Lovely nature area

We loved the location near the highway, but very close to the river and no discernible highway noise. Welcomed by a herd of elk at hotel access road. Excellent access to Jasper town and scenic drives/walks. Rooms in the lodge part of the hotel are rustic and a little outdated, but fairly priced; next time might try to book a small bungalow/cabin. The restaurant food and the service in the Kumama restaurant associated with the hotel, were excellent. We will be back!

Lovely quiet and relaxing break.

The property was in a great rural location and just a short drive from the centre of Jasper. The room in the hotel was a nice size and clean and comfy. The location is great for spotting elk and we also saw a bald eagle fly down the river.

The wi fi is poor so the tv didn’t work either

Pleasant staff and well maintained and will definitely be back!

It was overall very good.

Breakfast was very good, but the service was slow. A bit pricey.

I thought it was very expensive. But the room and service was wonderful.

Fantastic location, scenery and food ! 10/10

Beautiful, serene location with deers wandering around. Meals at restaurant were superb and well priced. Lovely fire spots to sit around.

A returnable experience.

Loved our cabin enjoyed coffee on the bench watching the Athabasca river flowing by surrounded by the awesome Rockies.what was not to enjoy. Loved the wildlife and abscence of technology.

Enjoyed the restaurant meals were outstanding .My husband is gluten free so would have preferred some choices here.

Clean cabins, friendly staff, plenty of wildlife and still the comforts of hotel amenities!

It is just across the road from the downtown of Jasper but feels like it’s secluded. It’s right along the Athabasca river and is such a relaxing stay.

It is near the wastewater treatment plant and occasionally you get a scent of air that isn’t fresh. It truly wasn’t frequent enough to prevent us from staying again though.

The scenery is just superb,I highly recommend to go for a cabin in front of the river with fire pit.

scenery, cabin, king bed,quiet, fire pit and possibility to cook your prefered cut of meat on a wooden fire, americano and sticky buns in the morning.

nothing I can think of, everything was just amazing!

The staff really made the stay welcoming and safe.

All of the food was amazing. I think the thing that makes this place the best is the staff. It is warm and inviting. A real home away from home but at the same time very chill and relaxing.

I found the rooms were not that sound proof.

The food at Pine Bungalows is amazing! Breakfast sandwich and salad to die for! Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the location on the Athabasca river and there were elk just down the road.

The bathroom needs more counter space when there are three women staying in the room. Some sort of counter space in the cavernous bathroom/bath would help. A mirror in the room would be good too.

the stay was comfortable and good.

the property was lovely as always. Was disappointed because we thought we booked a cabin and not a lodge room for our first anniversary. the staff was lovely. Didn’t try the cafe as we didn’t stay at the lodge a lot.

Fantastic, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The check-in lodge was fantastic and the grounds were simply gorgeous.

Room was a little small and dated, but still great overall.
