Central nice and confortable flat in Reykjavik

The location couldn't be more central, walking distance for everwhere (the historic center, the harpa concert hall...) and the apartment in very confortable.

The TV didn't work and the phone numbers they sent us weren't right. One of them was off and the other belonged to someone who already lived there but wasn't in charge of the apartment anymore. All the rest was great! The terrace needs some work, but it was ok for us.

Great location, very near to restaurants, shops and museums.

The location was great and safe. We had a bit of difficulty getting into the place as the key fell off the string where we needed to retrieve it. However, the party was able to get us the key, and we were good to go.

I thought it came with a second bed, however the party was able to provide us with very comfortable linens and blankets for the couch.

Flott og sentral leilighet, kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Kun et par minutter ned til turvei/gangvei langs sjøen, der det også er et busstopp for shuttle-busser. Fem minutter å gå til hovedgaten i Reykjavik, og også i parallellgaten er det mange steder å gå inn på for en matbit eller noe å drikke, samt butikker o.a. Leiligheten er som beskrevet, passet bra for oss som var 3 venner, hvorav to delte en dobbeltseng og en sov på seng i stuen. Vil også passe godt for par. Kjøkkenet var fullt utstyrt og med oppvaskmaskin, og på badet var det til og med masse god dusjgele, sjampo og balsam. Dusjen var supergod. Verten svarte umiddelbart på et par spørsmål da vi sendte en melding eller e-post (noe om wi-fi, som jeg senere så at vi allerede hadde fått opplyst.) God service!

Mangler knagger i gangen til å henge yttertøy, bare en bagatell.

Very good apartment!

Location and size of the property was very good and the apartment was really nice. We stayed here as a family of four and it was perfect for what we needed. It was nice and warm for when we arrived just after experiencing a storm and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Only downside to the property was the neighbours, the front door was extremely loud every time someone entered or left the building which woke us up in the night.

It's a great location in the city, close to many landmarks, shops and points of interest. The apartment was clean and had plenty of amenities for a few days' stay.

Although the housekeeper got in touch and was very friendly, the owner is slow to respond to queries via the app, so ensure you leave enough time for this.

It was near of center of city. Kitchen was full of stuff for cooking and all accommodation was modern.

We arrived on time witch we send on booking (at 2:50 p.m.)but room was not ready and we had to wait for hour and personal told us that we arrived too early even, they wrote we can arrive after 2 p.m. It was quite annoying

The apartment was very conveniently located near bus stops, restaurants and cultural attractions. The apartment is large and comfortable with all necessary amenities, a great value for the price. The couches and bed were very cozy. It felt like my own little home. The host and maintenance man were easy to reach and responsive to requests.

The drainage on the back deck would be very loud when it rained heavily. The area where the water drained was very close to the bed so it would occasionally wake me up and I'd go sleep on the couch. Also, I was surprised the blackout curtains were not totally covering the window, so some light did get into the bedroom making it hard to sleep at times.

Great central location. Good sized well equipped apartment.

When we arrived at 9pm the apartment wasnt ready for us. It wasnt totally clean, just acceptable. Half used toiletries were in the bathroom as well as dirty towel in the linen basket. Bedding could do with being renewed. I would suggest the microwave needs to be placed lower down as it is dangerous being so high up and extra toilet roll should be provided. Wevsite does list views but you have to leave the property to get a view. The apartment however had everything you could need and was in a brilliant location. It was very warm and had Netflix which is great to relax with after a long day of exploring. Despite the issues listed I would recommend it and would stay again.

Very poor

The location was great, and the size of the apartment was good. Close to quite a lot, and lovely view of the mountains at the front door.

Didn't find the apartment to be as clean as it should have been. There was lot of dust on the floor, the kitchen appliances had been used and not cleaned. And the apartment did not feel welcoming, rather things were just placed for convenience. The TV was also temperamental, as sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn't. There is a guest book left with lots of mixed reviews also. I had e-mailed the host and also sent pictures regarding the listed issues, however she did not respond which was disappointing. I personally would not recommend staying here! I've given it a 2 purely for the lack of cleanliness.
