Modern, spacious and comfortable, well-appointed apartment with on-site parking. Ideal location for kayaking or any other watersports, and only a 10 minute walk in to town. Also good access to the Coastal Path. Quiet.
The use of a garage was welcomed, though as indicated by the host beforehand, access was indeed challenging.
The addition of a PIR/sensor outside light would be useful maybe, as it was difficult getting the keys in the locks in the dark.
The sink in the en-suite bathroom is quite loose and didn't feel safe.
The shower tray and surround of the shower needs attention.
Hot water for showering was adequate but could have been a little hotter.
Otherwise, very good overall.

Great space and location, well equipped with everything that we might need
On arrival the downstairs felt very damp and musty despite there being some ventilation. Understandably this is because of ground floor location in close proximity to the water. Unfortunately the weather was very wet so hard to dry anything including just the shower towels. Had to rely on airers and tumble dryer (thank you for providing) as well as putting heating on at times. Could not get television to work which didn’t bother us but might do for other guests.

Huge, comfortable apartment, a real surprise, very cool inside during the heatwave, excellent facilities, private garage was such a bonus, keeping the car cool which was so refreshing, especially in the mornings. Very quiet location, close to Dartmouth and all amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip past Warcreek, especially when the Captain explained all the history with the building during the war!
Access is very tricky, could do with yellow markers positioned clearly on the garage door frame near door mirrors while reversing into the garage. Water heading wasn't explained and we ran the taps constantly until we figured out the controls located near the bathroom doors. Also ,the step in the kitchen isn't clearly marked and could have a very nasty accident if not paying attention.

Fantastic location, walk less than a minute to the cove, amazing. Half way between the town centre and Dartmouth castle, so ideal walking distance between the two. Bit hilly but ok. Very lovely apartment, very clean. Everything you would need. Parking in garage was ok. Just need the correct angle of attack. My peogeout 3008 fitted in. Just a very nice stay. Daughter loved the day bed, very comfy.
All good.

Apartment is modern and retains some original features giving it unique character. Communication with the host was excellent who were very accommodating. Very spacious, great for small families, and a great location for exploring Dartmouth and walking the coastal paths. We had an amazing time!

Super location, with beautiful walks right on the doorstep, and only a short walk from town. Nice division, on two floors, of sleeping and living space. (And both floors offered lots of comfort for a very relaxing experience after hearty walks along the coastline.) It was perfect for a 4 day mid-week stay, combining fresh air and exercise with rest and relaxation.
Almost everything was first-rate ...some instructions on how to operate the TV perhaps the only thing lacking. We worked it out in the end!
10.0 / 10.0
Peaceful location and relaxing.
Couldn't access garage with remote. However, the access to the garage was/is hindered by the proximity of cars parked along and opposite the entrance to the property. There was some parking available in the lane leading to the property so we were not significantly inconvenienced.
5.0 / 10.0
location
parking poor - cars parked opposite entrance awkward to access garage
very noisy air circulation unit - difficult to sleep
instruction book would be useful rather than notes around the property
Tv poor number of stations why upgrade sky

The apartment was in a great location being equidistant between the centre of Dartmouth and Dartmouth Castle and only a brisk 10 minute walk away from either meaning that the car could be left at the apartment if these were your destinations.
The apartment itself is spead over the ground and first floor of what was formerly the Dartmouth Pottery and had a number of uses prior to that. The bedroom, en-suite and separate shower room can be found on the lower floor level off the main entrance and an inner hallway with a wooden staircase leads to a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and a separate dining area.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable during our 4 night stay.
An added bonus with this property is that it has its own separate garage located under the apartment. However, the access road to the garage is very narrow and the doorway itself is also low and narrow. Although I did get my car in, those with roof bars might struggle and roofboxes and 4WD vehicles definitely won't fit in.
Overall, a great comfortable and cozy apartment, great location and we would definitely visit again in the future.
Thank you Roger & Elaine too for a great stay and the pre visit correspondence, which was extremely useful.

location
couldn’t get car in garage, washing machine did t work, loose and sharp kitchen floor tiles, no buttons on the oven (needed a pen to use it)
8.0 / 10.0
We liked the size of the property and nearness to the sea and parking. Kitchen well fitted out and good to have two bathrooms/shower rooms.
Washing machine not working. No grab rail for bath for older people. Property looking tired with cracked floor tiles. Noise from apartment above.
6.0 / 10.0
Location good.
The property is rather tired with some fairly obvious internal works required. Felt it could have been cleaner. The washing machine was out of use and the oven was broken. The managing agents did respond quickly to a phone call in fairness.

Location is very good. About a minutes walk to Warfleet creek waters edge which is a fabulous place to sit and soak up the views. Parking on sight in a garage although it's not suitable for tall vehicles. Comfortable, decorated in a minimalist loft style. Well equipped. Definitely recommended.

Spacious, garage for car, 2 toilets, good location.
Washing machine was broken, floor tiles in kitchen and ensuite badly cracked, general tlc required in many areas.

Ease of getting in to property via key safe/code
The cleanliness of the property was not of a suitable standard of any holiday property but especially the price range this is in.There appears to be a damp issue hence the dehumidifier on 24/7 ? it did cause us some issues.

Location is in Warfleet Creek, 15 mins walk into town. Apartment furnished to high spec and facilities great. Apartment is 5 mins walk to the castle and Coastal walks. Building had great character, yet poor phone reception. The Garage provided would not be suitable for 4x4 or larger vehicles. Rather a tight squeeze but manageable. Hilly area so would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Hosts responsive as had a small plumbing issue which got resolved.
Would have appreciated instruction manuals for microwave, combo washing machine. We didnt know how to use sky TV either. Otherwise cannot complain.

The location is excellent, on Warfleet Creek, 15 minute walk from town centre & just around the corner from the coast path. Spacious, very well appointed, clean & comfortable appartment
There was a lack of communication from the property manager regarding arrival & departure.
Parking is very tight, our mini just fitted in the space provided, anything bigger would struggle.

Great location. Quiet & peaceful. Very spacious apartment. Preparation & cleaning for our visit was exceptional. Lots of good walks, coves & beaches nearby. Good river trips.
Very tricky access in/out of garage, reversing skills challenged! Took a while to warm up the apartment. Some appliances need fixing. No mobile signal (3, EE), slow internet but ok for WhatsApp.
7.0 / 10.0
No outlook, heating on ground floor inadequate, thankfully my car reversing is good, much trouble otherwise, a generally awkward place to be.
10.0 / 10.0
Beautiful location, only 10-15 min walk into the town.
Lovely house, everything you need. Spacious room, lounge and kitchen.
Heated flooring in bathrooms which was appreciated in the morning and evening!
Comfy bed, good storage space as well.
Could of used a slightly bigger heater in the lounge area as took a while to warm up
