We all just loved the beautiful condo with all updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and breathtaking ocean view. Worth every penny. Our family cooked amazing meals 5 out of 7 days. The beach was steps away via the back porch, and we loved the outdoor shower. The owner was most accommodating and responses were timely. We are now spoiled with this very private-like beach.

This condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Loved being able to walk down the deck stairs to be directly on the beach. And the location on west side of PCB was perfect. We had stayed down further on the strip before and it was too busy for our taste. This was much more quiet and relaxing. We will for sure stay here again.

This was a beautiful property with amazing views.
The kitchen was very well appointed with all sorts of high quality cooking utensils. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, not only because it was well appointed, but because you were looking out over a gorgeous view. The den was extremely comfortable to gather and watch movies or read a book. The deck was nice to overlook the ocean and beach. We left the door to the balcony open during the day and got nice breezes inside from the ocean. The beaches were not crowded like Panama City or down at the Seaside area. It was a perfect distance from both areas. The local grocery store, Carousel, had everything you needed and the prices were reasonable. Not far away there was a Publix and The Fresh Market also. We loved our stay!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach. Smaller complex so beach felt private. Huge wrap around balcony with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. Very comfortable livingroom/kitchen and dining room perfect for family time together. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Would highly recommend to anyone. Owner is very pleasant and easy to contact. Very responsive to all questions

We had an amazing stay during Thanksgiving week. The condo is very spacious and clean. All the furniture was comfy. Our favorite thing was the huge balcony. We spent so much time out there enjoying the amazing views. The sunsets were breathtaking. Saw dolphins a couple of days. Roberta was a wonderful hostess. We really appreciated her attention to detail, she even got a brand new Keurig installed before our arrival. The beach was so beautiful! Not crowded at all. Highly recommend! The condo was beautiful and very clean! We had a 2 week vacation here and the kitchen was well stocked with top of the line appliances and cookware making it easy to stay in and cook. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was a plus! The host was pleasant to work with and kept in communication. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a great week staying in this condo. It was quiet and relaxing! The beach was steps away. The kitchen is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The wrap around porch was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We will definitely come back!

Condo is really nice and is just like the online pictures show. Had plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. Location is convenient too. Had two minor issues but owners were extremely responsive and got them settled very quickly. Everybody really enjoyed their stay and said they would definitively stay there again.

The condo itself was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, couch was comfy and did i mention beautiful? Loved the beach it's less crowded than other areas of the beach which i prefer. Everything worked as is should. Everything we needed we found in the condo. I really have no complaints. Condo was just as pictured in listing . Property manager was very responsive. Location on west side was perfect as beach was more isolated and not packed full . Love the views from covered balcony porch and living room . Right on the beach so easy to come and go during day and evening beach time . Had a wonderful time in PCB with our family including furbabies here . Highly recommend Bonita Beach Unit 11!

This condo is beautiful!! It was perfect for our family. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable. It was so clean, everything sparkled!! The set up worked very well for us. We could watch the beautiful sunsets right from our balcony. We have never stayed in a place that is so thoroughly stocked with dishes, glasses, and cleaning supplies! The beach is just steps away. We had a wonderful visit.

Overall the condo was in excellent condition and well stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes. I would recommend the condo. The main living area with all the windows provided gorgeous views of the Gulf and the covered outdoor porch was an awesome spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The only negative was the mattresses which were just ok. The listing matches exactly as presented in VRBO.

This home is so well designed and appointed. Floor surfaces are hardwoods and marble and tile that are perfect for the beach. Granite countertops. Top line appliances. Fridge has strong ice maker and filtered water. Pots and pans are top of the line stainless and clean. An enormous amount of dishes for larger gatherings. Beautiful furnishings and wall art. Roberta has really created an exceptional space. Convenient to PCB and Rosemary Beach, restaurants and groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was much better than most and was well equipped. The location is quiet yet close enough to entertainment and restaurants. Roberta was great to work with and very responsive. We definitely stay here again.

