The Beach Getaway features a harmonious blend of Spanish and Santa Barbara styles, with luxurious 10-foot vaulted ceilings, a private courtyard, and a romantic Waterford fireplace. Nestled in the picturesque West Beach Area, our building is just a stone's throw from the ocean, Stearns Wharf, the vibrant Funk Zone, acclaimed dining and downtown shops.

Kindly note the Beach Getaway is located on the ground floor.

During your stay, you’ll be lavished with all the amenities expected as part of a beautiful getaway: complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, private washer &dryer, Nespresso machine complete with pods, creams and sugar as well as reserved parking which is rare in such close proximity to the beach.

The sparkling open and fully equipped kitchen was designed with high quality construction, including granite countertops, hardwood floors and custom cabinets, and all modern conveniences: Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer. Its granite counter tops include a dining area for 4.

The cozy living room is a lovely gathering area with hardwood floors, Waterford fireplace and 46” HD TV to enhance its ambiance.

There is a queen bedroom and king bedroom, each complemented with accompanying full bathrooms. The queen bedroom opens into a private terrace and provides an additional entrance through the polished, front lawn.

The living space features French glass doors which open into the private patio. Indulge in the magic of Mediterranean-like weather in this charming outdoor space, which offers a gas grill, chaise lounge seating, and bistro set -- perfect for dining alfresco and basking in the Santa Barbara sun.

Our luxury beach getaways —in the Historical West Beach area— reside in a historical turn of the century building which retains the charm of the day’s bygone. The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, you’ll be steps from the beach and mere blocks from the vibrant Funk Zone, Stearn’s Wharf and harbor, as well as world renowned dining and downtown shops, including the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.

We were in Santa Barbara over 6 days for a friends family wedding. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 people/2 couples with 2 bedrooms, separated by a comfortable living space and nice, perfectly sufficient kitchen. The highlight was having 2 outdoor patio spaces offering privacy from the street and shaded space for meals and relaxing. We walked all over in town to the art museum, courthouse, restaurants, beach, Stearn’s Wharf, the pier, markets, just rarely needed to use an Uber. The train station was also close by and we took it into Ventura and rode bikes to Ojai Another day we did a wine tasting tour on e-bikes. Overall, just a lovely location and pretty neighborhood.

The condo was great. It was close to the places we wanted to visit, the designated parking was helpful, we LOVED the outdoor patio, and the house had everything we needed. The portable fans were especially helpful, as the temps stayed a little warm in the evening. Would definitely come back!

Very cute 2 bed/2bath. One of the bedrooms has a desk which came in handy for doing some work. Wifi worked great. Loved sitting out on the patio to eat our lunches and breakfasts. Bathrooms very well stocked with plenty of towels etc. Enjoyed the coffee machine and the host provided plenty of pods. Short 2 block walk to the beach and 10 minutes to downtowns. Would highly recommend.

We came back so relaxed and refreshed! The place offers all that you need; beautiful location with proximity to everything, great sized rooms, spotless clean, quiet street, free parking, what else? Excellent communication and fast response. They accommodated us with our last minute request with no hesitation. There was a little issue with the toilet that was addressed immediately. Just a rounded 5⭐️! Thank you so much, we’ll be back at this property anytime visiting Santa Barbara again 😍

We loved our stay at this fantastic property! It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked and perfectly located very close to the beach/wharf and many businesses in the Funk Zone. Highly recommend and we will definitely return if /when we are back in SB.

We had a great long weekend stay at the property. It was easy to check in and they were very accommodating to us. The place is lovely and just as advertised, great location 2 blocks from the beach and State street on a nice quiet residential street. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The unit was very comfortable for the three of us. Great location and clean. Our host surprised us with a champagne bottle in the fridge. We had mimosas every morning! Kitchen supplies included a Nespresso style machine with coffee. Everything was nearby. The Santa Barbara airport is only 15 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent location. Pretty place. We’ll-appointed and supplied with everything needed. Heating system was a bit uneven ( but we had unusually cold, rainy weather). Biggest draw back was the street noise and train noise but not enough that we wouldn’t come back. Very nice property.

My 3 friends and I stayed at the Beach Getaway #2 for 3 nights. The location was absolutely amazing...EVERYTHING was just a 5-10 minute walk away! The unit was VERY clean and had everything we needed. The only small complaint was that it was a bit stuffy in the evening since there is no AC. If we had some fans we would have been fine. Other than that everything was perfect during our stay! Thank you so much!!

Great location! Nice extras like espresso machine, pods, creamer and sugar (if you want drip, bring your own). Newer appliances. Great patio. Nights can be noisy when windows open (no AC) but that is due to its great location. Easy parking for our one car.

We had a great stay. Location is perfect. Great patios. Kitchen has what you need for a short stay. We were two couples (no kids) in town for a family wedding. Really enjoyed ourselves. Only drawback — there aren’t any fans in the unit, so the windows need to be open all the time to mitigate the stuffiness, which makes the unit surprisingly noisy. An acoustic fishbowl.
