Hôtel bien situé près du terminal des bus et du vieux Phuket.. Grande chambre propre,

Lors de l'arrivée, la personne de l'accueil ne trouvait pas la réservation. La chambre n'était pas isolée et donnait sur la route très passante : . Impossible de dormir. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre mais l'hôtel était complet

Good

Basic, bright and a clean room with a balcony in a great location. Perfect for stopover. The whole hotel was spotless and you can pay by card without extra charges. Coffee and water provided.

I like hard beds but this one was way too hard, felt like sleeping on the ground which unfortunately not give me much and comfortable sleep. No hairdryer or soap by the sink. Shower gel dispenser finished after one shower.

Все было хорошо, чисто, хорошая звукоизоляция, в самом центре Олд тауна, есть своя парковка, за что отдельный + в карму.

Раковина не в туалете, а в комнате, не то, чтобы не понравилось, но когда с утра чистишь зубы, будишь партнера.

Phuket, Eski şehir merkezine yakınlığı ve otobüs terminali yakınında oluşu. Tesisin ve odalarin temizliği mükemmel di. Beklediğimden öte bir tesis. Çalışan görevliler güler yüzlü ve yardım severdiler. Benim için ayrı bir önemi oluştu. Sezon başlamadığı için sanırım. Otelde yanlız kaldım. Gösterdiğiniz konuk severlikten dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Teferruat takılmadan kalınacak mükemmel bir tesis.

Herşey olağanüstü idi.

We specified we would be arriving late but were not told to call, when we arrived there was no one there. We called and someone was sent out to check us in it was clear they had had a drink and struggled to make change when paying for the hotel and with opening the door to our room. Had to ask for water - not readily available day to day, only one bottle per person provided in room

Great value for money in central Old Town

Good location in central Old Town around 5 minutes walk to the main walking streets and markets. The room was clean, spacious and fairly modern with a comfy bed, good shower and all basic essentials like air con, fridge, water, toiletries, towels. We also had a balcony which was unexpected. Great value for money for a short stay over.

The hosts could be more friendly when checking in. The entrance and hallways feel a little unwelcoming so could be improved to make guests feel safer.

Very cozy hotel in the old town.

+ Great location: 2 minutes to weekend night markets, old town sights, shops, good cafes (including vegs) within walking distance. + Quite spacious room. + The manager is very friendly, she helped me carry my suitcase to the 3rd floor and immediately changed the room, when at the first one we've heard some noise (probably plumbing). I recommend this hotel.

- The pressure of hot water was weak, but sufficient. - After replacing the room, the windows overlooked the road. The noise didn't bother me, but I had to keep the curtains closed so that no one could see from the street.

Good staff and everything is cleaned. The location is good since it's near the weekend market.

Since it's on the main road, you can hear a little bit of noise because of the motorbikes passing by.

Amazing value for money, great hotel.

The room was clean, spacious and comfy. The location is great for Old Town. Price was great value for money (We have stayed in budget hotels throughout Asia). I would highly recommend this hotel :)

We weren’t able to check in early despite the room being empty/not many guests in the hotel.

Cheap stay near the city center.

Location is really good, city center is just in 3 minutes walk. Staff is friendly. I've been lucky to get the room on reverse side, not to the road, so it was silent. Door to the hotel closed at night and door to the rooms upstairs also locked with code lock.

The room is dark and small. Renovation is needed. Shower almost drops off the wall, and most irritating - tap sometimes sounds like a stampeding elephant. No table in the room/balcony. No cleaning through the whole week of stay. Bedsheets are of cotton and white, but old (from another hotel).

Excellent location and comfy room

Location was perfect - 40mins to airport and 2mins walk into the centre of old town. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Would allow us to check in early (despite the room being empty) which was frustrating after turning up at 10am having taken an overnight flight and not slept. Staff were nice but don't go out their way to be helpful.

Clean, perfect location and value for money

Very clean room with air conditioning and a balcony, very friendly and helpful staff. There is free parking outside to park your motorbike or car, 7-11 is just 3 minutes away. Airport bus terminal only 5 minutes away walking. Water and coffee is provided every day for free! Will visit again on my next trip to Phuket!

The balcony is spacious but a small table and chairs would be a good idea :)

Great location for ferry, just short taxi ride to Rassanda Pier

The location was great for the ferry the following morning, which the staff arranged taxis for us too. The staff were very accommodating when we brought our own snacks and drinks back (as there's no bar/restaurant), set out the foyer for us with chairs and aircon.

Rooms at the back were nice and quiet but quite a lot of road noise at the front. Aircon wasn't great in our room but the night staff gave me a fan so it was ok
