Superb location with average facilities.

Perfect location as a base to see London and the attractions. Reasonable space and facilities for a couple. Relatively quiet at night.

Four flights of stairs may prove challenging to older couples with heavy luggage. Were provided with four hand towels, no bath sheets. No bath sheets found in utility room on mid-landing.

Poor and not up to expectations.

Location

TV didn't work fully. Flooring was dangerous in places. Floors were not clean. The shower head was not clean, and water pressure was very poor. Decoration was poor, with paint flaking off the walls. The communal areas, hall stairs, and landings were very shoddy and not clean. Some of the bedding was stained, and pillow cases were missing. The chairs were unstable and potentially dangerous. All furniture coverings were stained. We will not be staying there again. Overall, it was expensive for the standard of accommodation

Great weekend break

The apartment was great, very clean, and in a central location. The host was also lovely and really responsive with instructions and questions throughout the stay.

It was hot during our trip and the fans provided were not the best but otherwise, everything was excellent!

The location! It's just few steps away to South Kensington station and also nearby to the museums . It's also easy to find halal food around there. We love the stay.

The location is a 10, but it doesn't quite live up to the photos. Be aware, there are several flights of stairs.

Location, exceptional. Ikea sofa bed more functional and in better condition than many comparable apartments.

Unreliable hot water. Changes to apartment not reflected in booking.com representation (e.g. photos look different/better than actual, no tumble dryer). No access to washing machine for 24 hrs, with no offer of compensation. Communication not adequate or responsive.

If you want to actually sleep, stay somewhere else. Best used for it's location.

The location was excellent, a 2 minute walk to the tube station. There were restaurants very close, and a market within walking distance (10minutes). Kitchen soap, shampoo, and body wash were nicely provided for our use. There was also extra TP in the bathroom. The wifi worked well. The owner answered questions quickly.

The flat was on the third floor and no lift, so tough to drag up our suitcases. The apartment was very small and cramped for 3 adult women. The convertible sofa bed was a futon, and it was so hard and uncomfortable. It was very difficult to convert back and forth because the front room was so small. The bed in the bedroom was advertised as a queen size bed, but it was probably more like a full size, tough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably there. Each of us got one towel for the bathroom and only one hand towel to share. There were no towels or paper towels in the kitchen. The bathroom was very small, and there was no fan or vent. If we showered, the steam from the shower would make the whole apartment hot. Also, be careful because the shower is very slippery, and difficult to get out of safely. Because it was so hot, we used the small oscillating fans. One of them broke, but the flat manager kindly brought us another the next day. There was a washing machine to use, but it was half a flight down, and in a utility room. There is no dryer, but a drying rack is available. The refrigerator didn't work correctly. It froze everything we put in it! All of our food was spoiled because it froze. It was great that the apartment was so close to the tube and some restaurants, it was very convenient! However, that also made it very noisy at night, so it was almost impossible to sleep.

Would definitely stay again.

The area is good, really close to the tube, right near rhe museums and hyde park. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The room was pleasant and clean with lots of amenities.

Was not an issue for our group but the stairs would cause problems for less mobile persons and the hall way is dark and drab.

The entrance hall is really dirty. There were bleach marks on the towels. The sofa was dirty and the sheets and bedding were old.

Not my idea of a dream

Convenient location

Poorly finished property, insufficient crockery (ie glasses) and items for cooking ( there was simply forks, knives, spoons and a bottle opener..no knives, or other kitchen implements..2 small pots and a small frying pan for a flat supposedly sleeping up to 4 people), see photo. Certain lights not working, a blind missing in sitting area. See photo. Shower enclosure sealed shut and dirty round edges, see photo. Poor quality bed linen and lumpy pillows. All round feeling of cheapness for a property charging £200 a night.

Very comfortable base for exploring London in a few days.

Excellent, quiet location, very close to Underground. Very nice and comfortable apartment perfect for 3 people.

The water outflow in the bath sink was very slow, needs fixing. Also cleanliness has a room for improvement.

Exceeded expectations, very efficient communication and great location.

Enjoyed having all hotels pros but with more homely feel, more space and amenities suitable for family with a baby. Didn't expect the only noise outside during the night to be the songbirds 😁 Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. We had different cuisine every night. Quick and efficient communication for any advice. Thank you.
