GULF FRONT condo steps from the emerald green water and gorgeous white sandy beaches. Outside your front door is the pool where you can swim, float, lounge, socialize or barbeque. Your can watch the dolphins jumping less than 100 yards away from the walkway balcony outside your front door!

Enjoy the sugar white sandy beaches and emerald waters of Okaloosa Island that are just steps from this brightly decorated unit. The unit has a master suite with one and one half bath. The bedroom has a king size bed. There are hallway bunk beds for children and a queen sleeper sofa. The fully furnished kitchen and cookware to assist you in preparing homemade meals for loved ones. The spacious balcony is perfect for al fresco dinning and offers beautiful views of the waves rolling off the beach. There is a laundry room with a stack-able washer and dryer along with two TVs, two DVDs and a CD/stereo player. The unit also has free Wi-Fi.

Gulf Dunes was built in 1999 and is one of the premiere properties on Okaloosa Island. It has two Gulfside heated pools and a tennis court. There are two boardwalks that take you to directly to 426 feet of sugar white sands. Gulf Dunes is far enough from the crowds and busy traffic to enjoy the beach but close enough for walking to nearby shops and restaurants.

Entry was easy, quick and pleasant. No complaints, but merely suggestions. The pillows for the king bed are terribly flat. My husband and I added the bunk bed pillows to our bed. And maybe an area rug in the bedroom to get any last bit of sand off the feet before bed.

This property was the perfect fit for my family’s first vacation. The room was ideal for the three of us. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great ocean view off of the balcony and took only a few minutes to be right on the beach. The pool was very nice too. The kitchen was fully equipped with any cooking utensil you would need. This was a great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a good condo with a great view right on the beach. It was very clean and we had no trouble with our stay. It was in a good location. Close to a plublix. It is right down the road from AJs Oyster Shanty, which is one of our favorites in Fort Walton. It is also a short driving distance to The Shack, it is my favorite place to eat down there. Everything inside the condo seemed up to date. The bedroom TV did not work while we were there, but that was not a big deal for us. The pool there was good. This was the second time we stayed in the same room. Would for sure stay again and recommend it to anyone going to Fort Walton.

We booked for a family get away and it was perfect for our family of four. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and inviting. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. I was a little worried about my sons (teen & young adult) fitting on the bunks, but they were good. The beach service was a nice plus! The bed was more firm than what we prefer, but it was comfortable. It was chill and quiet in the evenings. I’d definitely stay here again. It was very nice and the property management communication was amazing.

You could walk barefoot on the tile floors and your feet not turn black,like other condos we've stayed in.The 4th floor had a perfect view and the heated pool was great! Also, beach chairs and umbrella is included, which is awesome! There is Stewby's Seafood Shanty and Steamer restaurants, across the street, which are great and convenient. Having a lifeguard next to us was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

There was a very minor issue with one of the coffee makers, so I called the owner who was very nice. He had the issue fixed within the hour, and the people that came to fix the issue were very nice!! This unit was very nice, and made our visit to Okaloosa Island a pleasure!!

Stayed here solo but this would be great for a small family with the bunks beds. 4th floor unit provided excellent views. Bed was comfy and the kitchen more than adequately stocked. I never even sat on the couch as all of my waking hours were spent on the beach with the complimentary beach service or on the balcony with it's incredible views. Walk across the street to Stewby's, couldn't be more convenient. Will definitely return to this property! Also, check in was super smooth, well managed property.

Everything was fine, bed was hard and uncomfortable and wish they included dish soap to wash dishes. The room was very clean. Location was great. Listing stated included coupons to some locations nearby but never saw those. Would book this room Again.

The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and nice appliances. The unit is small but the amount of storage was more than adequate. Thought we had an issue with a TV and the ice maker, got immediate help from mgmt. Turned out to be user error. Decor is a bit dated for our taste & popcorn ceiling needs to go. Enjoyed out visit overall.

The condo was perfect for our stay while on spring break. We are repeaters to Ft Walton as we love the location and convenience of this condo - easy to get to Destin, restaurants, etc. The host was very responsive to our questions in advance. Made everything easy. Would stay there again!
