we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and all the amenities that it provided! hot tub is nice, SHARC (passes included) was amazing, and proximity to the grocery store was very convenient. playroom area upstairs was wonderful for keeping the kids busy. great home for a couple small groups/families or a large family with lots of kids!

Comfortable, well-equipment home.

Overall we had a great stay. The house was clean, my family enjoyed the hot tub and access to SHARC.
The queen bed in the upstairs bedroom could use an updated mattress. When two people lay on it you roll to the center and it’s so challenging to get out of the bed. The twin bunk beds are a bit wobbly and could use a tightening as my kids a were worried it would collapse. The BBQ outside should be replaced for safety as all the grease at the bottom of the grill caught on fire and was smoking like crazy.
Other than that, we had a great time and would visit again!

loved location and the house was clean! even the murphy bed was comfortable!

The house has a great set up for families with kids and older teens. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the SHARC, so the passes were a huge plus.

Everything was very hospitable and convenient. No complaints except hot tub didn't have any instructions for the buttons and there wasn't any coffee for the coffee maker. However, all in all, good stay and good property.

House was perfect for two of us and we could have people over, located right by the store and liked having hot tub privacy

We loved our stay at Mt. Rainier Ln. #7. The house was well equipped as we cooked several meals in. The configuration worked well for our needs with a large open living room & dinning room/kitchen. The house was clean and we'll tended. Looking forward to our next stay.

This was a nice sized, comfortable home. The location next to the grocery store was very convenient. The house was clean when we arrived. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is the home is in need of a little TLC. The banister at the 2nd floor loft area is very wiggly. The back sliding glass door was hard to lock and the lock did not feel secure.
There were carpenter ants on the deck by the hot tub. The upstairs deck felt a little unstable. Two of the adult bikes had broken front breaks. There appeared to be the start of mold on the bathroom walls above the shower surrounds. The 5.1 speaker system attached to the TV is not hooked up properly so it doesn't work. The house is not bad, it just needs a few updates to secure everything and make it a 5 star home again.

We loved the house! The table was big enough for all 6 of us to eat and play games together. The couches were comfy for movies and naps. The kitchen was big enough to cook full meals was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and the privacy of the back deck. The store behind the place had everything you might need for re-supply run. The pictures do a good job of showing how great this house is!

Great location right next to market. Shark passes were used everyday. Lovely linens and well maintained appliances. AC was perfect at 73. Hot tub was legit for 3 people. Bikes need to be cared for, and deck needs screws not nails.
4.0 / 5.0
This was a nice, roomy house for the four of us at night, and seven of us for lunches and dinners. Comfy furniture, TVs everywhere, and the star of the show for the grandkids was the foosball table - a big hit!
The positives:
It was cleaned rather well, for a rental, based on our past experiences in Sunriver.
Good selection of bicycles in garage all in decent condition and two bicycle pumps.
Easy walking g distance to the store for needed supplies and food, but rather expensive as you probably already know.
Like I said - a foosball table that provided several hours of great gun for the grandkids!
The needed improvements (in our opinion, anyway):
The kitchen was roomy and mostly well-stocked with a few exceptions, which are probably in the “nit-picky” category. Only two kitchen towels with no additional that we could find. No hot pot holders, so you have to use a kitchen towel to handle hot things including anything involving the BBQ. No dish soap, the first time this has ever happened to us. The automatic ice maker in the fridge was broken and no backup ice trays found - so no ice unless you buy some at the expensive nearby store.
Other nit-picky house things: several slats were missing from both the upper and lower level sliding deck door blinds, so no complete privacy in those two areas. Extremely cramped master bedroom bathroom - the upstairs one is roomier for showering. The decks themselves need the nails re-nailed - careful with bare feet. And the Weber BBQ needed a good cleaning under the burners. Oh, and the A/C didn’t work when we arrived. Our son-in-law discovered a tripped breaker switch, so it worked fine after resetting.
Other than that, not too bad. But at these prime-time, summer prices, how about some dish soap for the sink dishes and a couple of hot pot holders?

