This home has a large open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room on the first floor. The main deck and access to the beach sits on the 1st floor as well as the gulf front community pool (only shared by 4 other homes).
Blessed also boasts 2 master suites each having their own private balcony as well as a large bathroom. The remaining two rooms are stocked with 2 queen beds, and a full/twin bunk a piece and each have their own private bathroom.
This is the place to come with the family and have plenty of room to truly enjoy yourself.
Hosting 27 miles of beachside paradise, guests of the world-renown vacation destination will enjoy stunning white sand beaches, emerald-hued waters and a varied selection of exciting attractions and establishments that have become a thing of legend. The property was located right on the beach that was quiet. Not very many people were staying in that area of the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of its location to many attractions and being able to walk down right to the sand. The property is older and in need of maintenance, such as air vent filters needing to be changed, closet door not hung properly, oven not working, mold on a bathroom ceiling, curtains not hanging on the rod, balcony door screens sticking, and obvious water leak marks in bedroom which is to be expected since it appears to be an older unit. However, we found the property not to be very clean upon our arrival. There were dirty dishes, dirty sheets, and hair in the shower. We overlooked things that needed repairing but it’s hard to overlook cleanliness.

The property is in a great location. Having a pool with only a few units to share is great. The property needs to be updated. The wood floor is heavily scratched. The carpet going upstairs desperately needs replaced. There are gouges on the wall that need repaired.

Blessed is a great place to stay with family or friends.
Right on the beach, had everything we needed including coolers, we all enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again and again.

We had four families at this condo/house. There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy in their own bedroom and bathroom.
We had a few issues with appliances. The washer and dryer did not work. The ice maker was broken. The property manager/group was very responsive and came to fix the issues the same day.
This property is in need of a lot of maintenance. The carpet is old and dirty. The closet doors are falling off the tracks. One of the master bathrooms has clear water damage with swelled floors and damage to the downstairs ceiling. The appliances are older. The deck boards and outdoor furniture are old and in need of repair.
We would stay here again because it was right on the beach and it provided the space we needed for all the families.

Nice area and great layout for our group BUT one bedroom door was broken and could not be closed which wasn’t good for privacy (this was reported by cleaning ladies when we got there) . Also felt floors and carpet could have been cleaner. Also didn’t leave starter toilet roll in all bathrooms. We come to beach at least a couple times every yr and I know that’s a usual courtesy. Beautiful and updated place though! Just needs more attention. Tim B. Gainesville GA.

wonderful view, but
The view and location were great and the property was fine but, several things happened to make our stay in PCB a stressful trip.
Below is the list:
On arrival(4pm) the cleaning staff had just arrived. The place was a mess. We tried to stay out of their way for 2 hours. Then we were able to make ourselves at home.
Ants were crawling all over the living room sofa. We discovered a large amount of sugary debris under the couch. In spite of us vacuuming, the ants never went away.
The pool was mirky(not clear) so we avoided that area.
In the middle of the week, workers started rehabbing the condo next to us. We didn't need to set alarms. Each morning at 7am we were awaken by the sounds of hammers and drills. The workers also took over one of our parking spots with their vehicle and tools.
Late Wednesday, the internet went down.. We had no TV service or the capability to use our computers. (This was not an act of God. The other units in our complex had service.) On Thursday an Ocean Reef representative came out and could not find then source of the problem. Someone else was scheduled to come out on Friday. They never showed. When we left on Saturday, the internet was still out.
All of this has been reported to Ocean Reef. Other than a standard "we're sorry, we'll get back to you" email, nothing else has happened.
I love PCB, but I warn visitors to stay away from properties managed by Ocean Reef.

Excellent property. It needs new plugs in third floor master. They don't hold the cord. Had to plug phones in bathroom.

Wonderful
We have rented several oceanfrount condos in the past. They were all crowded and loud. Blessed was quit and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was absolutely amazing and wonderful.

Beautiful Spacious Condo
We loved our stay at Blessed! It’s extremely spacious and such a beautiful condo. Everything was easily accessible. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels we were provided.
Having the beach right out our back door, was amazing!

Blessed is a beautiful quite place right on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there. Easy access to the beach. Only negative thing is the place does need some repairs on things. But will stay there again for sure.

We would stay here again. Pictures are an accurate representation of the place. Parking stinks. Every condo has 2 numbered spaces, but they were extremely small spaces. There were inches between cars. At the time of our stay there was an available parking lot across the street. We easily parked extra cars there. The pool is very small, but adequate for our needs. The home is nice. One thing I especially liked is that is has a large open living, dining, & kitchen space. It has a huge sofa, and our group could comfortably gather together. When looking for houses, I wanted a living area that could accommodate a larger group. Check-in & check-out was easy, and the management company was quick to respond to any issues.

Nice location but many small issues
Very nice location but house needs some improvements and fixes like carpet cleaning, bathroom ceiling leaking, broken toilet etc. WiFi speed and 2 car parking could be a problem.

The location is ideal, beautiful views and wonderful beach access. The property is beginning to show its age and definitely needs a good detailed cleaning. Parking is very tight.

Relaxing week
The property location was perfect!! Inside it was spacious enough to accommodate our entire family of six adults and four children. We had no major issues while we were here. I think the biggest problem was the parking.

Best of all the property and the location was great. The showers in the master bedrooms are a bit small and we had a ant problem in the kitchen the last few days we were there. Overall we had a great vacation!!

Beautiful place to rest and relax!
This was the perfect beachfront property for our family to enjoy a week at the beach. The condo is spacious and comfortable, and we loved having beach access to come and go as we pleased. Ocean reef resorts is easy to work with, responsive and accommodating. We loved our time here!

