Everything was great!! The staff were all super friendly, the location was perfect, and the pool was awesome! We even got to check in early! This is a very beautiful location! We will visit again!
The hotel is Walking distance to the strip, but it was a bit of a workout -especially for the kids. The lower Pool was colder than I expected, but only because the waterfall is cold water -the pools are heated. The room was small and a bit dated and smelled funny, but we weren’t in the room much anyways and the facilities make up for it!!

Location to town
Elevator did not work…. Getting luggage up and downstairs without having to walk all the way around the hotel was inconvenient.

The pool was the best part!
The pool should be open later and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and very hard.

Everything was very clean and smelled so good. The staff were so, so nice! Very welcoming at any time of the day or night!
The pool area was great. You can sit my the pool to hangout or eat as the other family members play in the water.
No laundry units:(

Indoor and outdoor pools, waterfalls, and hot tub. Drive up parking next to some rooms, river next to property, local bears that hang out there, nice lobby...
They tend to always be a bit more expensive than comparable properties. No working jets in the hot tub. Pool hours could be an hour longer. Outdoor lounge chairs are heavy, hard, and really hot when sunny! They need an outdoor fire pit sitting area like their neighbors do. If possible, they should remove the toilet/shower doors to allow more room. It's pretty cramped in there.

Purpose of visit; A vacation get away with our granddaughter who is seven. The indoor pool was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the multiply layers of pools as well the water falls.
We had a problem closing the door. The problem was reported to the front desk and resolved quickly by a employee working maintenance. The door would not close all the way due to a door sweep installed on the bottom of the exterior side of the door getting in the way. When inside the room we had to bend over and reposition the door sweep before shutting the door. Room 253 i think.

The property is walking distance to everything! There’s also an indoor pool, vending on every floor. They offer breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel as well. Staff were friendly upon check in and check out. There were also adequate towels provided.
For the size of the property, there is only 1 elevator. They offer buffet style options for breakfast and dinner however it does not cater to people with allergies or dietary restrictions, so it’s minute. Milk isn’t labeled. The WiFi isn’t the best for those who may be in college or still have to work, that’s vitally important, so we had to hotspot to get things done. There were roaches spotted in the evening.

Though slightly dated, the place was over all very nice, within walking distance to everything we needed to get to, great pool area, very clean, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Over all it was a great experience.
Slightly dated but definitely great for the price! Pool area was crawling with kids which is understandable considering how great this hotel is for families. Would be great if seperate hot tub for adults only. The kiddy pool area was very cold compared to the rest of the pool so the smaller kids couldn't play in that area.

Love the pool and we can walk to the strip.
We chose rooms facing the indoor pool. The rooms were noisy and very humid. Next time we will not choose that area.

The king room was amazing. The view was lovely. The property was close enough to walk downtown. I can't thank John and Ursula enough. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly.

It was a nice location
We have stayed here previously. They have an indoor pool. It was overrun with kids being loud and doing things they weren’t supposed to. It was the same in our prior visit. Management and security was obvious, just like before. On our second night, we noticed a roach crawling on the wall. Then we noticed two or three more. They kept coming into the room. We went to the front desk. They said they had just fumigated the wing. That is why we were getting bugs. We checked out at midnight. The people the day before, next door, checked out at 5 AM. The front desk said they had bugs too.

The property was great it was clean staff was nice my biggest problem with the entire property was the restaurant located in the hotel. Absolutely horrendous food old and dry. Called the manager of the restaurant which in turn argued with me told me her food was fresh 80% of the food was unedible and was thrown away and cost my wife almost $100 for me my two sons and herself. I was very dissatisfied from 1to 10 negative -6
The restaurant inside the facility food was old and disgusting and unedible and very expensive. Spoke to the manager with no results and refuse to refund our card for almost $100.

The pool is nice, does get crowded. It is in a nice location. Walking distance to the strip in Gatlinburg. The staff is nice. The bigger bald guy working the front desk is the best.
We had to make our own parking spot because the lot got full. The Wi-Fi and cable was out the entire stay. Thursday-Sunday. The rooms are decent. This was our second time staying, not sure if we will be back because of these issues.

Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable.
Parking lot was small, and had to park in the back of the building and walk around to the front of the building.

Nice facility with great pools. Staff was friendly and lobby was clean. The indoor pool was a hit. Location was perfect.
Stayed with a indoor pool room which was a little loud until they turned off the waterfall. I probably wouldn’t use this room again unless I knew kids would be in the pool till 11:00 PM. Parking was a challenge during busy times to find a spot coming back from dinner at night. Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast you would get for free, but here you have to pay for it, not worth the money. Also, this hotel was on a hill, which was difficult to come up with children after a day in town.

Fairly close to downtown area. The trolly picked up at the hotel location.
Maid did not clean our room. Noisy at night and early morning. Food was terrible at this hotel.

We liked the staff- all were friendly.
It needs updated. Tears in the carpet. Rust all over the lamp shade. The curtains needed to be darker bc at night the light outside our room really came through. There was a hole next to the sink so whenever the person in the room behind us turned their light on in the bathroom we could see the light. The indoor pool area was extremely hot and hard to breathe in.

Pool was awesome. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.
No fitness facility of any kind and that you had to pay for breakfast that wasn’t all that great but overall would stay here again, no hesitation.

pool was nice and big
sheets had stains on them

I like the location of the hotel to downtown. The pools are nice we used the outside because the indoor was full due to size and was filled with kids.
The walk back to the hotel was horrible because it was uphill. We finally figured out that the trolly came to the hotel and once we got the route down it was better, but the trolly only runs to 11:30pm so if you stay out pass that time you will have to walk back. We plan to stay at this hotel again with the kids because the pool indoor was full of kids and we felt that we couldn't enjoy the indoor pool because of the children.
