This 2 bed, 2 bath first floor condo has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. The location is only 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is so convenient after a long flight. The community has excellent amenities!

Due to the corona virus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Cleanliness is our top priority. We proudly and directly manage a 5 star cleaning team that has been thoroughly coached and trained in disinfection and sanitation. All rooms are being ventilated to allow fresh air to circulate before the cleaning process begins. All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis with EPA approved cleaning solutions. Our guests health and safety are our top priority.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. The location is only 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is so convenient after a long flight. The community has excellent amenities including being gated, pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ grills, and a reserved parking space.

Did I mention how close you are to everything in the Valley? The Phoenix Zoo is 2 minutes away, Desert Botanical Garden is 3 minutes away, Phoenix Municipal Stadium home of Spring Training for the Oakland Athletics is 1 minute away, three other Spring Training stadiums are within 10 minutes, Papago Park within 2 minutes, Papago Golf course 2 minutes away, Tempe Town Lake 5 minutes away, Mill Avenue and Arizona State University 5 minutes away, Scottsdale Fashion Square 10 minutes, lots of hiking and biking trails, and many more attractions, shopping and restaurants to numerous to mention.

The corner lot location is one of the best in the condo complex. Literally pool side you only have to walk out your patio gate and the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grills are right there. The gym is also right next to the condo. There are also a few walking paths throughout the complex to enjoy.

Inside the condo you will find a very modern and spacious floor plan. The living room has a 50 inch LED flat screen with Roku players to stream. Each bedroom has it's own TV to keep kids and adults entertained. Enjoy a game of Pac Man with the arcade machine in the living room. Each bedroom has Queen size beds that are so comfortable it will be hard to get up.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal. Including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The appliances include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Also a full size washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes. Each bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub option. Each bathroom will have it's own blow dryer so you can leave yours at home. The patio is great to enjoy for your morning coffee and breakfast. The living room has a desk and chair to plan trips, write letters, work remote, or check your email. Free Wi-Fi inside the condo to stream music or movies.

Overall this condo offers the best of everything you can ever look for in a vacation rental. The location and amenities cannot be beat. The only thing missing is you!

The property was nicely furnished and in a nice complex. The property host was very good at communicating with us. However, the dishwasher leaked, the front door was missing a strike plate so as to properly lock, the hall tub drained poorly, the T.V. remotes were either missing batteries or were low battery power, the light bulb in the bedside lamp in the master bedroom did not work (which technically not too big a deal but it would've been nice to have) and lastly the floors throughout the property looked clean, but our socks and feet were very dirty after walking on the floors. (We were asked to start a load of laundry, the dishwasher and to take the trash out before we left, which is also not a big deal, but coupled with how dirty the floors were and the fact we paid a cleaning fee, I hoped for cleaner floors. So, while maybe one or two of these things may not be a big deal, when you put them all together beomes too much to give this property a 5 star review.

Arrived and found several wrecked cars in parking spots. Dirty socks and debris on path to condo. Ring doorbell, recording my comings and going. Entered and was pitch black. Pulled curtains - interior was clean and as described. Patio table dirty and patio full of leaves. Handle from patio gate to grounds, came off when we turned it. At that point, felt very uncomfortable staying at this place. Told owner and sent photos to VRBO and owner. Owner refused to refund. Told me he has no control over his neighbors. Instead, changed my dates to a one day stay (without my permission) and looked to re-rent to get more money. Check in instructions mentioned that we were to keep doors and windows locked at all times. Do not leave valuables in your car. Always lock your car doors and windows. Always double check that windows and doors are locked when you leave. I did not grasp that there was a real reason behind all of those admonitions. Not just normal 'be careful'. We did not stay and left to book a hotel. lost over $700 and over $1000 with hotel fees. This is an accurate account of our experience. I would leave a 'zero' rating if possible. A '1' is too generous for both the location and the Host. Dr. Anna M.

Accommodations were clean and basic but the complex is in a great location to get to all Phoenix has to offer. The residents are also so nice! BBQ, pool, hot tub, club fitness and billiards room was a big hit. Manager is very helpful and we would book again. Best bang for your buck!

The only thing is I wish we could of got in the pool table room it had an extra lock code that we could not get. Better instruction on how to turn on fire pit outside also we had to hunt for button to turn on hot tub. But other then that I recommend this listing

This was a nice property especially if you need convenience to Phoenix and the surrounding area. Almost everywhere we needed/wanted to go was within a 5-10minute drive. Joel was great at communication and was ready to help at a moments notice if needed. Space was more cramped than we expected with two teenagers, but the PacMan game and Roku was a plus! It wasn't warm enough for us to enjoy the pool area, but it was very close to the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner Joel was so responsive and communicated everything we needed. The condo had the perfect set up. The patio was right by the pool with a gate for access. When you sat on the patio or the pool you felt like you were at a resort with the beautiful landscaping. Everything in the condo was comfortable and having the washer / dryer on site was so helpful. We stayed for almost 2 weeks for work and vacation. There was a desk set up that was perfect for the days I had to work. The condo is on the Phoenix / Tempe border so you are only a few minutes from ASU and 10 minutes to downtown Scottsdale. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again if we come back.