We’ve been going to Panama City Beach for several years and always enjoyed our stay. This condo, however, is BY FAR the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Just absolutely over the top. From the high gloss porcelain tile that met us at the entry to the tasteful art and upscale finishings throughout the condo, this place was pure luxury. The kitchen was appointed with the nicest appliances and all the items needed for a chef. Beautiful pots and pans, more than ample amount of dishes, mixing bowls, air fryer, coffee maker + keurig along with any kitchen item you may need. And the best quality of these items as well. More than enough bath towels, linens and extra blankets, as well as about a dozen or so super fluffy beach towels. The balcony closet was packed with boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs & umbrellas. Once again- very high quality items. The views from the wrap around balcony were breathtaking. With this building being only 2 stories, the beach in front of our condo was practically private for us while down the way about half a mile was a high rise condo with people on the beach that were practically sitting on each other. The area was great, too. At the far east end of the strip, we were still only about 4 minutes from Pier Part, yet our place was quiet and uncontested. Check in was smooth. Check out-same. I know how frustrating it can be scrolling through all the properties and being unsure if you’re choosing the right place. Trust me—- THIS IS YOUR PLACE.

Definitely returning in future
The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect location. Not too close to all the traffic but close enough to get out and explore. The condo was perfect size for our family. Definitely will be back soon!

Great experience!
The condo was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. All the beach chairs and boogie boards you could need. We had a total of 6 adults and 1 baby and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Extremely clean!!!

Beautifully decorated, phenomenal location
Beautiful unit. Super close to the shore. It must be well constructed as well because we had lots of neighbors and animals in our shared building and I never heard anything. Completely recommend this place.

Stunning condo!
We had an amazing week at this condo. I agree with most other reviews that “no stone is left unturned” when it comes to what is provided & stocked in the condo. The views and easy access to the beach are some of the best we’ve ever experienced, will hopefully be back!

Fabulous Condo
This rental is by far the best overall that I have rented. It is well appointed and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable which to me is very important. Sitting on the deck each evening and watching the sunset was wonderful not to mention watching the waves crash the beach. I can see us renting this Condo again and again. I can't wait to have grandchildren to entertain on the private beach area someday. This area of Florida has the best sand and water by far that I have visited. The water was crystal clear and beautiful in color. The sand is white and fine which means it doesn't stick to you or things. Shells are in abundance for souvenir collection. You won't go wrong renting this Condo for your home away from home.

Beautiful condo!
We had some issues with the check in process, however the host made everything right! We had a wonderful trip, the condo was well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys and had all the kitchen items you could ever want. We would definitely go back again! The views don’t disappoint either!

Perfect beach condo!
This condo is decorated beautifully and has plenty of space! There were 8 of us and we had plenty of seating inside the condo and out on the balcony for the amazing sunset views. I never want to stay at a place more than once but I think we will definitely stay here again. Gorgeous views, plenty of beach equipment, well-stocked kitchen…everything we needed! And the beds were soooo comfortable!

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Everything was perfect except the sheets on the beds. They were too small for the beds but that did not take away from our great time in this unit. We would consider staying here again. It was my first time going to the Gulf Coast and it's now my favorite place to go!

The condo is beautiful with some of the best sunsets I have seen in Florida. It is as advertised and then some. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen that has quality appliances and cookware, the complex is small, which is one of the reasons I chose this unit, it has a great covered deck, close proximity to everything and did I mention the sunsets? They were pretty amazing. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with.With that said, I rented a condo on the beach because my family and I enjoy the beach and wanted to spend every day at the waters edge. The beach was amazing the first 2 days, not a lot of people since next to our unit is houses and not large 20 story condo units. However, the 3rd day it rained in the morning and there is a sewer ditch that runs between unit 11 condo building and the other Bonita condo building that runs into the beach and dumps into the water's edge. There is a WARNING sign not to swim within 5 feet either direction of where it empties into the ocean. The day it rain, it has the brownest, almost black, foul smelling "water" dumping into the ocean. You could see the brown water at the waters edge over a football field down the shore. There was no way we were getting in that water. It continued to drain brown water until we left. North of the drain, if you went up about 20 feet, the water was ok. For 3 days, the people in the houses next to us and the people in our condo unit had to cram in with the north units beach so that we were able to get in the water. There is no way I would have let my children or grandchildren play in that water. The neighbor on the first floor said there is a "fix" coming for that soon. This would be an 5 star rating for me if it wasn't for that drainage ditch. I know the owner has no control over this, however, it drastically took away from the vacation. It was awful to look at, the smell was bad and to be honest, we didn't really want to be in the water even up stream. This would be my favorite Florida beach spot as soon as there is a "fix" to the dumping. The condo really is amazing and the sunsets are to die for. I hope they fix the issue soon, as I would love to return!
