Host was amazing! she met all our requirements and before our stay was swift to respond to our needs

The customer service, the hygiene, location, the sweet housekeeper, the facilities, space, kitchen. Our baby got really bad gastroenteritis from eating out. Latimad took care of u, offered and took us to the hospital herself. She waited patiently and picked us back up. She met all our other needs as well and was very friendly. I cannot thank her enough. I would definitely only stay here if I was in Ouarzazate again. The place was good for my baby to recover as it felt like home. The big supermarket is very close by which was convenient to cook for my baby.

Okay for the money

Big and nice living room, lot of space. Helpful and kind owner.

Shower was kinda dirty and smelly. Lot of things was not working. Apartment is not taken care of.

Nice place to stay

Very big and comfortable apartment, all clean. kitchen was nicely equipped. Nice common resting area. good location - close to town and main road out of town. nice and helpful staff

Wifi was VERY slow and disappearing, TV didn’t work. That’s nothing bad in it’s own and we didn’t mind but keep in mind if traveling with babies or elderly people - our apartment was on very high 3rd floor with no lift.

cheap stopover en route to the desert

It was a cheap stopover to break up a long journey, so did the job. The apartment was big. Good sized rooms. clean beds. decent WiFi. free parking in the street outside.

the kitchen wasn't clean... had to clean the cooker and oven trays in order to use it. gas hob was unusable as had nothing to light it with. found a cockroach crawling around the sink in the morning. quite tricky to find though the location sent was accurate on Google maps... the entrance is next to a Toyota garage, but not obvious.

A great place for a digital nomad.

The location is close to a Carrefour for groceries. The wifi was very fast. The kitchen has an oven. The bus station is also nearby.

There wasn't any trash bags. No big deal!

The Carrefour was not far away. The wifi was very fast. The Kitchen was decently stocked with a Moka Pot for coffee.

I was not able to find trash bags. There was no spatula.

The overall layout of this apartment is fantastic. Spacious living room and kitchen (with table to sit at) and rooms are quite sizeable as well. Wifi was good quality and available throughout the unit.

There was no hot water in the kitchen for dishes and a few items throughout the unit were in need of some maintenance (cupboards falling, lightbulbs burnt out, etc.). Overall, the stay was pleasant, but with a few minor fixes, this unit could easily be a 10/10

Fantastic experience with the most wonderful host

the apartment was spacious, comfy, and fully equipped. we were met by the owner who then went out of her way to ensure our trip was good. overall a perfect apartment for anyone looking for 3 rooms, kitchen, and tv/wifi. very happy with the experience

Amazing stay!

It's a really spacious apartment with all you need inside. The location is very central and it's a nice breakfast service there too. I will book here again! Best value I got for that money in my whole Morocco trip!

The beds are really hard... But only a small problem.

Pleasant

Thier was not lift so have to carry 3 suitcases to the 4 floor. I was not happy with the breakfast, they just gave us bread, juice and tea. That is called snack not breakfast. can you refund the money. Thanks
