Está muy bien ubicado, y el baño estaba muy bien
No funcionaba el ascensor y las camas estaban pegadas porque es muy chica la habitación

There was no hot water for a shower and when we spoke to the receptionist she said she would speak to the manager and get back to us - this hasn’t happened. We have stayed before and had no issues but this has put us off staying again.

Beautiful external but very small rooms and bathroom. Slightly run down. Good location in Chelsea
Small rooms and limited space. Bathroom was small and a bit dirty. I also left my AirPods in the room and when I emailed about it they said they weren’t there. When I checked find my phone I notified them they were walking around london. The next day they had found them. They have been less than helpful in returning my property or apologising for them going missing from my room in the first place.

some minor grumbles but fixed quickly .

Cute hotel in a period-style terraced house in Chelsea.
Although the staff were friendly, the checkout person insisted that we had breakfast when we hadn't. Room is on the small side. Generally clean but some areas are looking a little tired.

Gorgeous Georgian House, a unique place to stay.
I was expecting it to look more like a Georgian house inside. Room was nice but very small. Very small bathroom. a couple of things needed repairing in the room. Breakfast was expensive. We only had granola and yoghurt and a coffee and a fruit plate, 1 piece of toast and orange juice and it was £35. Complimentary coffee in the reception area would have been nice.

The sitaution is brilliant for galleries, shopping, restaurants, public transport...
The attention to detail. The downlighter above the mirror didn't work, one of the bedside lights... the fan in the bathroom..., it was cold. The hair drier was pretty useless and had no nozzle, there was nowhere close to a mirror to plug it in so had to manage with the small mirror on a stand. The quilt was just thrown over the bed, the sheets weren't even straightened or the pillows plumped up. We had noisy neighbours above and next door. When we we arrived we were asked if we'd stayed before, we have many times, customary recognition is so important.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us and the staff were super friendly and helpful. A very clean, smart hotel which fitted a lot into its tiny footprint.
The lift was absolutely tiny so only really possible to get one person in at a time unless two of you were very friendly. Whilst the facilities in the main were good, the bathroom suffered from a very small and cramped bath and a leaking basin. A shame as the room was good but small otherwise.

very safe, and close to lots of restaurants and shops
the bed was amazingly comfortable.

The staff is so friendly and the property is in a great location!
Our room was a tad small and there was a lot of noise above us on the first morning.

The staff was very helpful, and the location great.
It's an older building so you can hear people walking around. I am noise sensitive, but the staff moved my room and it was much better.

Excellent location, friendly staff at reception. The room was well cleaned and spacious enough. I didn't have breakfast. Nice to get fresh water bottle in the room each day.
Expensive but I guess they can charge because the location is wonderful. Although it makes the room easy to clean I don't love hard flooring, I prefer a bit of carpet as it's cosier especially in Autumn and Winter.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Hotel readily provides fresh milk for use with Nespresso coffee maker in room; milk comes in a small vacuum bottle so stays fresh for a little while. Also provides bottled water on request as tap water is softened (processed) so inadvisable to drink. No charge for milk or water, both brought to room quickly.
Noise insulation very good - that's important in central London. Very comfortable bed.
Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, also shops selling sandwiches and snacks, e.g M+S, Waitrose etc.
Elevator is a bit basic and very compact; large people would have to use it one at a time. Shower room a little cramped.
Quite expensive, as most places in central London

the room was clean and comfortable and the location was great.
Large piles of rubbish bags outside the front door on the street. Reception not responsive to phone calls. Couldn’t use lift to reach third floor room as it was full of laundry. Noise carried from room above us.
