Beautiful views and a great location, Neil was a super delightful host who met us for our slightly late arrival and was super helpful in letting us know about the local area.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of parking. Excellent cooked breakfast. Neal welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know about the accommodation and the locality đ
Bit of a walk back uphill but the regular #90 bus from the harbour side sorted that out perfectly âď¸

Good parking, charming staff, delicious breakfast, pleasant room.
The location was very hilly.

Very pleasant stay! The House is very nice, also the host and the view is gorgeous! We will come back for sure!

Breakfast was good as was the view from the dining room.
The room was small, the bathroom very small and the shower tiny with very poor water pressure.
We had a panoramic view of the car park.
The building was done up to the nines but not a place you could relax.

Everything! A lovely stay in a beautiful place.
There was nothing to dislike. Clean, comfortable and very nice food.

Fantastic accommodation, run by great hosts. immaculately presented property and gardens.
Location has great views of Dartmouth, but itâs a steep walk back, so you need to be good on your legs (or get a taxi / bus )

We were made to feel very welcome. Neil was very accomodating, and we were able to take advantage of a parking space early - which meant we could walk to the centre, have breakfast in the park and start our walk to the castle!
The boutique b&b was exceptional. Lovely room, great hospitality, delicious breakfast with stunning views. I couldn't recommend enough
The south west coastal path was exceptionally beautiful with fabulous views - walked for a couple of hours before returning to the centre for a delicious lunch in the market square. Had a fab smoked trout baguette washed down with a nice French rose in the sunshine!
I liked everthing

We liked everything about the Dartmouth Boutique B&B. Neville, the owner is such a lovely, friendly guy. Our room was amazing with the most comfortable bed ever! Fabulously furnished throughout and such a lovely view from the dining area. The breakfast is a delight whatever you choose. Personally, the full English was awesome, and my partner loved the veggie breakfast. If you are pondering, then stop. This stay is of the highest quality. Highly recommended.
Absolutely nothing to complain about. It is a class B&B which I would recommend to anyone. Parking is free, security is paramount with high tech door access. Once inside, sit back and enjoy your stay.

rooms are lovely and clean. very pretty.
light came through the blinds at night when rear security light came on illuminating the whole room. came back at the end of the first day to find our personal items had been moved. never had that happen anywhere before so a little strange. car parking is a bit tight getting in and out.

Bed really comfy.
At the top of a very long, steep, hill.

Breakfast not same as shown on web site. Bit disappointing.

It was very modern and clean. A lovely warm welcome. Beautiful views and free parking. The property was in excellent condition. Lovely amaretto biscuits.
Distance from the sea front and the very steep hill. Limited choice at breakfast.

Very clean, decorated lovely and smells really nice :) Owner was very friendly, easy check in as we were late. The view at breakfast was gorgeous looking over Dartmouth. Very quiet and peaceful stay.
The breakfast was nicely presented but would have loved the option for a full English (vegetarian), there was mainly continental and poached eggs options.

This boutique B & B is an absolute gem! great location, beautiful interior and exterior, beautifully clean and smells divine! Neil, the owner, was absolutely lovely and so helpful! Our rooms were gorgeous and so comfy with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice - fresh, excellent quality ingredients and a lovely view to the patio and garden. We will definitely return!!
Nothing to dislike!

The breakfast was excellent but the eggs florentine was served with strips of ham which put me off. Mayb salmon or bacon but ham? However quality of breakfast excellent!
Nothing negative to say. The steep hill to climb from the center makes the hotel only suitable for the fit unless you prepared to catch buses or taxis.

Beautiful house spotlessly clean , a lovely choice for breakfast , which was presented superbly
Highly recommended

very clean breakfast lovely
only slight negative was initially not being unable to use the patio area in the evening. the view was superb so would have been great to stay in patio until say 10pm

The location and easiness to get to Dartmouth centre , the bus times were frequent (Number 90) to get back if we didnât feel like walking back up the hills đ The array of restaurants available, we loved the food at the seahorse ( but pre-book ) The 1 hour river cruise at 10am with Greenway was peaceful and the weather was beautiful - thanks
The hills !

Breakfast was good but a slightly bigger selection would have been good
Better use of the patio area and maybe the option of an afternoon tea

The owners were the kind of owners, you hope you would have. They made you feel like you were at home. Priceless

Beautiful building, immaculate inside. Very comfortable bedroom. Lovely breakfast room with wonderful view. The property is a 12 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth, however it is a very steep walk including steps. That was fine for us but could be an issue for some, however there is a bus service and taxis available.
Breakfast was mostly good and suited us but if someone wanted a full breakfast, that was not available. The croissants were disappointing, poor quality long life variety. Expected better quality given the room rate.

Nice people, very clean and tidy too. The decor was very good and very boutique as the name suggest. It was also comforting to know that each room has an allocated parking bay. The breakfast and service was very good indeed. An excellent bus service from Dartmouth allowed you to bypass the awful drag up and down the hill from the property.
As new to B and B accommodation, we found there were restrictions on the facilities which stopped us enjoying the lovely surroundings. Ie we were asked to vacate the garden Terrace both in the morning and early evening as the rules stated the owners wanted their personal breakfast in the morning and their dogs in the garden in the evening. It was a shame as the garden location was superb. This problem was extenuated due to the lovely weather.

- Good surprise at check-in : we'd been upgraded to a big & nice room.
- Really nice breakfast (including fresh fruits, natural yogurt) with an amazing view.
- Eventually not that far from the city (the way back is obviously more difficult due to the roads being really steep but finally manageable).
