UNIT #11 Bonita Beach is a pet friendly, open concept, high-end, END (CORNER) UNIT, OCEANFRONT (RIGHT NEXT TO THE OCEAN AND BEACH), 3-bedroom, 3-full bathroom, 2nd floor (upper), condominium that has AN EXTRA-LARGE, COVERED, WRAP-AROUND BALCONY, and SPECTACULAR, UNOBSTRUCTED, EXPANSIVE VIEWS of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the white sands of Laguna Beach, gorgeous sunsets, and colorful skies year round TO THE WEST (and East).

THE OCEAN, BEACH, SUNSET, AND COLORFUL SKY VIEWS FROM THIS UPPER, END (CORNER) CONDO ARE THE BEST VIEWS AT THE BONITA BEACH COMPLEX (along with one other condo).

It has MORE floor-to-ceiling beachside windows AND sliding glass doors, significantly MORE ocean, beach and sunset views, and a FAR LARGER, WRAP-AROUND BALCONY, in comparison with inner unit condos at the same complex. It has TWO MORE floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the beach and ocean than all inner unit condos at the complex, as well as magnificent SUNSET VIEWS from BOTH inside of the condo and the wrap-around balcony, and full views of the ocean down the beach to the east that are not obstructed by any other condos in the complex (unlike inner unit condo at the same complex). UNIT #11 has direct, private access to the ocean and beach via only one set of stairs off of the balcony (with no elevators to wait for), and has two porcelain tile and river rock frameless walk-in showers with matching floors and built-in seats in two of the three bathrooms, as well as a fully renovated kitchen and all three bathrooms, with all new cabinets, granite counters and porcelain tile flooring with "drop-ins."

The beach in front of UNIT #11 is very private and relatively un-populated, and has a very peaceful and relaxing feel, which is in great contrast with the often very highly populated, and busy beaches, located in front of many high-rise condominium buildings.

There is only one flight of steps, including a landing, that lead from the wrap-around balcony of UNIT #11 to the sandy beach, and an outdoor shower is present at the base of the steps, permitting guests to conveniently wash sand off from their bodies and beach equipment prior to entering into the condo.

Unit #11 has a 16 seer, 3.5 ton, American Standard (Train), Straight Cool System, Coastal Unit, air conditioner (top-of-the-line and very powerful air conditioner).

UNIT #11 is beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings, ORIGINAL art work and accessories, including state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a 31- cubic foot french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a full size oven and stove, a dish washer and a microwave oven), custom kitchen cabinets with slow-close drawers and accent lighting above, below, and in, such kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, custom bathroom cabinets and mirrors, several Schonbek crystal light fixtures, Casa Blanca and Quoizel ceiling fans, two top-of-the-line Wesley Allen king-sized wrought iron beds in two bedrooms, one such Wesley Allen queen-sized wrought iron bed in a 3rd bedroom, a dining room table having comfortable seating for 10 or more, and a huge island with an eating bar that can comfortably seat at least 6 more on wrought iron and leather bar stools, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, tall cathedral ceilings (which are not present in lower units), crown molding, sky lights, porcelain tile (most floors, master bedroom bathroom shower and floor, and other king bedroom bathroom shower and floor), wood flooring, very comfortable furniture (large sectional and two matching chairs). Each of the three bedrooms has a 32” Sony television, and the living room has a 65” LG HIGH-DEFINITION, SMART, television. The wrap-around balcony has very comfortable seating for at least 10 adults, along with three separate bar- height tables. This state-of-the-art patio furniture permits the ocean to be clearly viewed by many while very comfortably having appetizers and eating meals on the wrap-around balcony. The condominium has high definition Comcast cable TV and internet, an electronic programmable safe for a heightened security of cash and other valuables (installed by a security company, as in a hotel), a garbage disposal, a regular coffee machine, a Keurig coffee machine, a large, full kitchen with all amenities and high-quality utensils, dishware, cookware and bake ware, a new high tech full size clothing washer and dryer, air conditioning and electric heat. Towels and linens are provided, as well as beach chairs. The condominium complex has an in-ground pool, a reserved parking spot (with additional guest parking and additional parking across the street) and refuse pick-up.

