Step into the great room of this stunning two-bedroom vacation home and be greeted by its warm, inviting lodge ambiance, complete with luxury furnishings and thoughtful details. Nestled in vibrant Sunriver, this home offers the perfect high-desert retreat year-round. You'll be ideally situated for hiking, biking, golfing, and a variety of exciting winter sports!
44 Tennis Village will be your perfect home-away-from-home while attending your Sunriver Conference! You are just a short walk to the Main Sunriver Lodge as well as Sage Springs Spa. You are also less than a mile from shopping at Sunriver Village Mall, the links at Sunriver Meadows Golf Course, and about three miles from Fort Rock Park where you can have a picnic and a game of tennis or horseshoes. There's fun in the water, too, at SHARC, the nearby aquatic center with swimming pools. This home comes with unlimited use of 6 SHARC Passes.
Spacious and comfortable, the flood of sunlight through the floor to ceiling windows and the lovely contrast of rough-hewn woods against the white walls gives the place a warmth and intimacy belying its ample, 1500 sq. ft. of space. When it's chilly, turn on the gas fireplace and catch your favorite show on the 42 inch flat-screen TV, watch a DVD, or dig into that magazine article you've been wanting to read. If you've got some business to do, head up to the loft, where you'll find a mini office with a desk and free wireless high-speed Internet.
If you're looking to dine out, check out one of the seven restaurants in Sunriver. For many more options, make the half-hour trip to Bend. Otherwise, you'll do just fine with this fully equipped modern kitchen and stainless steel appliances. Your chef will be able to cook just about anything in this kitchen, complete with microwave and dishwasher. When dinner is served, sit down at the rough-hewn dining set with room for six that looks like it's been taken right out of a fairy tale!
44 Tennis Village will accommodate 8 people comfortably. The master suite is on the main floor. You'll not only have plenty of room in its big king bed, you'll also appreciate the adjoining full bath and another TV for late-night viewing. There are two queen beds, another bathroom, and yet another TV in the bedroom on the upper level. Up in the loft, there's also a day bed with a trundle.
Sunriver is flanked by the Deschutes River to the west. Throw a line in the river, ride the rapids, or take a leisurely kayak ride through the river's meandering beauty. Cyclists, bring your bikes! There are 33 miles of paved bike path leading to both pastoral beauty and shopping and dining in the Village. Deschutes National Forest is less than 10 miles to the east. That, of course, means plenty of places to hike, rock climb, or just enjoy scenic vistas. Closer to home is the SHARC aquatic center with its outdoor and indoor pools, water slides, tot pool, lazy river, and year-round tubing park. Come winter, skiers will find world class skiing at Mt. Bachelor, about a half-hour to the north. There are also sleigh rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, and bonfires in the snow!
So make your next trip to Sunriver comfortable and memorable. Stay in this beautiful condo close to all the activities and sites in the Sunriver/Bend area.
Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

Wonderful weeklong stay. Layout was great, can accomodate 6 for short periods. More comfortable with 4-5. Very clean. Everything worked. Only suggestion is to add a few items to kitchen — No aluminum foil or Saran Wrap, No Tupperware so hard to store leftovers. Very few spices. Otherwise everything was great.

We like the location of this condo. It’s a very short bicycle ride to the lodge or the village.

Decent place. We overpaid to get the SHARC access.
Basic kitchen essentials are not included here. No coffee, salt, spices. The carpeting was probably nice once upon a time but are now very dirty. Time to replace. Parking lot views including a porta potty for resort maintenance staff to use. Landscaping includes stumps from fallen trees.

Tennis Village 44 is well-stocked, beautiful, clean, and a wonderful place to stay. The only challenges is the two upstairs queen beds are rock-hard. We had to go buy mattress pads after several rough nights. I offered to leave the mattress pads so that future occupants could use them, but the property manager declined. Otherwise, this was a fabulous place to stay. We would stay again - but bring mattress pads.

Great place. Love the layout. Village is close by. SHARC place is a short drive. Super happy it had AC, would have left if it did not as it was super hot. Had everything you would expect. BBQ was nice, big fridge, washer/dryer, like how they had lots of extra dishes so we didnt have to wash dishes daily. What you see is what you get no surprises with this place.

Our family spent 2 weeks in the space and it had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, heat/AC, Sharc, and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great vacation
We have vacationed many times in Sunriver and always enjoy our trip. We have stayed in many different condos, this was a very good choice. It had everything we needed. We walked and rode our bikes everywhere. The village is close, so you can walk there for an early morning cup of coffee. Getting to the river is also an easy walk; we walked and found a great spot to sit and watch the sunset.

Great stay
My only negative is that the mattresses are all very hard. But other than that it was a great place to stay. Maybe they can consider putting mattress toppers on the beds to soften them a bit.

Our stay
Thanks for the stay. The property was exactly what was listed. My only recommendation would be to get new mattresses, or even a topper. They are hard as a rock. Our backs were hurting everynight. But other than that everything was good.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed this condo.. It is walking distance to lodge and village . It also has a great floor plan for two families or separate spaces for older kids. The kitchen had everything needed, but really no spices, condiments or tinfoil. The fireplace was awesome and lots of wood. We would stay here again

Family fun
Clean, cozy, and spacious condo walking distance from Sunriver restaurants etc...Enjoyed our stay. It felt very private and we didn't have to worry about our group being too noisy the way the floorplan is laid out.

Tennis Village
We enjoyed our stay in Sun River. This property is close to the Village, tennis courts and Spa. It had everything we needed. I would suggest better instructions for the TV and the DVD player. It’s always complicated with 3 remotes and when we called Vacasa they couldn’t help.

Comfortable and conveniently located
Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) found this to be a perfect place for our 5 day visit to Sunriver. The unit was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. There were several games and toys to occupy our grandchildren (ages 6 and 8). We brought our own bikes and rode easily back and forth from SHARC and along the extensive bike paths throughout the resort. The Village was not too far by foot and an easy trip by car when shopping for heavy groceries. After walking around many other "neighborhoods", we decided that this unit was well-situated. We definitely would consider renting here again.
