Location is excellent, and front desk staff very pleasant and hospitable ( Demetre).
Cleanliness - house keeping needs to pay closer attention when cleaning the rooms. Too many misses.

Nice historical building, close to local shops.
There are no activities on the property. Since most local stores/ restaurants close at about 5, it leaves one technically in a deserted town, no places to go that are in walking distance. To stay on the property is boring as there is only one bar and one restaurant. No other lounges or hotel activities. Guest are given opportunity to enjoy the adjacent properties of The Pointe, Margaritaville, they are just as boring unless one cares to be on a lazy river in Margaritaville all day. The surrounding area becomes a ghost town, forcing one to take a 40 dollar round-trip taxi ride to Atlantis Paradise Island or Bahamar resort to enjoy the casino or walk within their property. Also, room 269 is tiny and literally behind a huge tree in which nothing could be seen

Room had a bad odor. We reported it the first night and someone cleaned the floor, which improved the smell. However, every day after that, the odor remained. It was very off-putting and never went away. The room smelled like fish, and we began to think it was simply from the water and drains. One other issue is the lack of affordable and convenient food options. The prices are extremely high, and the surrounding options all close at 6:00 pm. The location and facilities are great, however.

Everything's fine
The only problem is that when I make your reservation it tells me a price of 177 and then hotel discount 223.50 and then when it reached 130.00 they tell me my money will be returned. But they come back and charge 42.50 and say And they say they will return 100.00 and I have not seen that refund in my account and without explanation from any representative, so this is very bad.

Really enjoyed the private protected beach, clean, white sand, clear clean waters from the ocean. Beautiful pools open 24 hrs for a late night swim after dinner! Atlantis pools close at sunset, and beach for any mild surf , a real killjoy!
Down town restaurants close at 5, Highly recommend Gourmet Seafood House #1 Bay St, open till 10 pm, great conch fritters and grilled shrimp burger, just around the corner next to Senor Frog’s which closes at 4:30.
The rooms did not have ceiling fans and the AC was insufficient to cool the room adequately.
Maintenance had to come and adjust the refrigerator to cool my drinks below room temperature. Not a big deal but very annoying that it had to be done at all.
The in house coffee, cold drink, snack shop is very expensive and local sundry shops inconvenient.
Finally, the in room TV channel options were somewhat limited and even though Fox News was listed on the channel menu, there was no signal available. The lack of conservative news programs such as Fox News to counter the liberal biased news on CNN and MSMBC was very disturbing. There are many guests who have a different opinion on the current state of affairs in the US and the rest of the world and it is very contemptuous not to offer alternative news sources!
Down town restaurants and shops close at 5. If you are on a working trip, not very accommodating

El hotel es hermoso. La comida cara, al final de la estadía nos aplicaron muchos impuestos, inclusive hasta por cargar consumos a la habitación y no pagar en el momento agregan un 5% de servicio.

The staff were great, and the room was excellent.
Your entire product is let down by the truly aweful food. I can with hesitation say that the evening meal was the most expensive and worst dinner I have ever eaten in a hotel. The breakfast was no better and the dining loud and full of echo.

Great amenities, pool, beach, bar with music in the evening’s
Goods and services were very expensive but that was not a surprise

It’s ambience and upgraded rooms
Pool bar staff more interested in chatting than serving. On checkout despite having paid for two nights because I was checking out before midnight they wanted me to pay a penalty of one more night. I had already paid for that night just not using the room. The wine selection is poor. No room service.

The location was good. The beach is sheltered by barrier island and private to the property.
The pool bar was open the first day we arrived but was closed the remainder of our stay. On our last day, the beach was littered with rubbish. There was a beach attendant in the towel shack. The staff was hit or miss as far as friendliness or helpfulness. We had issues getting the restaurant on the phone to order food, ultimately we had to go down in person. We consulted the front desk as to the process of how breakfast was charged, as we were overcharged and had to correct it. The front desk attendant laughed and told us to watch out for them because the front desk couldn’t correct it later. I really felt like they were not really prepared to be open and have guests. We spoke to other tourist at an event we booked and their experiences were totally different from ours, but they stayed at different hotels and resorts.

location is amazing
The shower doors are a deal breaker. If you are bigger than a pencil, good luck getting in and out of the shower. This was the worst part of the stay. The water also doesn’t get hot in the shower and it takes a. really long time to heat up.

Good location near to restaurants and downtown. The food was very good and the staff helpful
There was no hot water for the duration of our stay despite efforts to fix it.
Some areas of the hotel especially corridors could do with smartening up.

Cute beach, close to center, nice friendly staff
They don’t clean the room, dark lobby, overpriced, too expensive, wifi in room didn’t work well, bathroom smelled like sewage from pipes, phone to lobby didn’t even work. Shabby overall

Not worth the money at all you can’t get served in the restaurant the menu is always the same they don’t have enough staff working I have never seen so many people eating McDonald’s because they can’t get food in the hotel poor quality for Hilton Hilton
They have a lovely little beach but the deck chairs need replacing as they are old and broken again for a hotel that charges way over 300 per night it is not worth it at all don’t bother

Bad value for money Not worth the price poor food Same menu all day boring hotel you can’t get served in a restaurant at night if you want to sit outside you have to wait As they don’t have a lot of staff Takes ages to get your food. If you’re expecting a Hilton hotel this is not worth the money
They had a nice little beach but so does every hotel on the front Everything is overpriced in this hotel not go to value for money at all even if you are willing to spend it it is not worth it.

No hot water the day I arrived. Was there for 3 days and they did not clean my room any day.Dark lobby and the bar snd the restaurant in the pool was closed.

I liked the location and the private beach. Also easy covid testing.
The water pressure and temperature of shower and bath were both really poor. Also for the price of the room we expected a better view and the inclusion of breakfast and better bathroom.

Everything was good! The staff was amazing!
I asked for a broom to sweep the floor in my room and never for it
3.5 / 5.0
Location perfect.
Polite and friendly staff
Unfortunately the Island is trying to recover from the pandemic lock, many stores, restaurants, market and shops are still closed and the very few that are open seemed to be more aware of the tourist who arrive on cruises and as soon as they leave or the sun sets down everything closes aswell and seems like a ghost island.
Wishing all the best to the community and we hope to come back in a near future. God bless you Bahamas!
Minibar in the room a bit noisy
The exhaust system in the bathroom was broken and the door was unable to closed completely.
We understand that is an Island and getting things is expensive BUT The cost of drinks and food is way too expensive plus the 15 or 18% of gratuity added. For sure they deserve the gratuity since they earn it with their spectacular service but if the original cost was fair then we wouldn't mind to add it but getting it charged the gratuity automatically is another thing.
