This beautifully renovated garden level apartment in Historic Downtown Savannah was built in 1872. Feel like a local while you stay in this meticulously restored and renovated two bedroom, two bath apartment. This unit features a queen bed, a double bed, fold out sofa, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, 45 inch flat screen tv. Easy meter-free on street parking.

My husband, our friends, and myself thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property while we were in town for a wedding. The home is in an excellent location, very little street noise. My only critique would be the size of the "queen" bed. It seemed small to comfortably sleep two adults. Overall, an excellent stay.

Charming ground level apartment - great property to rent if you don’t want to do stairs. This property accommodated 6 adults perfectly. We also rented the upstairs property, perfect set up for our family trip. Amazing location - you can walk everywhere!

We didn’t need anything fancy for this trip, just a cozy place to sleep while we weren’t exploring the city. This spot was small and cozy enough and is in a wonderful location to walk everywhere. Only real issue we ran into and this was not the properties fault but the guests upstairs. The walls were pretty thin and every single morning from 6am-10am they were nonstop walking around (literally sounded like they were stomping) and we had loud sleep sounds on in the background. Made us very hard to sleep in at all. Other than that we enjoyed the back patio a lot and proximity to everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend in Savannah. Very clean, very spacious and loved being just steps away to Calhoun Square and stops for two different Trolley Tour companies. This historical house is very close to good eats at Clary’s (4 minute walk) and J Christophers, (7 minute walk). Both are great restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Pets are allowed. Our 7 year old Sheltie loved all the walks around Calhoun Square. This ground floor residence is very comfortable and has everything you need.

It was a really cozy room. I liked all the historical touches. It wasn't a bad walk to River Street and other sightseeing spots.
If you didn't want to walk, Uber was fairly affordable and very responsive.

We were absolutely astonished by how clean and decorated the place was. It was also equipped with necessities for our stay. The host gave wonderful directions as well as listings for places to visit including a map. We enjoyed our stay. The place had a wonderful cooling system that kept it nice and cool for us when we needed it. The hardwood floors were beautiful. We felt like we were home. I loved it. Would do it again in a heartbeat!!!! Definitely a must stay!!!! If I could I’d rate it 100% amazing!!!

Best location for walking everywhere in Savannah. Clean, had everything we need for mom and 3 sisters. Really enjoyed the patio in the evening. Quiet neighborhood but close to coffee, shopping and restaurants and so many parks. Highly recommend.

Perfect!
Four of us stayed in the apartment, my Aunt, two cousins, and me. All of us seniors. The location is excellent and our rental was lovely, clean, spacious, and a short walk to DOT the free city bus. There are no stairs in the apartment, which was a big plus for my aunt. The property manager quickly replied to our inquiries prior to and during our stay. Parking is on street and plentiful. Just be sure to park on the opposite side of the street on street sweeping days. Don’t be afraid to sleep on the pull out couch. I slept comfortable.

Cute and cozy
Stayed at this home for St Patrick’s Day weekend. The owner was very helpful and friendly from the time of booking through our stay. The home is cute, cozy, clean, and in a great part of town - we walked everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Loccation, location, location !
This is a great place to stay to truly enjoy Savannah. Overall, we were pleased, but respectfully make some suggestions for improvement.
The apartment was tastefully decorated, but would benefit from some freshening up (LR furniture old and sagging ).The apartment was clean, but we were put off by the food and toiletries left behind by previous renters. The kitchen needs curating (see previous comment) and the addition of a pot large enough to boil a pound of pasta.
While we were there (month of February) we had frequent problems with the TV probably due to the internet provider.
The beds were comfortable.The courtyard was a very nice feature which we enjoyed.

Excellent comfortable stay in historic Savannah
Very comfortable and relaxing stay. There were some drain gnats and the kitchen was missing a sponge for washing the dishes. Everything else was great. Cute decorations, wonderful Nest thermostat. Bathrooms were clean and worked fine. Kitchen sink had a water purifier if you don’t feel like drinking Savannah water. Back courtyard was cute and cozy. Kristin was excellent host overall. 9/10 would recommend and stay again.

Great Location!!
We loved our stay in Savannah! The location was perfect. We could walk to everything. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, River Street and the many beautiful parks. Forsyth Park was just two blocks away. We brought our 13 year old son and our corgi dog and our friends brought their daughter and their little dog. We walked the dogs in the neighborhood parks. The house was perfect, and clean and we loved how it was decorated. We had an absolutely wonderful time. We would eat our breakfast out on the back patio or when it would rain we would cuddle up in the cozy living room and watch movies. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was far enough away from the tourist area so it was nice and quiet. We would highly recommend this place!

Outstanding property, with a top notch host. Loved the brochure printed in the house, and the recommendations were spot on.
Even better is the house. In a historical center, the house is vintage but very well kept with new appliances and fixtures mixed in with historic decor. Location is also perfect. Walking distance to the amazing park, or if you’re even more active to the riverfront. Next time we come we’ll bring bikes. Absolutely loved our stay

Easy to access the property and to find on-street parking. The ability to walk to local restaurants and various squares was quite appealing. The unit above our property was quite loud when the occupants walked around and we could easily hear their conversations.

This is our second stay at the property, Our first stay was in the main part of the house and this one was in the garden apartment, below the main house. Excellent location, safe, and a great street to be on, across from Calhoun Square. The house is always clean and has what we need to make it a memorable experience.

Amazing location, great communication with the owner, clean... only downside was the fact that we’re spoiled by a king size bed, and the beds here were queen (I think), but that’s an us issue, not the VRBO’s issue. 😊

This property is wonderful for a downtown Savannah visit, within easy walking distance of all the squares, historic district, SCAD, lots of good restaurants. We especially enjoyed the private courtyard out back, for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The house is well-appointed with all necessities for our comfort and convenience. Kristin is a most gracious host, accommodating on all things, even sharing her dog Beans for a touch of home! Great visit
