About this house rental
Rocky Pine Lodge is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bath home with expansive mountain views. It is just 2 miles to the center of Breckenridge, the ski resort and the gondola lift: a five minute drive. There are excellent hiking and mountain biking trials just outside the door.
The house has a six person hot tub, five fireplaces (four of them gas), a formal dining and a heated three car garage. There is a covered porch with ski hill views and an outdoor fireplace.
The upper floor has three bedrooms and the lower level has two bedrooms. The lower level also has a foosball table, skee ball maching, board games, TV and a wine cellar.
It is a wonderful house for a family or extended family group.
The house has a six person hot tub, five fireplaces (four of them gas), a formal dining and a heated three car garage. There is a covered porch with ski hill views and an outdoor fireplace.
The upper floor has three bedrooms and the lower level has two bedrooms. The lower level also has a foosball table, skee ball maching, board games, TV and a wine cellar.
It is a wonderful house for a family or extended family group.

This property checked every box for me and my family. From the amount of space and rooms, to the beautiful views from the deck. The kids loved the basketball hoop outside, the adults enjoyed the hot tub and deck views.
The property is nestled against a hill, and has a trail that runs through the back property; neighborhood. If yuou like being outdoors, this is the place to stay. We're already discussing trying to book there again for Christmas...probably my favorite VRBO rental, ever!
My only critique/blemish on the rental would be, there weren't any TVs in the bedrooms or the main (upstairs) living room.

We’re so happy we settled on Rocky Pine Lodge to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary...it ended up being the perfect-pick for our family of nine. Each family unit had their own bedroom with a private bathroom. The family room downstairs is spacious with comfy seating, tv & fireplace. The living room upstairs & master bedroom have a spectacular view of the mountains. We were thrilled to see snow-capped mountains in June. The kitchen is fully equipped & has an amazing large gas range.The house is very conveniently located so trips to a grocery store to pick up additional supplies is only about ten minutes away. We totally enjoyed lounging on the deck that wrapped around the front porch. The view of the mountain range is breathtaking from this spot & we loved the outdoor gas fireplace. The backyard deck is large with a nice sofa, table & chairs. The granddaughters had fun in the game room, climbing rocks in the backyard, & shooting hoops in the driveway. A new basketball was purchased for us by the host, before we arrived, so they could play! The hot tub was awesome, well maintained, & enjoyed by all.
Tim, the owner, emailed us super information about the area & expectations for using the house. Our local host, Justin, texted us with lots of suggestions on things to see & do in Breckenridge. Both were prompt in responding to us & were supportive. Rocky Pine Lodge did not disappoint any one of us. Thanks, Tim, for sharing your incredible home. We made wonderful memories!

We chose this home for our annual ski trip and wow! The entire experience was perfect. The property managers checked in with us early and often to make sure everything was going well. We got to check in early and they did not rush us out on our last day.
The location of this house is perfect. A quiet neighborhood with a serene view and private balconies and hot tub. 7 min from Main Street and easy Gondola 8 parking access. Everything about this house made for a perfect ski/relaxation weekend.
There is a game room, wine cellar, big dining area, and entertainment space in the basement. All of the bedrooms are big and comfortable with lots of bathrooms (perfect for a big group). Cant recommend this place enough!

The first word out of our mouths when we walked into the main entry was “Wow!” This home was peaceful and majestic. Local caretakers checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen and bath were well stocked with all the little things you might need. Beautiful setting and perfect location just outside downtown Breckenridge. We thank the Calkins for sharing their lovely home, and hope to return in the future.

I cannot say enough about this property - it's gorgeously appointed with every detail given consideration. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the Host and the Property Managers....I have quite literally never felt SO WELCOMED! They are friendly and accommodating! Would recommend this property for anyone who wants to get away to a luxury home, in a gorgeous setting, and to be treated like a welcomed guest!

My parents were here for two months from Hawaii and wanted to go "leaf peeping" while they were here. There were 9 adults and 2 small children in our party and it was important that each couple had their own bedroom. This property was perfect for this! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space for us to gether together but also spaces to relax in peace. It was close to downtown Breck and all the outdoor activities were at our fingertips. The house did have a new boiler system installed and they were having issues with it but the manager comunicated that to me prior to our arrival and stayed in contact with me until it was resolved within a couple of hours after our arrival. He was professional and very helpful with all of our questions. We would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our quick weekend. Everyone had their own space, beds were comfortable. You can't beat the views and location!

We are a group of teachers that do an annual retreat each year before the start of school. It was great to go up, rest, relax, and wander around town. There was ample space in the home, and the patios were amazing. The views were phenomenal. The house was well stocked with anything we could ever need and more.

Rocky Pine Lodge was one of the best properties we have used for our annual family summer vacations. The owner and local manager were very responsive to any questions, etc. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10, the kitchen was large and well stocked, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space for dining, the covered deck with fireplace and the hot tub. We had so much fun in Breckenridge and loved staying at this awesome property! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Our family stayed at this Wonderful House in Breckenridge in July 2023. It was the Perfect place with plenty of rooms, very clean, and Amazing Mountain View! The owner and property manager were so easy to work with and great commutation.

This is a wonderful property just minutes from downtown Breckenridge. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a family of 4 or larger, or a group of friends.

The house was in great condition when we arrived with it being super clean and looking better than the pictures. The views from the house are amazing. It is a fantastic location being so close to town for restaurants, shopping, and activities. The property managers Justin and Missi were amazing with communication and recommendations throughout the whole trip. I would definitely book Rocky Pine Lodge again for our next trip to Breckenridge.

My family and I utilized this property over Thanksgiving, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the lovely house, scenic views and wonderful amenities the house had to offer. The Property Managers and Owners made sure we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay, and provided very detailed information that made us feel informed and prepared for staying in the home. The kids loved the game room with skee ball and basketball, and there was a plethora of board games to keep everyone entertained. We also loved that it was only a short drive to the recreation center, (where the toddlers enjoyed pool time) and also the nearby sledding hill (sleds provided at property!) Wonderful home and hope to stay again in the future.

This was a spacious, beautifully furnished mountain home with plenty of space for 3 couples and 4 children. We felt like a king and queen in the Master Suite & bath. The game room was a plus for the kids and trails and woods! Very convenient to town. We would rent again in a heartbeat!
This was our first experience post-covid so I expected it to be very clean with better linens and towels. We appreciated the early check-in, so perhaps the cleaning crew rushed.