Unit #11 has been fully remodeled and updated by a licensed general contractor. All new ceilings (including hurricane clips, insulation, wood and sheet rock) and six new light fixtures were installed in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway, and the sheet rock in many of the walls and other ceilings was replaced. New floors were installed throughout the condo, and 10 brand new top-quality floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors were installed in the living room, dining room and hallway areas, as well as a new set of sliding glass doors in the master bedroom. Five brand new sky lights, and new hardy board siding surrounding each sky light, were also installed in the kitchen area, and an 80-gallon hot water heater, a new garbage disposal unit, and a new, high-tech Samsung washer and dryer were installed in this unit. BOTH the master bedroom bathroom floor, bath tub and shower, and the second king bedroom bathroom floor, bath tub and shower, were fully replaced with large, beautiful porcelain tile and river rock walk-in showers having frameless glass doors and matching porcelain tile bathroom floors including copper 'drop-in' tiles. All three toilets were replaced with new five-star flush Kohler and American Standard toilets. The bathroom cabinets and mirrors in the three bathrooms were also replaced with new top quality bathroom cabinets and beveled, framed mirrors. The kitchen cabinets and countertops were also replaced with high-end, custom cabinets with slow close drawers and granite counter tops. The entire condominium was freshly painted in colors to match top-quality bedding from Florida Linens, and a new front door was installed. Crown molding was installed throughout the condominium.

For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc., as well as HARD-WIRED smoke detectors that have battery back-ups.

No smoking is permitted.

Snowbirds are welcome, but only by the full month (all of January, all of February, or all of January and February).

To formally book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and provide copies of their drivers licenses to the owners.

Unless agreed to otherwise by the owners of this condo in their written rental agreement, there must be a ratio of 1 adult (25 years of age or older) to every 2 children (under 25 years of age) who stay at this condo.. The owners of this condo do not rent it to groups of high school, college and/or other individuals who are under 25 years of age due to damage concerns.

We all just loved the beautiful condo with all updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and breathtaking ocean view. Worth every penny. Our family cooked amazing meals 5 out of 7 days. The beach was steps away via the back porch, and we loved the outdoor shower. The owner was most accommodating and responses were timely. We are now spoiled with this very private-like beach.

This condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Loved being able to walk down the deck stairs to be directly on the beach. And the location on west side of PCB was perfect. We had stayed down further on the strip before and it was too busy for our taste. This was much more quiet and relaxing. We will for sure stay here again.

This was a beautiful property with amazing views. The kitchen was very well appointed with all sorts of high quality cooking utensils. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, not only because it was well appointed, but because you were looking out over a gorgeous view. The den was extremely comfortable to gather and watch movies or read a book. The deck was nice to overlook the ocean and beach. We left the door to the balcony open during the day and got nice breezes inside from the ocean. The beaches were not crowded like Panama City or down at the Seaside area. It was a perfect distance from both areas. The local grocery store, Carousel, had everything you needed and the prices were reasonable. Not far away there was a Publix and The Fresh Market also. We loved our stay!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach. Smaller complex so beach felt private. Huge wrap around balcony with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. Very comfortable livingroom/kitchen and dining room perfect for family time together. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Would highly recommend to anyone. Owner is very pleasant and easy to contact. Very responsive to all questions

We had an amazing stay during Thanksgiving week. The condo is very spacious and clean. All the furniture was comfy. Our favorite thing was the huge balcony. We spent so much time out there enjoying the amazing views. The sunsets were breathtaking. Saw dolphins a couple of days. Roberta was a wonderful hostess. We really appreciated her attention to detail, she even got a brand new Keurig installed before our arrival. The beach was so beautiful! Not crowded at all. Highly recommend!