Sunriver is a great property. Tons of trails and the SHARC is so much fun for kids. We enjoyed this property as there was plenty of space for our family and the amenities were nice. We enjoyed cycling and the hot tub and the amount of space in the kitchen. The resort has lots to do and it not far from the restaurants and pubs in Bend.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clearly communicated to us. The living room furniture was very comfortable; the beds not so much and were a little noisy. We enjoyed the bike rides, thank you! The two things that we did not like are: a) getting a phone call from the management right after we got in requesting time to fix the ice maker during our stay. You should have done it before our arrival! When I called back no one answered and of course, I lost interest waiting. b) Did not watch cable tv because there is nothing that we would have enjoyed. During evenings we wanted to watch movies together. If you offered streaming, we could have used Netflix or Amazon Prime. This is just a suggestion, not a complaint. Thank you again for offering this cozy place.

Beautiful home, well equipped kitchen, excellent layout for our family of six. Quiet location yet easy walk to the North store. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, using the hot tub, and plenty of space to relax when home. Easy access to trails, the SHARC, and the highway for further hiking destinations!

Fantastic!
The house was warm, inviting and clean. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 6 and a baby, everyone had plenty of space and the kids loved having the loft to play and a place to watch their cartoons. The only knock we had, was being startled by people walking across the driveway and through the front yard to walk on the dirt trail along the side of the house to get to the store. I would say that is definitely more people being inconsiderate, then a fault of the property. Otherwise, we had zero complaints and a fantastic getaway. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect house for a getaway
The house was great! Very clean with everything you need for a great vacation. The house has obviously been updated and is in great condition. Great location on the north end of Sunriver within a short walking distance to the north store.

Homey home away from home
We enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout was nice and my kids enjoyed the loft and foos table. We also loved the hot tub and deer watching from the top balcony. Wish we were able to stay longer. We will be back to SunRiver!

Stone’s throw to North Store
Location of this house was great in that you can walk out the back door to the North Store (as it’s on the north side of Sunriver and further from the main shopping area). Kitchen was well-stocked. We had challenges keeping the upstairs bedrooms and loft cool with the heat and poor air quality from fires as the thermostat can’t be set below 72 per instructions. For future guests - to turn on the showers, pull the handle out first (took a few people trying to sort this out but worked fine once we did).

Nice Home but Vacasa follow-up on issues was substandard
We loved the home. When we arrived however there were ants in the kitchen and the internet was out. Vacasa sent a maintenance man with some ant spray that we didn't want to spray in the kitchen where food is prepared. He said he would follow-up the next day with ant traps which he never did. The internet was out for a good part of our stay. When Vacasa tried to expedite the repair they said they would call and give me a status. They never did. We ended up managing the calls with Bend Broadband ourselves, not something you want to do on vacation. We were told that Vacasa inspects the home before new guests arrive but if this is the case they would have noticed the ants and should have tested the internet. The only complaint about the house was the squeaky bed in the guest room. I would definitely stay in this home again but Vacasa needs to step up their customer care.

Not the best experience
On the plus side, the house was available a few hours early, it had fans in every room (very helpful to keep the house cool), it had a foosball table in the bonus room upstairs that we all enjoyed and the hot tub had a privacy fence around it. The house has 8 SHARC passes and bikes in the garage that you can use.
The house backs up to an open space that connects to a gas station - it's your view. It also backs up to a busy street so between the gas station/convenience store + the traffic, you don't feel like you're "away from it all".
The day we checked in, we found the freezer to be leaking water on to the kitchen floor. We called right away and asked that the on call service representative come out. He did - but said he couldn't trouble shoot anything and would have to open a ticket with someone when the office opened in the morning. We also asked him to open a ticket regarding out hot tub as the kids had gotten in to it and they both felt sick pretty quickly from the chemicals. The next day, we anticipated we would hear from someone. When we hadn't heard by about 3PM, I called the local office to check on the status. They didn't have a ticket for the hot tub and there was no status on the freezer (which was still leaking water on the floor). Someone did come the next day to look at the hot tub but we never did hear back from anyone regarding the freezer. Every day we changed the towels on the floor to clean up the water and to hopefully avoid any damage to the floor. When you check in and read their "house" book, they include right up front how important it is for you to reach out if anything comes up during your stay so that they can make it right ... and how difficult it is for them to receive feedback via review because at that point, they have little means to make it right and would prefer to partner with you during your stay to make it as enjoyable as possible. We were pretty surprised at the lack of follow up.
The house needs updating. The beds/pillows/sheets are old and uncomfortable. The shower upstairs doesn't have warm water for long.
Overall, between the location (next to a gas station) and the poor service, we wouldn't stay at this home again.

