Verder prima.

The mountain view from our lodge was great. Also the main reception was very well furnished and comfortable to dine or breakfast with great Mountain view.
We had severe wifi problems in our lodge and we weren’t the only guest during our stay. We couldn’t connect and go online what so ever. Keeping in mind that there ist barely cell reception in the area, that was a very bad experience. Moreover, we had ants in our bathroom and the lodges have walls thin as paper, that we could hear every cough from our neighbor lodge. Imagine now, that our neighbors had a small child who was crying every 30 minutes through the night…we couldn’t sleep. Regarding all 3 issues, we got no help from the management of the hotel. We left very sad.
4.5
Property location, friendliness of staff and quality of food & drink.
Noise from the kitchen fan could be heard from our room. Bathroom was quite small.

I booked family room, we were given two rooms on two different location in property, one of them was very dirty looking (the one with kitchenette) and other one had switch missing and broken stuff in it. When we asked for change as it wasnt safe to stay in room with open electricals, after many discussions and multiple calls to manager, we were given a challet for whole family. At first we were being charged for the change as the single challet is costlier to book. However when i raised safety concern in our current assigned room, the excess rates were waives off.
So, thw first cottages left lots to be desired. But the replacement cottage was really good and comfortable.
Weirdness in changing the rooms. I shouldnt have to point it out to them that open switch wire is not safe for a family with kids stay. At first they tried to charge us. We reached a point in discussion where i was considering booking another stay with airbnb as they refused to return my paid amount and any extra they were asking was more than aurbnb charges. It worked out in the end, though.

View and food was pretty good.
Furnace was so loud I couldn’t sleep in first unit, basics like a shower were not working in their most expensive Challett.

This place was everything I want in a mountain lodge. The views were incredible, room was cozy and clean. The fireplace in the room was lovely and the wood burning fireplace in the lobby was wonderful to enjoy at the end of the night with a drink from the bar.

I loved the view, and how it was nestled in the forest.
The price for the amount of food at the resort felt overpriced

Excellent location and staff. The on-site restaurant is superb! I really enjoyed my three night stay.
There was a certain smell in my cabin, which also remained on my clothing after my departure.

Fantastic accommodation and helpful staff.
One of the best we have stayed this trip.

Staff is friendly and helpful when I need to check out and get refund for second night due to they can not provide new room for my family.
Room odor musty and mouldy smell. Especially in wash room. The room need renovated.

Great place to stay, an old mountain cabin style hotel, very comfortable & very welcoming. Lovely outside patio areas, inside lounge, bar & restaurant with great mountain views. Excellent quality food. Very Friendly & helpful staff.
This is an old heritage building, beautifully looked after, but it doesn’t have air conditioning. This is only a problem on really hot days, as normally the fresh mountain breeze is enough to cool the room down.
The olde worlde ceiling fans can be a bit noisy.
Trucks on the highway can be a bit noisy.

It was a beautiful location, with a comfortable room. The lodge has a lovely restaurant, common spaces and outside eating patio.
WiFi was spotty.

We were there for a single night on our way to somewhere else.. the drive is beautiful.

The place has an odd feel… part hotel, part strip motel, part time share cottages… just odd.

Two days have passed and they have not returned the damage deposit.

First thing first . One should announce there is no tv of any kind . That is till you get the executive suites $1000+
Not a deal breaker. But . Kinda nice to know in advance.
Appetizers were above par.
Main course . Underwhelmed. Also asked. Specifically his best of the menu. Unfortunately it was not cooked correctly . All I'm asking is for the best . And i unfortunately got nearly almost passed .
Did not eat it .
Knowing there were better larger rooms for $10 more with better views, .would've been good information to tell.

Staff was amazing. Super nice, friendly and helpful. The building and areas for visitors are beautiful. Built from logs and natural stone, decorated with beautiful artwork in contemporary Canadian style. There is a big stone fireplace surrounded by comfortable places to sit, a beautiful dining room with spectacular views out across the tree lined valley with the rugged Rocky mountains in the background. Our room had a gas fireplace, a large outside deck, a view to die for, and a wood plank ceiling as well as a log outer wall. The restaurant had a great menu of items created by the chef, and the food was very flavourful and beautifully presented. The wine list was good, and they had a good selection of quality scotches.

Fireplace in the room not working

Dinner at the restaurant was a bit pricey but amazing. Excellent chef and incredible views. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pillows were just little too fluffy for my personal tastes, but that's just me!

Our flight was cancelled due to a giant snowstorm and they charged me the full amount of the room. My Christmas was ruined by not being able to be with my mom and this was the icing on the crap cake.

The views! Room was great.
Lounge for drinks closed by 8pm.
Quality of food at breakfast was less than I expected.

Remote, scenic, peaceful- it was the perfect escape! the Christmas decor and incredible hospitality made it the perfect little getaway and the staff couldn’t have been better!
nothing! it was my favourite place I’ve stayed in the mountains hands down

Great location with beautiful views on the drive up to the lodge which looks lovely and rustic from the outside.
Nowhere to park on arrival due to a large party in the restaurant, front desk staff were a bit hit and miss, the rooms really need updating, there's no TV and the walls are paper thin which offers no privacy or peace, I was woken in the night by snoring in the next room and quiet conversations. Overall I don't think that the price is appropriate for the quality currently delivered by this hotel.
4.5
Large, comfortable room. Nice view. Staff was very nice.
This is not the hotel's fault, but the road noise was bad in our room. It did quiet down later. Had to get ice at the bar. When the coffeemaker did not work, they provided a full carafe of excellent coffee.
3.5
The main building is nice with a large fireplace and couches where you can have a drink from the bar. The view is wonderful from there

The bathroom lock needed repair.
