would stay here again if visiting the Smoky Mtns NP again

great location. about a 10 min walk down to chaos (downtown Gatlinburg), so much quieter and no foot traffic. although i didn't use it, they had a functioning swimming pool and hot tub. complimentary breakfast was pretty good, self made Belgian waffles, eggs, sausages. not bad for covid era. rooms were quite roomy and spacious, the bathroom had nice countertops, ice machines on every floor

the only thing i would complain about the room, was there was a stale smell when the AC was on. i didn't figure it out until my last day so didn't bother telling the hotel about it

great we will be staying again

room was great but the two tubs in the room were very slippery almost fell in the shower and I did fall in the hot tub

Parking in the bottom is very tight

great place to stay w lots to do. a short .8 mile walk to the strip & great staff to help you during your stay.

we had a great time at your hotel! exactly what i needed for a trip away.

i cant say much on this aspect. we enjoyed our stay.

Not too good

Fairly the breakfast. The guy in the reception has a good job with the attention.

The room was dirty (the carpet, the bed). In a non smoking room the cigarettes smell is really bad, need to be updated, high price for that kind of room. No housekeeping at all while we stay.

Never again.

The tub was the only good thing about this place.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all. It was dirty. Had blood on the covers. The shower head was awful. No pressure. The hotel itself had a bad smell. The room smelt. No sound proof, could hear the street & other people. Weird vibration noise that kept us up all night after a 11 hour drive. The balcony WAS NOT private. It was connected to the other room. Just not a good stay. Glad we were only there one night.

Spacious room night desk clerk very nice friendly

Jacuzzi was nasty ask for it to be cleaned still wasn’t cleaned good couldn’t use it did not want street view day desk clerk rude

It was a decent stay but was out dated, kind of dirty, very hot and stuffy. And the breakfast wasn’t well cooked

Terrible

The pool

Staff didn't seem to care, food was spoiled, got my food poisoning, broken shower rod and curtains that fell on my daughter's head, and staff didn't seem to care there was an injury.

Outside looks very drab compared to other Sleep Inns, bug FREE hotel.

Loved the bed and extra pillows. Staff I spoke with was helpful. Location was good and we walked next door to the pizza restaurant which was good.

The pool water was too cold to get in, not enough inter tubes for lazy river. The shower head was absolutely nasty. I recommend the shower head get a good cleaning!

Very good

Everything was great. I Love the Sleep Inn Hotels for my family. The staff members were very professional and very friendly. The Hot breakfast was wonderful 😋 We really enjoyed our time at Sleep Inn.

The only thing was someone on our floor was smoking weed. It smelled horrible.

it was a nice short stay and I would probably stay there again. It wasn’t anything fancy. It was a place to sleep. They

it was very near our location. We were competing in Athletics at Rocky Top, Sports, World

The room was above the swimming pool, and it smelled very heavily of bleach.

Very good

Close to the downtown Gatlinburg area, nice indoor pool and little lazy river. Hot tub was also nice

Breakfast area was too confined and crowded. The sausage patties were heated in a microwave. Would have preferred a room with a private hot tub. For the price I paid I guess I expected a little more.

The room was nice and spacious.

The room was located on the bottom level of the building with the pool and it was more warm than I expected. We were literally the last room on the very bottom. It was kinda weird.
