This is a wonderful house and property in a great eastern shore location. Landlord is very responsive.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house was stunning, and actually seemed even more spacious than what the pictures show. The property is very private and the views of the water are lovely. The pool and hot tub were so nice to enjoy. The adjacent pool house had a bathroom and mini fridge which were convenient because the house is a few steps away from that area. The kitchen is very large and well stocked. There is plenty of dining seating (indoor and outdoor). All of the beds had fresh linens on them for us and the bedrooms were all nicely sized. The view from the master balcony in the mornings was a lovely place to watch the sun rise over the water. Timothy was extremely responsive and helpful with our questions before and during the stay. I'd love to come back!

Beautiful! From the perfectly manicured entrance to the interior decor, it was all just lovely. The kitchen was well appointed with enough supplies and gadgets than one could use in a month, much less a mere weekend. I wish I could have stayed six months! I would only add mirrors in the bedrooms since my sister and I had to negotiate using one while getting ready for my daughter's wedding.

This is a spectacular property with a grand traditional house with all modern conveniences such as strong WiFi inside an out, a beautiful pool and hot tub, and a dock with kayaks, and paddle boards. The house has a very large modern kitchen (the best coffee maker I've ever seen in a rental property) and several large gathering places. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and it is beautifully but practically furnished. The most striking features are the views, including water views, which surround the house. This estate exceeds its description and is an absolute treasure.

The property and house are truly unique. 30 acres on Marlyland's Eastern Shore. The house and property are impeccably maintained. If you value privacy and luxury, this house is for you. I've stayed in dozens of rental properties over the past 30 years and this was the cleanest house that I have ever stayed in. The proximity to the restaurants and the amenities of the house (pool, hot tub, dock, sound system, etc.) make this an ideal vacation home. I would highly recommend it!

Three generations enjoyed the home and property over a beautiful long weekend. There was always something fun to do without leaving the property, from paddle boarding, to ping pong, building fires, playing basketball, and more. A blast!

We enjoyed a terrific long weekend over spring break at this gorgeous property. The pictures don’t do the place justice. We were excited to do all of the outdoor stuff right away but the weather was cold (snow in April!). Luckily the house has just about anything we could have wanted (legos, ping pong, games for the kids and a beautiful view and plenty of space for the adults). Luckily it warmed up later in our stay and we kayaked, hot tubbed, played on the play structure, had smores at the fire pit). I can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time at this expansive property in St. Michaels. It was exactly the experience we were seeking. My husband, 17-year old son, and I all needed a break after year of pandemic fatigue; we needed something special, yet weren't ready for long distance travel yet. Although the weather was a bit cold and rainy, we still had a great time. The only constructive suggestion is to update/replace some of the mattresses, which seemed a bit long in the tooth. Otherwise the house is well appointed and welcoming. We would recommend the property!

The home is spacious and beautiful. The pool / hot tub area was amazing. It even has a pool house with changing rooms. While we did not do any water sports, there are kayaks, a small boat and two docks. One that is ground level and then a lower one floating on the water for easily launching kayaks.
Our children had to do remote school for a few of the days and the house is set up well for everyone to have their own space if needed. Tim, the owner, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. Thanks for the wonderful break!
