Staff exceeded my expectations.. Service is wonderful, Food is good..
Late check in when they said its guaranteed 4pm check in, i have a baby with my 2boys so its hard when we could get settled on the specified time, specially we have activities booked already. There was a plastic on my sons ice cream and i pointed it out with the waiter. The bathroom and the room could have been cleaner.. i saw coffee stain on the bathroom doors and walls, and the suite should have been upgraded. Also there suite is at the corner too close to the road, as in when you get out you can actually get hit by a vehicle passing by, i would not recommend this to family with kids.

De locatie + de snelle respons van het personeel bij problemen met de kamer.
De muis in de kamer, veel vreemde geluiden en de verouderde kamers.

The Sushi restaurant was awesome!!
Noisy ineffective AC

The restaurants were great, the pool and fitness area were well equipped, and you can't beat the lake access and views.
The site was advertised as having EV chargers, but the J-1772 charger (for non-Tesla vehicles) was not working. This meant I needed to drive into town and wait around to charge.

Beautiful location on a lakeshore
Nice and friendly staff
Housekeeping didn’t do a proper cleaning (eg coffee cups were left unwished). On our third day, they left a door opened. As a result, we had a mouse in the room. We requested to move to a different room. Initially they told us that the hotel was fully booked, but when we inquired further, they were able to move us.
We also had to wait a couple of hours to check in since the room was not ready.
At this room rate, we expect a clean room and a timely check-in.

Amazing location with a beautiful view and got to see a lot of wildlife roaming the grounds which was great with our kids. Lots of onsite amentities but overly busy so difficult to fully enjoy and handy complimentary parking. Restaurant food was good. Room was very spacious. Hotel staff were really helpful and gave us a great recommendation of where to find a moose, which we did! as well as little touches like free postcards for our kids to send.
I hadnt realised upon booking that our 'cabin' was actually just a set of apartments and was quite a distance to the main hotel amentities so wasnt very convenient. The room itself was quite outdated and a bit shabby, quite disappointed given the price point. Although the hotel has a lot of amentities, they were overly busy, we couldnt even get in to one of their many restuarants for dinner trying to book day of and with the town a a good 15mins drive away room service was really the only back up and the pool was bursting with people, probably need another one for the amount of rooms. This hotel is trying very hard to be a 5 star hotel but needs to focus on some of the basics to get it there.

I love the Jasper park lodge and it’s spacious grounds that allow you to be able to roam aand walk in the beautiful surroundings.
The grounds are always exceptionally maintained to matter the season.
When we arrived we were told the pool was useable and heated, when going to the pool we realized it was freezing cold, we visited April 28 and it was still quite cold outside to be swimming in a cold pool.
It was mentioned that the resort fee would be adjusted due to this inconvenience.
At checkout however, the staff insisted it was removed, when requested a printed copy of the bill we had to ask them to explain the fee for the pool amenity, which they said they forgot to do after all.
We forgot a couple minor items for our trip, we requested them from the front desk but the wrong items were delievered. We followed up on the request the next day and again wrong items were provided. We never followed up again. we ended up with 6 pairs of extra slippers being brought to the room but not the items requested.
The shampoo pump was not working in the room shower, and the bottle could not be removed to open the bottle and use the shampoo manually. We ended up waiting an extended period until it was time to checkout so had to skip washing our hair before departure.

Love the property
There is no sense of luxury in the hotel rooms anymore. There isn’t even a bottle of water in the rooms. The sheets were rough, pillows were flat and the duvets were very thin. Also, the marble threshold to the bathroom from the bedroom area is a real tripping hazard.

Everything was just phenomenal - truly the absolute best hotel/accommodation experience I've ever had! Such a warm and helpful, personalized welcome, incredible facilities, so luxurious and yet with such a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. All the staff were so wonderful, were all excellent at their jobs but so down-to-earth too. And simply the most amazing jaw-dropping-to-me room/cabin (with free upgrade - thank you so so much), and gorgeous expansive grounds and views with paths galore. Oh, and thanks to excellent room service, I enjoyed an amazing omelette breakfast including the freshest mix of berries I've ever had in the middle of winter, and their margerita pizza was truly exceptional. Could not have asked for, or imagined, more. I've already booked a return visit!
Nothing. It was all beyond great!! I've never bothered to write a review for a hotel before. Usually there's good and bad about any place. But here, it was all just so incredibly special, I had to reach out and share my experience.

The staff was very friendly and the quality of the food at the restaurant Orso was excellent.
- the place of the hotel is just incredibly beautiful but the quality of the facilities is old and does not fit with the price paid.
- the price is already very expensive and we found not fair to add a resort experience fee of 50 CAD , which was not mentioned at the time of the booking.

Loved the Planetarium session. Although it was very cloudy, still very enjoyable and informative
The shower in our room was very slow to drain. Turned into a bath after a couple of minutes in the shower!
