You get what you payed.

Apartment was located close to airport and main square of ouarzazate. It had easy public parking at front which was quiet throughout so we were easily able to park our rented car at the front. Hotel staff has provided us with additional individual beds (mattress with pillow and blanket on the floor) rather than us having to use 2 sofa beds.

WiFi was very poor, hardly any connection and slow speed when available. Air conditioning did not work. Hot water was inactive in the morning for one of the days we stayed. Hotel staff was slow to respond to our queries, sometimes never responding unless you push for response.

The apt we are given is very vast and clean. kichen facilities are very good. What we specially have to be grateful is that the host has promised us to send our forgoten clothes to our next hotel. So thank you very much for your help.

The wifi at the third floor is near zero. Have to go down to second to access internet.

The check-in was quick. Location was good. It looked clean everywhere. For the 1 night we had to spend in Ouarzazate was all fine.

Very naked and dry apartment. Nothing hanging on the walls, nothing warming the rooms. It felt lifeless.

Spacious, complete facilities, washing machine at the terrace. bathroom is spacious. have kitchen to cook, near carrefoure within walking distance. the host is very accomodating, she went at night to pass AC remote.

Quality and affordable apartment

The apartment was spacious. Air conditioning was really good in the bedrooms. The apartment had a great location near to the city centre. Excellent value for money.

There could have been air conditioning in the sitting room or even a fan as there was no window there. The furniture was a little bland. The TV could have been tuned to more mainstream Moroccan or international channels.

We came early morning at 7 , but we called them, they picked us up and stayed in another apartment until ours was ready at 12 pm. We are supposed to get in at 12 but since we came early, they accommodated us ..let us in ..that was very nice of them ..has TV and Wi-Fi..

Fabulous

Very spacious place, we had an entire apartment to ourselves. The place was very clean, a full kitchen, we were only missing the view but at this price it was more than ok. It gets quite chilly in January, since there is no heating, make sure you get some thermo layers, although, we found plenty of blankets.

Very friendly staff and the appartment was clean and nice. When I come back I will definitely stay here again.