Good escape from reality
We enjoyed our week staying here. We enjoyed having bikes to ride the trails and it was convenient to skiing at Bachelor. It’s nice to have the market so close. It’s further from the village but we didn’t mind that. The house was as advertised and well appointed. We will certainly consider staying here again.

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed
We had a great time at staying at this home! The layout was great for our family of 4. Everything was clean and in good working order. It was nice having the separation of the master tucked away on the main floor and the kids rooms upstairs. My only suggestion would be to stock a few more basics - Zip Lock bags, aluminum foil, etc. - but really no complaints.

Comfortable rooms, very well stocked kitchen, good space for togetherness and for time alone. Close to Maverick and a quick walk to the grocery store. Sunriver is amazing; we look forward to coming back, and would definitely stay at this house again. The Sharc passes were not free, as they might be with other rentals; otherwise, we have no complaints.

Lovely and has a great balcony for stargazing!
My husband and daughter played fuze ball too many times to count. We barbecued. We sat on the porch and ate dinner at sunset. We soaked in the hot tub. We laid down on the balcony and stargazed. We biked to the park. We stored our gear in the roomy garage. We biked all over the resort grounds. We walked to the market, perfectly located right behind the house. Two bucks with giant racks took a nap under the pine tree next door one afternoon. The only negative was a bit of clanging from the shopping carts at the market plus a bit of car noise (because a busy street is right behind the house). It was worth the slight bit of noise to have access to food any time plus much of the evenings. We would stay again-and plan to do so if we visit Sunriver again.

Great home
We rented this home for a vacation for two families. The location was great - close to the grocery store, the house was very clean - seemingly new furniture and carpets, and the layout worked perfect for us! The kids loved the second floor landing with their own TV area and foosball table. The bikes were also a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, convenient and functional house.
It was clean, comfortable home; the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was fun. The bikes were a nice addition. It is near a gas station/grocery store, so not super private, but convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very disappointed/this house was filthy
The rental company advertised that they were taking extra precautions and increasing their cleaning standards. We received a text that there would be no early check in available to allow for extra cleaning. Sounds good but, this clearly never happened. There were cobwebs and spiders throughout the house. Light switches and walls were visibly dirty. There was some kind if fungus growing on the outside of the fireplace glass. The hot tub water was disgusting, you couldn't see to the bottom it was so murky. The lock was broken so who knows who had been in it. There was empty jello shot containers around the deck, apparently someone had a good time. I can't believe this was what you considered "extra cleaning " We have stayed in Sunriver many times and this was by far the worst experience. I would hope this review reminds you to be extra vigilant about ensuring the safety of your guests.

Sunriver Girls Trip
We enjoyed staying in the house very much, it looked like they had recently replaced the couches in the living room which were super comfy. The space in the house was great for 4 adults but if all of our party had made it, it would have been tight. I would say the house is a better fit for a family with kids as there was a twin bunkbed in one room that one of us slept on but was not as comfortable as we were all adults. We had tried sleeping on the murphy bed but it was uncomfortable and the open loft area wasn't conducive to our group having some adults up early and some who slept in. The location to the store is amazing, just a short flat easy walk out the backyard! Which was very convenient for getting groceries to cook in but also made the back deck not private at all. The kitchen pans looked liked they had seen better days and we couldn't get the BBQ propane tank to twist to turn on so we ended up grilling the steak on the griddle in the pantry but otherwise the kitchen was large enough for 3 of us to be cooking/prepping and was well stocked. The King bed and Queen bed were comfortable to sleep on. And we appreciated having the bikes in the garage - though one of the bikes was not operable. The hot tub was an awesome bonus though would have been tight if more than 2 of us were in it at a time. The house was extremely well maintained and clean and would rent again if we had a different group going.

A few things...
The house was great!! We will be back again. A few things. The closet doors seem to be off kilter and the bbq needs to be cleaned/maintenance. Something is not right with it. It is HOT even when it is on the cooler temp.

Vacation Success!
We loved the house! The layout and extra living area worked well with the teenagers. There was plenty of space inside and out for everyone to hang out comfortably. Being so close to the store was also super convenient. Loved having the bikes and a hot tub too!
