Good stock of basic groceries and cleaning items. Well equipped kitchen.

Excellent accommodation. Clean and tidy with every appliance you could possibly require. We were greeted with fresh roses and an environment that was welcoming, warm and inviting. In Scotland in the middle of winter it was blissful. The linen was fresh and the availability of extra towels, tea towels etc plentiful. The many choices of teas was impressive and the provision of grocery items thoughtful.
Instructions from hosts clear and concise and easy to understand. There is no room for misunderstanding. Parking for our vehicle was an extra bonus. Excellent.

The apartment was very comfortable. It was very well equipped with everything you could want.
Beautiful walks around the loch and the canal. shops and restaurants nearby and the railway station around the corner.

Perfectly located for my needs on the outskirts of Linlithgow with facilities on the doorstep. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, this was exactly what I was after. Thanks for a terrific stay!
Really struggling to think of anything negative, but maybe there could have been one more lamp in the lounge! (not a fan of big bright ceiling lights)

The location was excellent for our purposes , quiet with easy access to all local amenities , including a wonderful walk around the loch which had otters !!
The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean with lots of little touches that made you feel at home e.g nice selection of teas and coffees
We were worried that walking around might disturb the neighbours

Very comfortable, quiet and warm flat fully equipped with everything we could have needed. Easy access to town, station, shops etc. Very enjoyable stay.

Great location. Helpful host. Comfortable apartment.

Beautifully presented, modern, very well-equipped apartment in stone building, easily reached by car or train, good parking on site, entrance stairs attractively designed, flat well-placed to enjoy all that Linlithgow has to offer. Quieter than we had anticipated from its position near Tesco and train line. Plenty of hot water once slightly intermittent flow (probably due to local water pressure) is mastered. This apartment was ideal for our special purpose of visiting family living very close by, hence suited our party of three adults - perhaps the layout is otherwise best for two (living room with sofa bed is between bedroom and bathroom).
Nothing.

Location was excellent and the apartment was clearly well looked after. The owner was very helpful in view of travel problems. Overall the apartment was very good indeed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was very good. Cleanliness was very good indeed and I thoroughly recommend this well located apartment in the lovely old town of Linlithgow.
We found the low-backed sofa a little uncomfortable to begin with but learned to use the plentiful cushions when watching television.

Everything about the place was perfect. We will definitely return!

Location excellent - right in the heart of the town.
Not something that the owners can change - but the apartment's parking space is tight and tricky to get in and out of. We were glad our car is small!

Fabulous location within two minutes walk to the railway station, so trips to Glasgow and Edinburgh are so easy at any time. By car it is less than half an hour to the magnificent Queensferry Crossing, so Perth, Dundee and the north are all easy to reach as well. Despite this amazing connectivity, the apartment is quietly situated in a very peaceful building.
The apartment is exceptionally well equipped as well.
We liked everything about the apartment.

Location brilliant
Unfortunate smell of cigarette smoke in cupboards must be coming from another part of building Otherwise it was spotless

This was our first visit to Linlithgow. The flat was situated in a good location in the town, within walking distance of the high street and family and friends. A high standard of fixtures and fittings in the flat made it feel hotel standard.
Parking on site was very handy but awkward at times due to large vehicle in allocated parking space next door. Not the fault of anyone. Just an observation .

This is our second stay and everything was great, again. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There were lots of lovely Christmas decorations and delicious treats left for us. Linlithgow is a lovely town with plenty to do (obviously within covid tier guidelines). The apartment is within walking distance of Linlithgow palace, cafes, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you might need for even a long stay. The furniture and furnishings were fresh/modern but cosy. The apartment was peaceful and quiet but within close walking distance of all the attractions of the lovely town of Linlithgow.
Nothing
