Location was great, only a few minutes walk to pubs, restuarants and shops
Neglected gardens. Pulling a few weeds and dead plants would help. Such a shame as the seating area is well situated and secluded.

It was decorated beautifully, very comfortable! Lovely little touches like chocolates on the bed, picnic items, coffee machine etc
I have nothing we didn’t like

The location was so comfortable and in an excellent location.
My confirmation included incorrect information on contacting the owner over a problem of locking the double French doors.

Great location close to everything. This was a Room only booking . Good check in details.

comfortable, nice character, near town centre,
there is no parking, but free in market square just a short walk

The location to the centre of town was good. The neighbourhood was quiet. There was plenty of tea, coffee left in the room. Remote check in worked well. The room was clean and fresh.
There was no soundproofing between the rooms. You could hear everything going on around you, and I mean everything. There was no ventilation in the bathroom added to the lack of a radiator or other heat source the batroom was always cold. Unless you dried your towel on the bedroom radiator the towels remained damp. The bathroom window is located right next to the resident access to two other rooms so there was no privacy. It was not possible to open the batroom window to ventilate the room.

Great value for money for such a central location. We only stopped for one night on a cycle tour. The room (room 1 up the spiral staircase) was quite small but very thoughtfully equipped with coffee machine, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery and even a little back pack. The balcony gave us extra space and we were able to carry our bikes up the steps to the courtyard where they could be left safely overnight. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, minutes walking away from all the things you can find in the centre of Dartmouth. The room was super clean, had everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Our room (room 2) had a fridge, smart TV, armchair, dressing table and picnic set, all of which we found useful.
There was nothing we didn’t like. A fan would have been appreciated as our stay was during a heatwave.

The location was perfect, very central

Room was cosy a little on the small side but very well presented
Clean and furnished very well
Located perfectly for the river pubs and restaurants
We stayed for 2 nights
However had no heating throughout our stay despite the radiator being on high
Very cold

The walls are fairly thin which is fine unless, like us, you got the ones with loud voices who snored like trains! Luckily, they left after our first night and the second night was quiet! We didn't hear the people on the other side or downstairs.
Lights on the outside steps need replacing as it was dark walking back up in the evenings and quite slippy with the dampness of October. Again, didn't bother us too much as we got our phone torches out!
The location, the presentation of the place etc... It was perfect for us as we could come and go and not worry about cleaners going in etc.... it really is like a studio apartment!
This was our second visit here, our first being some years ago when Lorna was just starting out. Would really recommend.
4.5
Location was excellent, right in the middle of town but tucked away and very quiet.
Our only quibble was that the property did not have a heated towel radiator, so it was difficult to get towels dry.

Lovely little property in a great location in Dartmouth. Everything is within walking distance including the lovely pubs across the road. Really nice, clean and modern yet cozy rooms. Rooms came with a little cool bag with plates and cutlery to take be able to make your own picnic and with the great local food and wines, was perfect with the beautiful scenery around Dartmouth.

This property was everything you could need for a stay in Dartmouth. Location was excellent - right in the centre and within easy walking distance of everything.
Accommodation itself was very nice - clean, good size, attractive decor, comfy bed, plenty of light, great bathroom.
We loved the 2 balconies, especially the private one to the side.
All in all a wonderful stay.
We’ll be back for sure!
It was all great!
