Friendly Staff Ambience
Dead bugs in room Corroded Kettle and hairs in bed however the staff were quick to rectify all of the above and they gave me a discount for the inconvenience

The welcome we received from the lovely lady on arrival was very warm and friendly. The old English style of property. Very charming from the outside. The inside was very modern and comfortable. The food and bar had everything you needed.
The rooms lacked the old world charm of the outside. But they were very comfortable and compact. The breakfast was lovely but the breakfast lady was a bit rude to us, monosyllabic and never approached us to see if we needed anything else. I had to go look for her to get hot coffee and toast with marmalade which seemed to be an inconvenience to her . I don’t know the reason why? This left us leaving there feeling a bit confused and disappointed.

Wonderful accommodation. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Food was amazing and a nice selection to chose from. Lovely outside space to sit in the sun as we did with a drink.

Location / helpful staff / food
Nothing we didn’t like. We had a room with bath and shower hose. All fine but prefer a walk in shower. Asked if we could be moved but fully booked apart from a single room which has a walk in shower so suggested we used that as next to our room. Worked perfect. They resolved the problem with a smile. Perfect.

Lovely two night stay for my mum and I this weekend. The room was a good size, super clean and the beds were comfortable. We had two breakfasts and two dinners at the pub, both delicious - really appreciated that the owners checked if we wanted to book the evening meals beforehand as it was a lot busier than we’d expected! All the staff were friendly and very helpful.
We could hear a noise from the next room over’s bathroom extractor fan, but luckily they didn’t run it late at night.

We arrived after a long flight from Dubai very tired. The staff were so helpful- lugging our 2 big suitcases upstairs. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We booked a 9.30 breakfast not realising that normally service finished at 9 and this was provided with no problem. Breakfast was excellent and the staff again lovely and very attentive. A fantastic stay - thankyou

This was a great place to stay for the night. A warm welcome. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfotable. Beautiful fresh linen bed sheets. Excellent dinner and a first class breakfast. I really landed on my feet this time.
It was all spot on. No compaints whatsoever. I would have no hesitation staying again and I can thoughly recommened it.

Excellent newly refurbished room. Really nice restaurant with excellent food and reasonable wine list. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to Stratford-upon-Avon and main road links, but in a quiet location with plenty of parking.
The main bar was very loud due to its popularity so difficult to conduct a conversation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Shakespeare suite, had dinner and breakfast in the Inn which was excellent. A great find.
Nothing we didn't like.

This place is really pretty special in terms of character. The staff was especially good to deal with all around. The room was very good and the breakfast was great too.
It was a bit further from Stratford-upon-Avon than I initially realized, but the location is in a beautiful area none the less and still pretty handy for Stratford.

This is the second time we've stayed here, and I can't rate Broom Hall enough. It's spotless, comfortable accommodation. We happened to be upgraded to one of the cottages this time, which was a great little home away from home. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choice, Staff were extremely polite and helpful.Thoroughly recommend!

Lovely village location and real inn atmosphere. Staff exceptional and meals excellent. Special mention for Hannah.
Plenty parking and quiet location.

Spacious room in a historic building. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Excellent value for money.
There's a smoking area below the window, outside the Inn. Unfortunately we couldn't open the window because there were people smoking below.

Pretty location
Room at top of Inn, very difficult stairs.
Room exceedingly hot, window could only open a very small amount.
Very heavy duvet - in hot room - very uncomfortable.

WE were greeted by really friendly staff at the bar, who quickly found details of our reservation and took us to our rooms. We ate in the restaurant, which offered nicely presented food at a decent price. Our steaks were cooked very well and served alongside proper chips. The team here works well together and the staff were all really helpful, pointing out historical details about the region. Our rooms were very comfortable with good facilities (tea and coffee) and were surprisingly quiet (this being a Saturday night). Our breakfasts were very good (eggs Benedict) and served quickly. Plentiful car parking.

Easy location to meet up with family… thr young children enjoyed the play area. We enjoyed sitting out later too; very comfortable.
Our room looked out on the road and was tastefully decorated and furnished.. in face we own some of the same range of good quality pieces.
The beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast experience was lovely.. with very pleasant personal table service…. The choice and food was really good..
We have made a note to keep the details for if we travel that way again.
Our onward journey was to the Evesham Vale Light Railway and centre… can recommend there too!

Shown to our compact, twin room by friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean with comfy beds, bathroom had excellent shower. Delicious breakfast served at our table. Evening meal was delicious too. Will definitely return.

Exceeded expectations. Staff super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful, chap who checked me in carried bag to room ( despite me not being elderly!) and lady at breakfast started early so I could get to my meeting. Felt very welcome. Bedroom lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed.
Excellent dinner
