About this house rental

Situated just West of the famous Fountain at Forsyth Park, Huntingdon Getaway is the ideal vacation home for a large family looking for a local experience.

Park off-street in the designated parking areas and walk into the Savannah home of your dreams. The first level boasts high ceilings and ample natural light. Guests will enjoy kicking back and relaxing in the living room while their favorite show plays on the flat screen TV. An adjoining dining room comfortably seats eight and connects to an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Upstairs, three bedrooms with two full baths accommodate an additional six guests. The first bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bath, and the second and third bedrooms have King and Queen size beds, respectively.

Head East towards Savannah's largest green space, Forsyth Park, and grab a bite at a few local favorites. On Saturdays, the Forsyth Farmer's Market gives guests a taste of the local agriculture. Head North along Bull Street for a promenade through the squares. Most of Savannah's main attractions such as Broughton Street, City Market, and the riverfront are just a short 15 minute walk away.

The property was as described & we had a comfortable stay. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed to warm & prepare our take out Thanksgiving meal that we picked up the day prior. The garage and parking pad behind it is a great benefit to this home.

The home was great and accommodated our group. Lucky Savannah team were very responsive and made themselves available when I had questions. The location was with in walking distance of Forsyth Park an easy drive to downtown and an easy drive to Hilton Head and Tybee Island. Would stay again!

Not a problem for us, just unfriendly. Also no one else to be allowed into the house. Just a bit difficult. We had other family staying in the area but did not feel free to have them stop by. House was clean & in a perfect location for us.

The townhome on Huntingdon is very nice and the perfect location to walk to Forsythe Park plus a few restaurants. The kitchen has plenty of cooking pots, pans, and utensils. It is well stocked to cook anything you buy to eat in. We would definitely stay again when we visit Savannah again.

The two parking spots (one in the small garage) were a plus.The home was comfortable, bedrooms spacious and overall quite clean. The rental Company was responsive and prompt in responding to my questions/needs. The cons, the towels, pillows and toilet paper were paper thin. The wall in the master bedroom is quite thin too so noise taking place on the street (think garbage day!) was loud. We would certainly stay here again but would bring our own pillows, towels and toilet paper.

We did a 2 day stop over on our way home to south Fl we all loved the place lso beautiful clean love that it had two parking places one in garage definitely planning a girls trip back was worried at first being so close to MLK boulevard but really was not an issue we walked everywhere even at night

I booked this home for a sister trip. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. Is was a very comfortable stay and all of my sisters loved the home. The location was also perfect. The townhouse is exactly like the pictures. Very beautiful and very functional, had everything we needed. Great location in the Historic section of Savannah. Everything was very clean, which is so important to us. We were able to walk to City Market, Foley Park, and other locations. Excellent and easy touch free check in and out.

It was just down the road from Forsyth Park which was nice for our boys to enjoy every day. The beds were comfortable and came with plenty of extra blankets which was nice since it was cold at night. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious. The appliances all worked very well. The location was just on the outside of the downtown area so we didn't have any noise issues at all but everything was still walkable. The trolley stop was right by the park as well. The place was beautiful and we had a wonderful trip. I would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly located to walk whichever historic areas we wanted or to take a quick drive and still have easy parking. The main floor was more spacious then I thought ans the the bedrooms were qui and well thought through. Beds were very comfortable and the place was immaculate!

We loved our stay! The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware/utinicils we needed and the garage parking spot was ideal. We had 8 people so we needed to use the pull out sleeper couch. It was very comfortable, definitely a quality sleeper couch without the typical springs, etc. The location was great with being able to walk to the park, etc. We were also only 30 minutes to the Tybee Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Lucky Savannah was super easy to work with. We arrived early and they had a nice cool location to store our luggage till we could check in to our rental. I would rent from them again as well.

The house was beautiful. It accommodated my extended family of 8 well. The ONLY draw back was the stairs to the second floor are extremely slippery. We had several family members slip in socks or bare feet and have to catch themselves.
