About this house rental
We offer a different experience at Beach house 7 and we hope you will agree.
The beach house is set high on the hill overlooking One Mile and Samurai Beaches. The air conditioned lounge, dining room and kitchen are enclosed by full length glass offering you panoramic ocean and bush views. Sit back, relax and unwind; let the tranquillity work its magic or cook up a storm or a BBQ then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labour whilst taking in the view. If the ocean is not enough then the birds and wildflowers provide their own magic.
Feel like something more active?
You might like to take a 5 -7 minute walk through the bush down to One Mile Beach but please keep in mind its a bush track and steep in parts and might take a little longer to get back up.
Walk the beach, take a swim, go for a surf or try out the surf ski.
If the beach water is a little too cool for you then why not take a dip in the heated communal spa and pool? You will feel like you are on top of the world gazing out over the surrounding Tomaree National Park.
If you feel like venturing further afield then the delights of Nelson Bay are a 10 minute drive.
When it's time for a snooze there are 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels are provided so there will be less to pack, more room in the car, the beds will be made up prior to your arrival and you won't need to take the dirty linen home with you. Your trip will be so much more relaxing!
When it's time to go just lock up then drop the keys in the letterbox and you will be on your way. Leaving will be sad but we hope that you will be feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with many happy memories of Beach house 7 so that you will have a One Mile smile when you remember your stay.
No use of hot coals or ash on balconies, please use the BBQ provided on balcony.
Strict complex rules :- - no boats, jet skis, or trailers allowed within the complex of One Mile Ridge.
- pets are not permitted.
- no music to be played in the pool area at any time
- no balcony use after 10.30pm
- no fires or coal BBQ's permitted at the property

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

The view of and proximity to One Mile Beach was great. Being so close to Anna Bay at the same time meant a variety of swimming and dining options were available. The property was beautifully presented with everything you need and more.

The perfect long weekend away
The house was suitable for all our guests; the view is lovely, overlooking the beach watching the storms roll in. The weather was not great with continual rain; however, the house was fully equipped with games, numerous tv channels, and the pool and spa were superb even in the rain!
The kitchen was fully equipped; being foodies in the hospitality industry, it was better than places we have stayed previously.
Susanna from O'Meara's was great with communication and accommodating our needs.
We are looking forward to returning in the not so distant future.

A beautiful home with the perfect view
We had a great time at the Beach House. It was amazing to wake up to the view of One Mile Beach, with the sun shining into the lounge. In the evening, the gas heater (with the help of the A/C kept us warm. With wildlife at the doorstep, it's a perfect location for short trips into the nature reserve.

STUNNING!
The photos do no justice to this stunning property!
The view is beyond gorgeous. I was blown away every time I took in the view. Even swimming in the communal pool was so lovely looking out at all the greenery.
The home is beautiful. We were a family of seven and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the entertainment we needed at our fingertips (WiFi, Netflix, foxtel etc).
It’s tucked away from the crowds, about a 10 minute drive out from Nelson Bay which was great for us wanting a quiet beach getaway.
One mile beach was gorgeous and good for the kids, just a 2 minute drive from the property and parking so easy.
Anna Bay, another quick drive, had all the necessities with IGA, pharmacy, medical centre, bottle shop etc.
The meet and greet on arrival was great. Susanna was very helpful, hospitable and ready to answer any questions I had. She was a pleasure to deal with.
The only negative I found is it’s not friendly to people with disabilities or issues with knees etc as getting to the pool is very steep up and downhill as well as a lot of stairs. Also very little pantry space in the kitchen.
We had the best time and loved everything about this property. I highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to go back!

Breathtaking Property
Every morning when my wife and I entered the livingroom, our breath was taken away by the absolutely gorgeous view of the beach.
The place had everything you could want in the kitchen for preparing foods and all of the amenities were top notch.
The only small thing is that the pictures had a telescope, which would have been awesome to try with the beautiful starry night skies visible from the property.
Looking forward to our next stay here. Already planning it!

Beautiful house with stunning views
I recently stayed at Beach House 7 with my husband and 2 young boys for 8 nights. The house was perfect for our needs. It has an attractive, modern interior with amazing views overlooking One Mile Beach. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The living/dining room is light and airy and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The house shares a lovely infinity pool and spa which we used every day. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house as a place to stay for anyone wishing to experience the beauty of the Port Stephens area.

We had a most enjoyable stay. Accommodation supplied everything you would possibly need. Pack your bag with personal essentials only. Stunning view of the beach and mountainous coastline. Wonderful deck and gorgeous little private outdoor nooks to enjoy your Nespresso coffee.
