn't have any soap and shampoo, but they delivered this when we requested it. We still had a nice stay overall, but was a bit annoying.

Reasonable hotel, breakfast ok. A little bit out of the way for the night market and old town

Hotel was comfortable and okay for the price. Staff were helpful with booking a tour to Phi Phi islands. Was well organised but very commercialised. Clean room and a good size.

The hotel was 2km on foot to the Naka nightmarket and around the same distance to the old part of the city.

Excellent séjour

Petit déjeuner bien fourni et varié le tout très bon, hôtel propre le ménage est fait tous les jours et le personnel super disponible et serviable j'avais oublié des affaires personnelles et l'hôtel n'a pas hésité à me les renvoyer par La Poste à mon hôtel à Bangkok sans frais supplémentaire j'en suis pleinement satisfaite et une mention spéciale pour la piscine sur le toit.

Manque de jus frais au petit déjeuner et un peu plus de fruits.

Hotel limpio cómodo con piscina y gimnasio!

Lo que más me gustó de la habitación fue la presión de la ducha! Es raro en Tailandia encontrar hoteles/alojamientos con buena presión. Buen desayuno al estilo Tailandés y además zumo, café, magdalenas, tostadas, huevos fritos, frutas (sandía/piña), jamón york, salchichas, yogurt, cereales.. La piscina estilo infitinity pool en la azotea es un remanso de paz. Además disponen de las toallas para que puedas hacer uso de ellas en dicha estancia. Disponen de una sala de gimnasio muy bien equipada.

Para mí no fue un problema dado que nos movemos en moto y preferimos adentrarnos en las zonas menos turísticas pero puedo entender que para otros viajeros, esto sea un inconveniente.

Hôtel correct

La piscine sur le toit, la kitchenette dans la chambre. Le personnel sympathique.

La climatisation directe sur le lit, même réglée a 29 degrés, on se gelait. L emplacement un peu trop loin d old Phuket a pieds ( annoncé plus près sur le site de l hôtel). Peu d endroits pour se restaurer autour, du coup nous avons mangé dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner présentait trop de plats qui étaient froids alors qu ils étaient sensés être chauds. 400 b de charges pour appeler un taxi...

VOLVERÍA a alojarme sin duda alguna

Limpieza, habitaciones nuevas y espaciosas, TV, nevera, gel de baño, limpieza diaria. Buen desayuno, variado y suficiente. Piscina suficiente, agradable y bien situada. Gimnasio básico pero en buenas condiciones. Ubicación en zona tranquila y cerca a pie (1 km más o menos) de la old town, aunque alejado de otras atracciones y playas.

Por decir algo, el solárium de la piscina necesita un poco de mantenimiento.

Schönes Hotel

Schönes sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und schönem Pool. Waren nur eine Nacht da, aber definitiv zu empfehlen.

We loved our stay! Location was perfect and the staff were super lovely.

Perfect location, they arranged transport for us. The pool was amazing so was the included breakfast. Was super easy to find and was super flash.

simple, cheap and decent axcommodation not far from phuket old town

Although basic and utterly unpretentious, hotel is actually very well equiped. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are spacious, water pressure is exemplary, aircon is reasonably quiet, brekky is decent for this price range.

the reception desk is not airconditioned, hence it is unpleasantly warm there and mosquitos are an issue.

Rien à dire. Quelconque. Après j’en ai eu pour mon argent.

En fait je ne sais pas réellement dire ce qui m’a plu.

Le restaurant le soir propose vraiment pas grand chose à manger. La piscine sur le toit pourrait être bien cependant l’eau était trouble et un peu verte.

Great stay! Very clean, beautiful rooms and welcoming staff.

Pros: The staff were so lovely and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast had a good choice of buffet as well as continental with fresh fruit. Shower pressure was great. Room facilities were good (kettle/fridge/coffee/toiletries) air conditioning worked. Rooftop pool was well maintained and great views. Gym was well equipped. Peaceful location. Con’s: Internet slow, pillows were hard. Limited seating space around the pool. No air conditioning in the gym just one small fan that worked. Amenities not in walking distance - we had to use Grab to get to different places but they didn’t cost much at all. Overall I would highly recommend.

Hard pillows and no tea in the room just coffee.

Best place to stay in Phuket Town

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room was quite big than expected.Big bed as well. Very very very good breakfast, a lot of options. Swimming pool was good too.Worth the money.

Nothing

This hotel is not recommended. High expectations due to the high review scores on booking.com and google. However, when you arrive at the room, everything is dirty, dingy and partly broken. There are hairs everywhere and also stains everywhere (pillows, bedding, bath mat, towels). The cabinet under the sink almost falls apart when you open it and the only pan present is black on the inside. We were supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but we immediately checked out again because of the above. Unfortunately we still had to pay for 1 night despite the fact that we haven’t been in the room for more then an hour. Even for this price you can get better accomodation in Phuket.

Average / fit for purpose for a few nights

The staff were fantastic and the location for accessing the old town was great. The pool was nice.

There were ants / beasties crawling about everywhere. This included at breakfast where they were crawling about the food tables and food. Breakfast wasn’t great and was limited for fruit options. No hand towels in the room and no hand soap. The shower curtain was mouldy and so was the nozzle/pipe for it.

Would visit again!

Helpful stuff, good breakfast. Good view of the landscape. Ample natural lights.

The location is not that ideal to visit main attractions of phuket other than old phuket.
