No worries about privacy, Calypso 'ropes off' the pool areas afer 10PM. You CANNOT see in the unit during the daytime (We've tried!). All you will see is the reflection of the palm trees and ocean shining back at you:) When closed, our custom draperies are very room darkening. The only problem is you may sleep too late to get up with the sun. The dolphins are most active in the morning!
FIRST FLOOR FLIP FLOPS is decorated to give you a beach cottage feel and absolute luxury! We can accomodate nine, with king-size bed in the master suite, queen-size bed in the front bedroom on the left, bunk beds (FULL bed on lower bunk, twin on top) in the front bedroom on the right, and a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded gel mattress.
Because your comfort is important to us, our fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, of course) is stocked with all luxuries of home. Prepare your favorite dish, or blend yourself a Margarita at the wet-bar before heading off to Margaritaville, a few FLIP FLOPS away!
Mom says she is on vacation and doesn't plan to cook much? No problem! There are many great restaurants in walking distance and a great carryout called Fatty's, is just across the street. We have menus in the condo, and often run across the street for carryouts to enjoy on the patio at sunset! Can't miss sunset!!!
Our unit offers a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Being able to close the laundry room door means no laundry noise to interrupt your quiet time in the evening.

Everything easily accessible and visually stunning views. The place was spotless and comfortable. Listing was 100% accurate. Super clean. Beautiful. Great location. Property owner was a great communicator and super easy to work with on everything especially as there was a hurricane coming through the week before our stay.
It was super crowded our first two days, but by Monday it was calmer. Even with the crowds, great facilities, water was perfect, and we saw more sea life at the pier l, which was just a short walk away, than any of us have ever seen before. Made it a super special trip.

Location was amazing, so close to Pier Park, lots of shopping and restaurants! We enjoyed the convenience of the first floor (didn’t have to deal with waiting for the elevator at check-in/check-out). We also really liked that there was a parking spot in the garage close to the elevator. The condo itself was decorated well and the master bed was very comfortable. The beach equipment and beach/pool towels was a nice touch. The communication was amazing!

The condo was exceptional. Communication with the owner was great.The condo is very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. The view from the patio is breathtaking and very close to the beach. Unfortunately for us the entire week was double red flags and anytime there was lightening the pool would close. None of this affected us. We enjoyed being at the beach. Although there was some minor disappointment because of the weather we were still able to find plenty of things to do. If given the option I would rate this condo a ten.

The condo was clean and well-stocked, with everything you would ever need. Location is phenomenal and pool/grounds are well-kept. Location is the best we have ever experienced, with a 5 minute walk to Pier Park and tons of nearby restaurants. Parking is convenient, pool is always clean, easy walk to beach, and awesome views! Can’t say enough about this condo…we will definitely be back!

The gorgeous view from Kerry’s 1st floor condo was everything! I loved not having to use elevators, and the location could not be any better in its proximity to Pier Park. The condo was clean and fit our group’s needs. I loved how we had available beach chairs with umbrellas for everyone in our group every single day of our stay! The parking garage space was very convenient, too! What a wonderful family vacation we had— I would absolutely book this again. and recommend booking with the highly responsive owner.

This is a first floor condo in a great location close to restaurants and stores. The condo overlooks one of two pools and the beach & ocean view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is well equipped with everything you could possibly want. Kerry the owner of the condo is very kind and helpful you can not go wrong renting this condo. Great condo! Had everything we needed for the week and more. Responsive property owner. We typically walk to pier park each evening, so being parked in the parking garage across the street wasn’t an issue but having access to your own VIP parking spot under the tower was a big perk. A huge difference in the connivence of loading and unloading and making quick trips out.
Definitely making a return trip to this condo soon.
