Location
Very dirty carpets and furniture
4.3
Quick efficient check in, clean room, good breakfast and convenient location.
A bit pricey
4.3
Very clean, nice staff and great breakfast
The swimming pool was great after a hot day! Wife not happy with hot tub water and maybe needs to flushed out!
4.3
Always looks and smells so clean. Friendly staff. We love the fire pit, hot tub area by the creek.
Beds are a little hard.
4.3
Good breakfast. Wide and spacious parking for big cars. Normal room. Nice bathroom
4.3
Breakfast saved time and money. Conveniently located near the main Parkway strip. Clean and quiet accommodations.
Didn’t fill our shampoo dispenser nor give us more cups or give us a new liner for the ice bucket on one day.
4.3
Location was good! Manager was concerned that I hadn't slept in 2 nights.
Bed was terrible. Couldn't sleep for 2 nights. Bed was hard. Also, King bed had small single size pillows. Woke up 2nd night 3 a.m. in morning with neck cramping and my neck felt hard and hurt.
4.3
The stay, breakfast and cleanliness were excellent!
More cleaning in the hallways, you can see a little garbage.
4.3
room and location
breakfast - no gluten free options
4.3
Close to the park and town
Noisy neighbors late at night at 1 and 2 in the morning . Breakfast was lacking a little, would have liked to see more options
4.3
Clean room. Good breakfast. Pretty friendly staff. Walking distance to town. Free parking.
A little pricey. Will find a less expensive option next time. No outdoor pool. Body wash empty in shower when we arrived and was never filled even after asking. Had to ask for toilet paper even after room serviced. Hotel poorly marked, difficult to find.
4.3
Very consistent as most Hampton Inn’s are. Super staff and clean facility. Good location to the convention center.
4.3
Food was good and fresh, hot, well presented. Location was spacious. We enjoyed our stay as well as the entertainment .
Room was located first floor no view, was nice an quite though, no complaints.
4.3
The location is great. We walked to the main strip every day for activities
The price of our stay was $$$. Definitely wasn't worth what we paid, at all.
The rooms weren't that clean. The hallways were dirty. Trash bags laying around. We stayed on the 6th floor and when you walk out of the elevator there is a huge brown spot on the ceiling from a water leak?
Almost everytine we got into the elevator, the floors were soaked with water (no signs stating wet floor)
The Internet was extremely slow.
The breakfast was disgusting and extremely poor quality. I wouldn't eat it if I was starving.
We went to the pancake restaurant (log cabin pancake house) right across the street for breakfast both mornings. The only thing my kids wanted from the breakfast was the juice.
For the price we paid for 2 nights, I expected way better breakfast and better room quality.
The hot tub area is nice but it was filthy. Food laying around on the ground. No clean new towels.
4.3
BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS GOOD. BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AREA.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Location was excellent. Walking distance to the main strip of Hatlinberg. 24 hours coffee/tea was great. Also very close to Many trails parkings especially Rainbow Falls.
Nothing.

Breakfast was good, room was nice, location was nice.
only minor issue with bed missing a top sheet with only a fitted sheet over to the mattress pad. Didn’t like that.

Room was just right size and very clean. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg, just a short walk to downtown with shopping and dining.
Breakfast was good but not great, actually ate out for breakfast on our second day.

Comfortable bed
Nothing

I arrived on day one of the down season (by default, not planned that way) and spent a wonderful 4 nights at this accommodation exploring the Smokies. I was so impressed with the quality of the hotel, how quiet it was and the attention from staff. I will definitely stay again when I visit this part of the world (I'm in Tasmania). Thanks team.

Location, breakfast
Tv unit needs to be updated. There was not access to good movies or Netflix or other apps
4.3
The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. It was close to shopping and food. There was plenty of parking. The employees were all very nice and helpful.
The one mattress needs to be replaced. It had a large indentation where everyone lays. There should be instructions posted on the wall for the waffle maker. It kept beeping every time it was used. The timer does not work unless you turn it as soon as it is filled.
4.3
The fire pits, swimming pool, and hot tub we amazing. We loved the location.
Construction going on behind the property not that they can control that at all.