Absolutely Perfect
There were 8 of us in our party and the accommodations were absolutely perfect! Roomy, plenty of bathrooms, no waiting. I was worried about kitchen utensils and pans not being of sufficient quantity, no worries there, plenty of equipment. I could have used cookie sheets, otherwise there was more than enough of everything. The KitchenAid dishwasher was a bonus. We live 20 min from the factory and have considered putting one in the house we are building this year. Oh YES! We will have a KitchenAid dishwasher. You had to put your ear to the door to tell if it was running. FANTASTIC!!! The games, books, and puzzles were so wonderful as the weather was too cold and stormy for the beach equipment stocked in the home. I kept in shape this week by going up and down the two flights of stairs. I loved that! A recliner would have been better for my husband who can't lay down to sleep, but he created a make-shift bed with all the abundance of pillows on the large couch. He loved the coffee table with an elevating top. We were surprised to find the wine frig and wet bar so we put it to use with multiple marguerita fixins. Parking was a little tight, but eveyone there at the time used only one spot so there was an empty space on each side of our vehicle. The one owner neighbor we met was particularly friendly and her dog barked once in a very rare while, but she was too cute! We lost power one morning for a few hours due to a storm damaging a transformer. We were well informed by the management company and given an accurate repair time frame (from the power company). Our stay was absolutely perfect and we were all very sad to leave. Thanks!

Great for 2 days until Michael ran us off!
This is our favorite property. We have a large family and there is plenty of room for all of us. The maintenance people are very responsive the few times we have had to call them. We were thrilled to see “our place” survived Michael!

Perfect! Exactly as we hoped.

Great beachfront townhome!
This was the perfect space for two families to share for our Spring Break vacation. The main floor had a nice open concept, perfect for congregating. Each family had their own floor for sleeping. And the adults enjoyed beachfront master bedrooms and baths!! The bed were comfortable. Decor was a fun beach theme. We had an issue with the freezer and maintenance was there to fix it the next day. Checkin and checkout were a breeze with the Hospitality App. The beach is just steps from the back door. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off with at the bottom of the deck. They were putting all new decking on while we were there. It will make a huge difference and look great once completed!!
We all agreed we that while the couches were comfortable, they seemed quite worn and stained. The back cushions were bunched and made use awkward. An update would make the space look amazing!! The kitchen was easy to get around, but could use a few more utensils, towels and place settings. There were only 2 grills for the 5 units. Rules state not to bring your own and it was very inconvenient at dinnertime as other families were using the grills as well.

Blessed certainly describes how we felt all week!!
Beautiful townhome right on the beach! Better than expected. Plenty of room for 7 children and 4 adults. The living room, dining room and kitchen with bar and bar stools more than accommodated our group! We loved how private the beach was for our spring break trip. Couldn't have been more perfect!

Asked to leave for NO REASON!!!
Property management knocked on our door on day three of our stay...told us they had recived a noise complaint...we were very polite and respectful to the property management personnel...we were then notified that we had 30 MIN!!! To vacate the property...this gave us no time to clean the house up at all...our deposit was taken with NO DAMAGES DONE TO THE PROPERTY!!! The deposit was withheld due to a cleaning fee that was already included in the initial booking of the property...we were forced to stay in a hotel for the remainder of our trip costing us extra money and causing a huge inconvinence...I will never rent from Oceanreef again and this matter will be taken to court to recover the amount for our remaining days that we were not allowed to stay at the property and our security deposit due to nothing being damaged...

Wonderful decor, perfect family location
With a family of 6, we were looking for an on-the-beach getaway that wasn't too crowded and met our budget constraints. We truly were blessed by Blessed! Just under 3 miles from the popular Pier Park, it's a great mix of quiet and proximity.
The decor is lovely. Just our beachy-yet-minimalistic style. Really felt like home. The location is brilliant. We stayed February 12-17, low season, and had all but one night without any neighbors.
Everything met our expectations.
Checkout was the easiest experience! The app they use is great and the messages timely. Even app based methods for reporting problems and facilitating check out.
Plenty of bath towels, but beach towels are not provided. That's ok, and clearly noted in the details. The place could use a few more dish towels, however.
It would be great if they had proper beach chairs, but the deck chairs can be muscled down easily since you're so close! We left some sand toys for other families' enjoyment. The sand is sandcastle perfect and you'll find numerous seashell deposit areas close to the house.

Nice- needs some updates
Our family had a great time and the property is the perfect size for all of us. We have stayed in other units in this complex and, although some are a little nicer/more up to date, we appreciate the bunks and layout of this unit. Linens were clean - a few additional kitchen towels/rags would have been nice. Kitchen was well stocked. We miss the ice machine 😁�
A few updates and repairs are needed in the near future. The sliding doors stuck and the handles were broken. The ice maker does not dispense. The dryer takes forever to dry and may just need the exhaust cleaned out. The downstairs toilet runs and needs a new flapper. The 3rd floor master toilet will continue to run if the handle is pushed too hard. The stove and oven take an unusually long time to heat up. Deck stairs handrail needs secured.
None of these items are major or interfered with our stay, but should be addressed sooner than later to avoid bigger issues in the future.

Nice and big, but needed some work
We found the condo perfect size for our two family party. It was clean and had plenty of room. The main deck has NO privacy and all the wood is in desperate need of repair. From ocean side, the whole building looks wore out and tired. Time to spruce it up.

Updated decor, amazing beach, ample cookware, only suggestions is a decent set of flatware and new couch. Couch is broke down and worn out. Beds were comfortable air conditioning worked great! Will be back next year!!!
