About this villa rental
Owner with 2 other villas at the same complex! Be close to the action but away from the crowd at this cozy gated community of 12 private Villas.
Spacious bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa accommodating up to 6 guests.
The villa has a large private terrace, fenced-in with a lovely patio table and lounge chairs. Dine outside under the canopy or enjoy a BBQ on the patio. Our villa faces the new pool and is tucked away from the street.
Free wifi, a dishwasher, HD-TV, land line telephone and a safe to store your valuables.
We also own the villa next door, if you have a larger group and would like some additional space.
Pack and Play portable crib provided for a baby if needed.
For those who need to stay connected or answer emails, each bedroom is equipped with a desk and a comfortable office chair.
The bedrooms have comfortable new mattresses and top quality linens.
A large master bedroom with a king-sized bed + a private en-suite bathroom.

The beach is spectacular! It is the real showcase: white sand and stretching for at least 3 km (1-3/4 mile), with crystal clear turquoise water. We provide 2 beach chairs but you may also rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach.
The villa is a short and easy walk to Cabbage beach. There is a great jogging path along Paradise Island Drive, stretching from the Atlantis Marina to the Ocean Club golf course.
On your way to the beach, you will see a lovely pond (with turtles and fishes), which is also a bird sanctuary.
You won't need a car as everything is in walking distance on Paradise Island, but if you do rent a car to explore New Providence Island, we have 2 private/reserved parking spaces just in front of the villa.
You will be a few steps away from Cabbage beach, a pond, restaurants, a liquor store, a local craft market, water sports at the beach, water taxis to Nassau and within walking distance of the world-class Atlantis Resort, with its casino, aquarium (one of the largest in the world), entertainment, water slides, gym, spa, basket ball courts and luxury stores.
You will have access to most of the Atlantis facilities, but will need to buy day passes for the water park if you'd like to enjoy the pools and slides.
We will guide you for your groceries (where to go, and how to get there).
You may order your groceries on-line before you travel, and ask to have them delivered to the villa.
You may also rent baby equipment , bicycles, paddle boats, scooters.
If you enjoy scuba diving, you ll be at an incredible spot! There are two fabulous dive centres: one just across the bridge (Bahama Divers), and the other on the South-West end of New Providence (Stuart Cove). Both companies offer a free shuttle service that will pick you up and bring you back to Paradise Island. If you prefer to just snorkel, there are lots of tours operating off Paradise Island and Nassau, which will take you to 2-5 m of water to see a myriad of tropical fishes up close. All the information is included in the welcome binder in the villa.

After dinner, take a walk to Marina Village at Atlantis, enjoy an ice cream while watching the luxury yachts or go window shopping. Marina Village is very animated at night, with live music.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a villa owned by an exceptional host. Kyrene was always available and responded quickly to our needs. Her dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable.
During our stay, she even drove us to the grocery store in her own car. Her presence on-site provided an unparalleled level of support and care. Of all the places we've traveled, her welcome was by far the best we've ever experienced.
The villa is in a fantastic location, just 0.6 km or a 10-minute walk from a stunning beach with white sand and turquoise waters. Being so close to the small marina village made evening strolls to the village a delightful part of our stay. The Casino at Atlantis was also a nice entertainment and wonderful restaurants at Dune and Nobu nearby.
The pool at the villa was also perfect, and we enjoyed many relaxing moments there.
Additionally, the villa is very secure, situated in a gated environment with security codes.
Without a doubt, we highly recommend this villa for a wonderful family vacation. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable.

We loved staying at Ocean Break Villas. The villa gave us lots of space, was really nice and had a pool within steps of the villa. This was much nicer and quieter than staying in a hotel room.
The location was a short walk over to Atlantis and all of the shops and restaurants near there. All of the shuttle buses to activities knew exactly where the villa was.
The owners had a lot of suggestions for restaurants and activities. Prior to arrival, we got an email with taxi, diving, restaurant, and other beach activities suggestions. They were all great.
Communications with the owners could not have been easier.
This was our first time in the Bahamas and we will definitely go back and stay at Ocean Break with the same owners.

It was private. We could sit on the patio and unwind and not have to socialize with the other guests. The villa was close to a shopping plaza and restaurants that we could take the golf cart and travel to Atlantis.

The accommodation was better than advertised! The location is perfect and we walked to everything, no need for taxis or car. Cabbage beach is a short one block walk and Atlantis is 10 minute walk. We stayed for 10 nights in a nice quiet part of complex with the pool right outside our door. Plenty of room for the 2 of us,each having our own bathrooms. It would also be comfortable for 4 people. Dining out is VERY expensive but the kitchen is well stocked and we cooked most night. The villa has everything you need to relax and unwind after a beach day or sightseeing. We loved it and would definitely stay again. Kyrene is a wonderful host & is on top of everything. We hitched a ride with her to the grocery store which was very much appreciated. This was one of the best holiday homes we stayed in and Kyrene is top notch host Stay here you’ll love it.

I don’t know where to begin here… everything was perfection! We couldn’t have created a better stay. The location, amenities, space and the host were absolutely super. Kyrene is the best, she is so knowledgable about the Bahama Islands, this place is near everything you want and need for fun in the sun. The Bahamian experience was so full of laughs, beauty and everyone made us feel so welcomed! We celebrated our friends 35th here and we had five people from different states fly in for a flawless island experience.
Thank you Kyrene for making our trip extra special, we cannot wait to come back to the Bahamas and stay here!

