Unit #6 has an American Standard (Train), Straight Cool System, Coastal Unit, air conditioner (top-of-the-line and powerful air conditioner).

Unit #6 has free high definition WOW cable TV and internet, an electronic programmable safe for a heightened security of cash and other valuables (installed by a security company, as in a hotel), a garbage disposal, a coffee pot, a large, full kitchen with all amenities and high-quality utensils, dishware, cookware and bake ware, a full size washer and dryer, air conditioning and electric heat. Towels and linens are provided. The condominium complex has an in-ground pool, a reserved parking spot (with additional guest parking) and refuse pick-up.
For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc., as well as HARD-WIRED smoke detectors that have battery back-ups.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the view was spectacular. There was plenty of room for my family of 8 and we never felt cramped. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any rental ever! Amazing! The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels you could never run out. The best part was accessibility to the beach, could not be matched! Best of any place I have stayed, was super convenient with small children! Hope to stay here year after year! Could not ask for better!

We have never been to Panama City Beach but would definitely go back and stay here. The condo had everything we could possibly need and it was clean and spacious. The view from the front porch was amazing. The beach in front of the condo was never busy. We enjoyed the sunsets from the porch as well. I needed to communicate with the owner and they were very prompt and ready to help in anyway they could. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

We really enjoyed our week in this unit. Upon arrival we ran into the owners who were very sweet! We thanked them for the opportunity to stay in their unit.
We are used to having to pack everything to bring with us and ended up not needing half of what we brought. The kitchen was well stocked and even had some cleaning supplies available for use. The unit had plenty of stretch room for our group. We have enjoyed many units at this property over the past 30 years but have bounced around because of uncomfortable beds. We had someone in each bed through the unit and found it to be very comfortable for sleeping after long days on the beach. The unit is beautifully decorated. We LOVE this property very much and have found a preference now for this unit. We hope to stay again in future beach travels. And of course, you can’t beat the direct access to the beach and the BEAUTIFUL view!

We always vacation in PCB with another family! There was plenty of room for everyone and everything was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels and beach towels, beds were comfy, plenty of hot water and cold A/C! The pool with nice when you needed a break from the beach! We will definitely be back next year.

We had a great time, the condo location, views and amenities are excellent. The hosts were quick to resond to the pipe freeze issue (due to historic bomb cyclone) during our visit and even refunded us for the nights without water. We would highly recommend this place, for both the excellent vacation rental and hosts.

Beautiful property and location. Drainage ditch somewhat of an issue but would not prevent me from booking again. Wished the property would have been cleaner and believe the owners are on top of the cleaning service. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!

Nice property. Great location, beach right out of the back door. Spacious and cozy. The only negative is cleanliness. The floors felt dirty, ceiling fans were filthy and mold growing in places in the showers and refrigerator ice/water drain. Sand fleas ate everyone alive while sitting on the back deck. Probably needs to be periodically treated. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay.

BEAUTIFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME
This is a beautiful condo, with beautiful views. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The beach was not crowded at all. It is not near any high rise condo's, which is what we prefer. We will definitely be renting this place next year. It was AMAZING :)

Paradise in Panama City, Florida!🏖
This was a much needed and long overdue beach escape! The whole process of reservations, payment and check-in was very easy! The beachfront condo is definitely 5 ⭐️’s!
And the gorgeous view is breathtaking! 🏖🌞🌊 We enjoyed the beautiful unobstructed sunsets 🌅 every night! Only drawback….. we didn’t want to leave! I literally walked in the front door on Saturday, and never went out the front door until it was time to leave. We did all our grocery shopping before arriving and had all meals planned ahead of our trip! Loved the quick access to the beach~ and the beautiful ocean views from the enormous porch made this location perfect! ❤️

Great vacation
We spent a week at this absolutely beautiful condo. There were 6 people ages ranging from 65 to 84 that stayed there....and we loved every single minute of it. The 3 bedrooms with 3 baths were great because we all had our own privacy. Roberta has stocked the condo with everything you could possibly need. Only 1 problem, the back door was so hard to open and close especially for older people...other that that it is definitely a 5 ⭐️.

