Location, view and staff.
The staff of the hotel were all very friendly and goes out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. View from the room in the morning was good and we were able to see Mt Machhapuchre in the morning during sunrise.

Location of the hotel by the lake and the views from the room were extremely Good.
But the Best part of the stay was the warm welcome and excellent service by all the staff who made us feel like we were home and part of the family. Cannot thank them enough for all the love and care during our stay
Would definitely recommend the property and absolutely love to stay there if we come back to Pokhara.

The room was amazing and very spacious. The staff is super-attentive and responsive, helped us organize our trekking, supported everything. My husband and I were very satisfied and would be happy to return to this hotel again.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed here before and after trekking the Annapurna Circuit and it was amazing. The rooms are spacious with great views, there is an amazing breakfast and a good a la carte menu and the staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. The hotel owner is a former guide and sat with us to talk through our plans to trek by ourselves in-depth and had great advice, which proved of value when we were in the mountains. They even went out to get us a SIM-card when the vendor nearby was closed.

Great location. Reception staff really helpful
If you want your room refreshed you have to ask?? Realised this after 3rd day!
All staff lovely but I found the manager really passive aggressive

The view from the 7th floor room was spectacular. Location is right off of the main street along Phewa lake, within walking distance of all amenities, restaurants, bars and clubs. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. good breakfast choice and excellent morning tea.
No negatives come to mind.

Great location, by the lake, close to the center. Restaurants, laundromats, supermarkets right next to the hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice, hot shower, which is not to be taken for granted in Nepal :) The room was bathed in sun in the morning. Lovely views over both the lake and the mountains from the room.
No sound proofing

The friendly staff and the view from the room, amazing! The manager, Mr. Ram, tended to our every need. He came to meet the guests every morning during breakfast asking about any issues we were having. Also, arranged the necessary transports upon request. Finally, the room was very quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Happy stay, will come back.
Nothing to mention.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and tried their best to help us out.
Also the view from the balcony was wonderful and really the best reason to stay there.
The main problem is that the hotel is old and poorly maintained. It looks shiny in the photos, but when you are in the rooms you can see a lot of work needs to be done to maintain the bare minimum. We took a room there because it had a/c and it started to drip in the middle of the night. Also, the toilet stopped flushing. We asked them to fix it, and they were only able to take care of the toilet. Next day, we asked to switch rooms, got an upgrade, and the a/c was turning itself off every 20 min in the new room. The baths in both rooms were pretty splushy.
And prices wise, it's one of the more expensive hotels you can find in Pokhara.

Mountains were out, and we had 2 days of fabulous mountain views from our room...way better than what we expected or imagined so waking up to this was a great treat! Room was really comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Room didn't include breakfast and area didn't look that enticing. That said, we didn't check out the food, so we can't really comment on the food.

The view from our room was magnificent. We took the mountain view room located at the top most floor. I highly recommend this room if and only if you want the mountain view from your bed as well as both lake and mountain view from your balcony. The manager was really friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, we had a really good stay at the hotel.

Hotel was great by itself, but double impression made manedger of the hotel - mr Ram.
Very helpful, very polite, full of attention to our needs and wishes. In communication with him he never tried to do upselling, but if we need something - he was ready to give his advise.
mr Ram was available 24/7 by his phone and whatsapp. One time after his duty he drop my friend to tourist place by his byke. He was very professional and high level service person. Very appreciate your hospitality, mr Ram! Thank you so much for your warm!
Also hotel has very nice window view, terrasse for breakfast. Soft music and flowers around makes own atmosphere.
Comfortable location. Easily we can reach place for tracking permission, and lake, and paragliding office, and bars.
Next time in Pokhara I wish to stay in the same place, cause I got very nice experience.
Thousands thanks, mr Ram!

Had corner room with beautiful room. Helpful pleasant receptionist. Good fridge in room, when it worked
The electrics were terrible. The sockets didn't really work. The room card didn't turn things on or off properly. There were intermittent partial power cuts. Asked for a beer and had a 10% "service charge" added on, hardly significant but seemed a bit petty

This hotel was perfect for a stay in Pokhara. 1 minute away from the lake, location within the tourist facilities area (restaurants, clubs, shops, bars etc.), very clean and neat with an amazingly friendly staff. I here want to particularly thank Mr Ram the manager of the hotel. Ww were a group of 6 friends and we stayed 3 nights. Mr Ram took care of LITERALLY every aspect of our trip!! He booked activities for us, changed money, booked our flight tickets back to Kathmandu, booked taxis for transfers, he was constantly taking care of us, he definitely was the person behind the success of our trip in Pokhara! He was one of the highlights of our trip in Nepal! Thank you soo much Mr Ram for uour assistance!