Kyrene was a fabulous host, allowing us to store luggage since we arrived early. The 2 bedroom 2 bath was plenty of space. Kitchen had all of your essentials. She even had extra snacks you could purchase so you would not have to go to store right away. Beds were comfy, pillows were a bit too small for me but just personal preference. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and the beach. She had beach chairs, snorkel gear, and floats for use. We rented the golf cart which was so much fun. We drove around to the store, Dunkin Donuts, the beach, Atlantis, and dinner. The beach access across the street at Cabbage Beach during the week is great. You can rent umbrellas and it was not too crowded. Oh and this place was spotless! I would 100% stay here again and I am very picky.

My family of 5 had an amazing stay at villa #10. Kyrene was an incredible host and met us at the villa at check in. The kitchen had everything we needed for the light meals we cooked daily and Cabbage beach was only a short walk from the villa. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided and although there were bicycles and a golf cart available to rent, we did not utilize them since the walk was so convenient. We walked nightly to a variety of amazing restaurants like Dune, Nobu, Chop Stix, Olives and Anthony’s. We sang karaoke at Viola’s and bought day passes one day to the Atlantis water park. We dove with the sharks, swam with the pigs, and snorkeled the calm waters around the islands. Great vacation and would definitely recommend Kyrene and her villa!

All the comments and pictures all were so true. Kyrene was a wonderful host and beyond helpful. She even offered to help us go to the store with her. Contact was so easy with her and everything about the rental was perfect. When we return we will definitely look at staying again. Proximity to beach, food, Atlantis, boat rides all within walking.

Could have not picked a better location. Kyrene gave us very personal attention, like staying with a friend out of town. So much more relaxing than a hotel. Several nights had dinner on our own private patio. Just like having your own vacation home. Would choose this villa again for sure.

Kyrene's place is the perfect spot on Paradise Island. So close to the beach and without the 'big hotel' feel - the perfect home away from home. Kyrene has the unit stocked with everything you would need - beach towels, beach bags, games and a fully equipped kitchen and everything is very clean and tidy. The pool area is the perfect place to relax before or after the beach! I wish we could have stayed there longer. We will definitely book again when we come back.

This is truly the best rental property! Amazing host went above and beyond from helping arrange transport to even helping with change. This property is a fantastic location. Quiet yet close walking to beach, Atlantis, 4 seasons and much more. Beautifully decorated and clean 2 bed 2 bath. Excellently appointed with everything from yoga mat to scuba gear! Comfortable furniture. Laundry on site. Beautiful pool. Had even outdoor party lights on patio. No detail overlooked. Very safe area. .Highly recommend. Absolutely stunning white sand beach with turquoise water a short walk away. Enjoyed eating at local 4 seasons -walking distance -and other places across bridge via taxi.. Nearby Starbucks. Lots to do for any ages as well as if you like it quiet (sit at pool or beach) or action packed( try Atlantis - water park, marina, casino and much more). Kyrene is a A plus host! This was the perfect villa for my family to enjoy Paradise island. The villa was clean, comfortable, quiet and very well stocked and a very easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. At the end of a busy day of exploring, we looked forward to a relaxing dip in the pool. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you Kyrene!

Family Vacation in Bahamas
We stayed at Ocean Break Villa #10. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our 2 kids were 8 and 11 years old. It was perfect location and walking distance to everything you would need. Kyrene was very helpful with any information we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool that was onsite. We took Kyrene's advice and went down to the quiet part of Cabbage Beach and it was just wonderful. So beautiful and a nice calm area for the kids. We enjoyed Atlantis for 3 days, did blue lagoon island for a day and also just took some pool/beach days. All of it was easily walkable from the Villa. Thank you so much Kyrene. Our family had a wonderful trip to the Bahamas.

Perfect Villa!
Kyrene was an amazing host! The check-in and arrival process was absolutely seamless and she even took a few of our group around for a tour of the island, giving us tips for places to eat/visit that we would not have known about otherwise! The villa was perfect for our group of 5, and was within walking distance to Atlantis and the beach. We had the best time and would absolutely stay here again if we get the chance!

best vacation house ever
renting this property was easy from reservation to check out. Even when I needed to add more days it was effortless just a quick message to kyrene. the property looks just like the online pictures but they cant describe the quiet peaceful peice of paradise that you get staying here. It was a quick walk to the beach, Atlantis and restuarants.. there are taxis available everywhere and we had no trouble getting around without a car. kyrene was a great host she exceeded our expectations and was very informative answering any questions about the area we had. the pool is clean and warm, the grounds are wonderfully kept with flowers everywhere. it was perfect for our group of 4 and could definitely comfortably fit up to 6. the wifi works great, the covered patio is a great place to sit and have dinner. We really couldn't have asked for a vacation house and cant wait to come back

Great Villa!
Our party of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa! Kyrene is an excellent hostess who answers your questions in record time and genuinely endeavors to make your stay perfect. We loved the patio for our morning coffee and late afternoon relaxing! The villa is an easy walk to Atlantis, the beach and everywhere else we ventured to on the island. We also enjoyed several casual meals at Viola's, located just around the corner. Great villa, great hostess, great stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this villa. It is beautifully decorated and the perfect location for walking to the beach or to Atlantis. The pool is perfect for a quiet spot to enjoy the weather!
