It has been professionally decorated by one of Panama City Beach's leading interior designers. All of the furnishings are brand new with a modern, beachie flair. You'll find new tile flooring, and the new lighting fixtures throughout offer a fresh, clean look that compliments the contemporary theme perfectly. Everything has been tastefully done.
The kitchen is all new cabinetry, brand new stainless appliances, new granite counter tops with lots of "new everything" in the cabinets too. We have new dishes, glasses, cookware, cutlery... everything you'll need for those vacation menus.
All of the bedrooms are stylishly decorated, and offer the highest quality mattresses for that good night's sleep. You can continue your vacation in the morning, relaxed and ready to go!
Each bedroom is a suite, offering its own bath! These are hard to find on the beach! Three of the bedrooms offer KING size beds, while the fourth bedroom has TWO DOUBLE beds. Just a note, the couch in the living room is not a sleep sofa.Also "new" are those amenities that help you enjoy your time in the condo. The living room features a TV and DVD player, as do each of the bedrooms. Free wi-fi is also included to help you stay in touch... although, wouldn't it be great to go on vacation and "forget" the rest of the world for awhile?

Our family had a nice stay at this location. Convenient location and perfect access to the beach. No issues with internet, parking, or beach access. There were a few dirty pots and griddle in the kitchen, and seems like walls, door handles and baseboards need a dep clean. Overall very nice.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the large balcony. Good location. Owner helped us get a third park. Enjoyed having beach chairs included. But we had to go down and reserve them each day. If we paid cash for them, they would hold them for the week. Didn’t make sense to me. But we made it work. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Overall a great family vacation!! Thanks!

The condo was great but the beds was hard. And the amount of parking passes was little crazy. The condo should have at less two spots for its size but it had one stop with it then had to pay for two extra ones and for a yellow pass for are motorcycles. The Greta's Beach Rental personal was hard to get intouch with called and left messages and no response so we found the HOA of the condos and they were able to help us out with what we needed. But other then that we all had a blast at the beach and the condo.4

The layout is WONDERFUL for us (4 adults; 4 kids). Who knew a condo could be so spacious?! It was CLEAN, and comfortable. The indoor parking spot is great.
The oversized balcony is perfect - we spent lots of time just staring at the ocean.
I had a couple of silly questions because of overlooking information, and management was still so kind and responsive.

This was our first time to stay at Tropic Winds. Our 4 bedroom, end unit condo was perfect for 2 families. We loved that all 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom. All beds were comfortable. The condo was very pretty, clean and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked appropriately for the number of guests we had. The baking pans in the kitchen could use replacing. The balcony was HUGE and the view was amazing! Plenty of balcony furniture. Staff was friendly, didn't really hear much out of them as opposed to the condo we stayed in last year, where the staff was constantly getting on to people for petty things that weren't bothering anyone. It got very annoying. The elevators worked great and weren't slow all the time like some people have said. We did have one elevator out of three go down on two different days, but they were repaired quickly. Our only complaint would be the pool. It is so small and has a max occupancy of only 33 people. In a complex that has over 100 condos that likely hold up to 10 or more people, you would think the pool would be larger or there would be multiple pools. I find this to be the case in most of PCB's condominiums, but the ocean was so beautiful and calm, we didn't spend all that much time in the pool anyway. Little kids usually prefer to swim in the pool so it would be nice to just have a larger one. Greta's was great from start to finish. Very professional and welcoming. We will definitely rent from them again!

we absolutely loved this condo and location. it has 4 suites so everyone had their own bathroom which came in handy when showering after the beach. we could all us the showers at the same time without running out of hot water. The condo has amazing furnishings and decor. The furniture is comfortable. The huge balcony is amazing and on a corner. there is a wall separating the balconies so you never see your neighbors. The entire property is smoke free and pet free which was awesome for us. The kitchen was furnished with everything I needed to make meals including a crockpot. There was also coffee and filters, salt, pepper, and olive oil there at the time of our stay. They stock the unit with plenty of towels and for at least 2 days of toilet paper which means our first grocery run did not have to be immediate. they also supply 2 chairs for the beach and have tons of boogie hoards skim boards and floating to use. if you use the beach before 5:30pm you can use the condo beach chairs and umbrella just sign up.

This is the 2nd time 3 friends and I have stayed in this exact condo at PCB, but it won’t be the last! It is so clean and has the most wonderful view from the 7th floor (just high enough)! It s so difficult to find a condo in which each room has it s on private bath! The kitchen was well stocked and the den is just right for relaxing. The balcony has plenty of seating and a nice big table to eat while watching the beautiful beach and water. Greta’s didn’t disappoint!! My only complaint is the parking places are tight!

We had a beautiful stay at the place.. there are a few things to keep in mindThis place was made at least for 8 people .. so there should be 8 of everything in the kitchen to use .. glassware.. cutlery.. dishes..Umbrella that was included in the rental for beach need to be updated They are rusty.. and the steel pokes that keep umbrellas open was broken almost got hurt with at sticking outBbq area has no lightsYou can’t cook or eat out there after sundown.. it’s to darkAnd maintenance needs to check more to fix stuff in the apt itself..Light out on balcony was burnt out Screen on screen door was broken..Door was broken in the closet where the beach stuff was..And carpets in the kitchen were very dirtyMaybe remove them altogether...But overall it was very beautiful place .. we were 4 couples and enjoyed our stay..

This was a place that I will like to came again. We had a wonderful time with family and good friends.
One or two this that I would keep checking more often is, missing items for the amount of people renting the place, like glass, bolds, some of the pots need replacement as the Teflon is not good anymore from the used.
I could not fine a kettle to boil water.
We fixed the door of the closet for beach items, we did our best but please check that is fix properly.
The balcony was wonderful, we used as much as we could, but during the evening it was a bit dark, maybe stronger lighting will help to enjoy dinners outside.
Please not that I’m not complaining, I’m only suggesting how to improve this beautiful place.
If is posible, i like to get information for any discounts available for the future.

Loved this condo and the location! Rock star parking!! Building isn’t too large so crowding wasn’t an issue. Beach was amazing. Pool was a little bit disappointing. Not a lot of space and the area of the pool that is outdoors isn’t very big. It was also freezing, but we spent most of our time at the beach. I wish the condo had Tupperware or storage containers for food and some plastic cups would be a nice addition with kids. The size of the condo was great and having a bathroom for every bedroom was wonderful. The balcony is large and was enjoyed by all. The condo was clean and the elevators smelled great. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacay!!

Great condo. Clean, comfortable beds. We are 4 senior couples who enjoy traveling together. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The wide balcony was well used. Prior to our arrival the property manager Jennifer, secured an extra reserved parking space for us in the condo garage and a 2 PM check-in. After our arrival property manager Adam delivered to us a Keurig as the one that normally is in the unit was missing. Adam returned the next day to help us understand how to get the cable to work on two of the TVs. We grilled steaks on one of the gas grills set up in the outdoor common area. Never had to wait long for an elevator even though one of three was not working. My only suggestion would be for the owner to provide a few more glasses and also add non-slick strips in the tubs. We will definitely return.

Very nice unit. Slept us six (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 children) VERY comfortably.
It was spring break, so it was quite busy. The pool is small for all of the vacationers trying to use it. The elevators were very slow due to the amount of renters. The beach was AMAZING! Very clean and spacious. I would recommend this unit if you don’t mind not having a pool. Greta’s service regarding questions and recommendations was phenomenal.