It was better than described! Fully stocked kitchen. So easy to go straight out to beach. Park at the front door. Outdoor pool right outside the unit. Lots of beach toys for the kids. Super fancy!!! Best beach condo we’ve stayed in for sure :)

Special Memories
My family including my parents, my sister and brother-in-law, niece, nephew, husband, and 4-year-old daughter chose this listing for our beach vacation this year. Everything was exactly as described. When there was anything that came up, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Staying in such a beautiful condo was wonderful, but the very best thing was the location to the beach. We stepped off the back porch right onto the beach. It made getting three children, six adults, and all of our gear down to the beach so much easier. This is also in the ideal location on the beach. We were on the quieter side of Panama City Beach (West), but we were still close enough to all the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. It was an amazing week of making special memories, and having the right place to stay enhanced the experience greatly.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay! It was an amazing location and Ms. Roberta is so sweet! The beach is perfect because it isn’t packed and it’s so close to Thomas donuts as well as pier park! The beds were amazing and there was plenty of room for everyone!

We stayed for a week and had a fabulous time! The condo is very well stocked with kitchen things, linens, beach chairs, toys, etc... Roberta was so nice and easy to work with! Would definitely stay again in the future! Perfect location on the beach!!

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful stay at this Unit. The decor was beautiful, we had to keep reminding our kids not to touch anything ;) It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed- pots, pans, coffee maker, all utensils, extra towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. The beds and pillows were comfortable, we very much appreciated that! Just FYI, Dryer does take some time so be cautious on time. We look forward to returning in the future.

love it!I It is on the quieter side of PCB. We felt like it was our private beach. It’s just breathtaking. The extra large deck/balcony helps makes your experience even more amazing. We used it morning, day and night! It really is the perfect place to watch beautiful sunsets. The condo itself is so spacious and well appointed. I really liked all the decor. It felt very beach-y. I immediately felt comfortable there which was surprising to me because I don’t even
feel this way in most hotels. Roberta wasn’t kidding when she says that the kitchen is fully stocked. The layout is perfect for cooking while still being able to enjoy the ocean view and be with your family. I loved having a full size washer and dryer. The outside felt very safe when we walked at night or took our dog out. We overall had a quiet stay which we appreciated.
Roberta was great to work with. I had so many questions because I was a Vrbo newbie. She helped me through it all. She also provided a great Word doc giving recommendations for great eats and things to do in the area. Any concerns that came up while we were there she was also easy to get a hold of.
I really hope that we have the chance to stay at this condo again. It was just wonderful.

Loved our stay here!
We had a great experience renting this unit. Owners were available and helpful leading up to and during our stay and the unit itself was so nice and comfortable and extremely clean. The rooms and bathrooms feel private and the kitchen and living room have lots of space to cook and relax. Lots of beach chairs and beach supplies and the kitchen has everything we needed. It’s well thought out for a nice stay. We’ll definitely rent this or another unit here from them again.

Thanksgiving Getaway
Wife, 2 daughters, our English Coker Spaniel and I had a blast with our Thanksgiving Getaway. Weather was great and Property was perfect!

Property was very very nice had a wonderful time. Only one thing of concern was the steps from kitchen to living area.

Great place, beautiful.
We loved our stay hear. Nice place and great location. We had a clog tub and after talking to the owner, someone was promptly out to unclog it. I would stay hear again.

Beachfront awesome
This is a beautiful roomy condo for people without a walker or wheelchair. The large porch is just steps away. This property is NOT handicap accessible as advertised. The problem I had was that I am on a walker and could not get in any of the three showers, Entry door too small to 2 bathrooms, big tiles blocking the big shower, no handrails in shower or toilet, beds all too high, porch chairs too high, living room seating all too low, 2 big steps from kitchen down to living room. If you are not handicapped this is perfect for you. I would have been in trouble if my 2 strong sons had not been there. But we had a lovely time.

We have stayed here before and as usual it was a most relaxing, enjoyable visit. The condo is beautiful! It is right on the beach with every amenity you could ask for. We will stay again!

Very nice we’ve stayed a tone of times at pcb this by far has been are fav place the location was also very nice and the house was very clean ...defiantly going to stay again
